I'm not sure if this is only a seasonal item. The colors are beautiful! It was quite sweet, however the blood orange tartness aided in the flavors giving it a bit of tartness. The Boston Cream Cruffin looked mighty tasty. It's made with their signature croissant dough rolled up and filled with vanilla pastry cream and dipped in dark chocolate ganache. You can actually taste the difference. Everything feels lighter and fresher. We tried Terry Bradshaw's favorite - the crème brulee croissant. It was creamy, flaky, and worth the hype. The pistachio cronut was another winner. They bake it not fry it, yet it was perfectly crispy. The cronut also came in Madagascar Vanilla and chocolate fillings. Each pastry was also topped with edible flowers. On top of all this, it came in this cute little Louis Vuitton-style cloth to-go bag that made the whole experience feel extra fancy. Honestly, the decision was hard... so many delicious looking things on the menu but finally decided on a salami and provolone sandwich, with green chile bread. Wow! Amazing sandwich, fresh, delicious! While we were enjoying our food, Pratt Morales, the owner and master baker, came out and talked to us for a while. This was a real treat, great positive attitude and love for what he does. He even introduced us to one of his specialties the Turkey shaped bread he makes for Thanksgiving. So popular now he gets hundreds of orders per year. We left with some biscochitos and other cookies to go, and a desire to try more things when we are back in Albuquerque.

We ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon and green chile cheddar bagel, a lavender latte, and a red chile mocha. A cherry tart and a cinnamon roll to go. The drinks were, unfortunately, missing a few ounces and flavor. The sandwiches were smaller than I expected. The bagel had a hint of heat and chile. It was perfectly toasted and held the egg and bacon quite well. The bacon was crispy and the egg was well done. It was filling in the end. The baked goods will have to wait until tonight but I've had their scones before and they were excellent! I'm betting on excellence on the tart and cinnamon roll. Overall, this is a nice local coffee shop that can be a great alternative to a chain coffee shop. The space is nice for some work or chatting with friends and family. Don't bet on the coffee, but definitely go for the baked goods!
