Went to get the Steak Pho for lunch WOW what a great meal, flavorful broth, perfectly seasoned and very tender beef. Service was quick and attentive. It's always clean and casual and the value is very good. For Pho, HELLO PHO is it!

I came here with a group and was impressed by the food. Very delicious and hearty pho, I would definitely return to try some different items. Only complaint is the service and overall atmosphere. It was a little chaotic and loud. Plus the tables and chairs were kind of cramped and difficult to manage with a group. I would return with 1-2 others but maybe not with a group. Employees were cordial but not very friendly. Not a huge complaint, I don't need employees to be overly friendly, it just adds to the reason I don't give this place 5 stars. Overall a great option for yummy pho in Puyallup

This is my favorite local pho spot to go to. I ordered the special pho here and it came with meatballs, brisket tendon and trip, but the broth was the real winner here. Clear, fragrant, and didn't feel like a total salt bomb. You can tell they take their time with the simmer. The portion size was generous for the large and I was able to share with my son and still had plenty leftover for myself. The service was fast and friendly, and it was very clean inside! Overall, a solid go-to spot for a reliable bowl of pho.

This is one of our favorite pho restaurants here in Puyallup. I love their special pho, ban mi or Vietnamese sandwich and of course my favorite, grilled pork chop with fried egg, if you're Filipino you should try this, it tastes like Filipino pork barbecue. I love the ambiance and cleanliness of this place. The service is good too, there is one Vietnamese crew that we know him already but we always forget his name, he knows us already and always greets us, that's why we always come back here.

Tasty broth with fresh ingredients. I can't say enough about the Beef Rib Pho, tender to the last bite. I'll be back!

Food: the food here is delicious! I've been to this location about 3 times and each time I try something different. My favorite so far is the vermicelli bowl. The portion is huge and I always have to share with my husband just to finish it. Will definitely be back to try more dishes. Service: the service is great. Whether the place is busy or slow the staff is attentive. Ambiance: it's a casual restaurant, not too much noice. It's also cute with modern decoration

Arrived with a dinner partner, whisked away to a 2 person small table up by cash register. Table directly in front of register. He wanted us to sit there. We chose a table further away and he seemed to ask us to switch to a smaller table. Mind you as we were there, there were couples sitting at 4 person booths, 1 person sitting in a 4 person booth and he harasses us at a 4 person table?? He took his time to get back to us and was rude taking our order. Usually it's a nice young guy who helps is this guy was short and skinny seems older than this guy but way friendlier. Food is normally good, hopefully it's good today. Pho ordered, no basil today.

First time trying the pork chops. It was ok, good amount of food for the price. There wasn't much service they just take your order and that's about it. The restaurant was nice inside but really quiet. But the upside they are open late.

Food is still good! Service is always great and it's always presentable ! I got the hotpot last time we came here and it was really good and hot!! Temperature wise so very careful!

He was simply playing with a single piece of broccoli because he wanted to pretend he was cooking like the chefs. He doesn't even eat broccoli. Our other son also took one small piece of beef from our plate then immediately spit it out because he didn't like it. We made it clear to the host that our kids weren't eating because they wanted McDonald's, and we were fully aware of the no sharing policy. We've been to plenty of Mongolian grills and all you can eat restaurants, so we're not new to how it works. We did not share our food with our kids. What really bothered us was being told, essentially, "we'll pay for your kids' food because you can't afford it." Lol. It was only about $15 extra, so it wasn't about the money. It was the principle. We weren't going to pay for food our children didn't eat. I understand the restaurant is having a hard time right now, but that doesn't mean it's okay to take advantage of customers. We tried explaining the situation, but they didn't even want to hear us out at first. I eventually told them to check the cameras, and once I said that, they decided to drop the charge and didn't make us pay for the kids. they ultimately made it right, but only after I told them to check the cameras then they dropped it. The way the situation was handled was disappointing. Charging us because our 2 year old was playing with one piece of broccoli was already questionable, but the comment about us not being able to afford it was completely unnecessary. The iron grill in Covington is A LOT better food wise. No comparison check out that place instead of here.

Well that day has come. We ended up staying at a hotel nearby for a friend's wedding. We were getting hungry and I luckily checked Yelp and saw that I bookmarked this place when it showed up on my nearby food list. What a crazy coincidence. So we drive over and park on a side street. There was a small line outside and we waited patiently for a few minutes. Once inside, we were seated at the counter and it was packed, a little hot and everything smelled delicious. My friend and I both ordered the duck and pork noodle soup and it was maybe the best noodle soup I've ever had. The pork had crispy skin, the duck was soft and flavorful. It was all just so delicious. The iced coffee was strong and sweet. We also got the dessert. Make sure to add durian if they ask. It made it 1000x better if that's even possible. Honestly one of the best meals I've ever had. I'd definitely be back if I'm ever in Tacoma again.

The barbecue duck is delicious and reasonably priced, and the roast pork is another favourite of mine. I also like the broken rice, along with the pickled jalapeños and house sauce that come with the meal. Everything works well together and makes for a satisfying meal. If you don't mind the crowds, dining in is an option, but takeout is just as enjoyable. The quality, value, and flavour keep me coming back, and it's one of my go-to places for Vietnamese barbecue in Tacoma.

We were sat down very quickly and the waiter took our pretty fast too being that we were the first ones in. Our order: Combo #3 with added sausage with no spicy house special sauce Kids chicken tenders with fries Shrimp fried rice 1 order of asian bread 1order of steamed rice Total $130 We've been to this location 3 other times and the experience and food were all terrific! Unfortunately this time we left pretty dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the food. Me and my husband always peel and crack open the shrimp and crab first before we start eating just so it gives us some time to let our baby's food cool down for a bit. We finally got it all cracked, peeled and opened when we finally got a taste of the crab and it was SUPER SUPER SALTY. In total me and my husband ate 1 crab leg each and left the rest, and we never ever have leftover crab typically. Our crab batch was just so inedible that we didn't even take it with us to go. The chicken tenders and fries were good, can never go wrong with that and my daughter loved them! The shrimp fried rice was also good but the shrimp seemed a bit rubbery, but we took it home and decided to just take the shrimp off. With having to spend $130 and not getting to eat both the crab from the expensive boil and the shrimp from the fried rice I'd give this experience a 2, we specifically went here to have the boil but ended up not eating pretty much any of the crab. When I asked the waiter why the crab was so salty he said they they add salt to keep it fresh, but the fact that it was severely salty kind of wondering how much salt did they have to use to keep this specific batch fresh? I'm not sure if we're planning on coming back but I hope the next batch is better for everyone else!
