Today I ended up asking for a refund because the drink wasn't right, and I was told I'd still have to wait for the refund process, which was frustrating. I also noticed there are only two blenders for a really large drink menu, and it seems like that may be affecting speed and consistency during busy times. I'm not trying to complain just to complain. Luckily, while I was at All-Star Weekend, I came across Nappily Natural at a vendor booth and purchased some soursop leaves. I picked up a flyer and noticed they had a store location in LA, so I decided to check it out the very next day. When I visited the store, I was really impressed with the variety of products they offer. They had a great selection of natural herbs, wellness items, and holistic products. I also love that it's Black-owned, which makes supporting the business even more meaningful. The customer service was okay, not overly friendly, but not rude either. They answered my questions and seemed knowledgeable about the products, which I appreciated. The price points were reasonable, and overall it was a solid experience. I'll definitely be returning!
