We were here on a weeknight so not a lot of people. The ambiance is your typical self service poke place. You order on their big screen kiosk. The drinks you basically just grab them from the fridge. The service is not very memorable I would say since you don't get to interact with them much. The food though is good. I loved that they had mangoes on the menu. I ordered shrimp on mine and it's a very sad shrimp because they used the small ones and pretty much looked like it was just boiled. The tamago and masago though are good. They don't have parking so you gotta be more creative and park on the streets.

We've come here 3-4 times in the past. It's located right in downtown, on a nice summer day it's a great environment to sit down for lunch outside in the park area. But todays a cold day in March so we just got two large bowls togo haha They recently added self serve kiosks which were pretty convenient. We could see everything, it functioned well, nice addition. The large bowl comes with three protein choices and then you can choose from a variety of add-ons. The spicy tuna is primed(which is like mashed up) and the cuts are smaller cubes(if compared to more traditional poke bowls). The sauce flavors have been good everytime and they have a lot of options. The bowl was really good, it wasn't as packed as some other places but the flavor was all really good.

Prices: -Medium ($10.95; two scoops of fish) -Large ($12.95; three scoops of fish) Located in Redmond Town Center is a small little poke place that stands its ground against the bigger restaurants like Tipsy Cow and Woodblock. As it's right in the middle in the action parking can get limited but there's ample parking along Bear Creek Parkway. The fish was good and fresh and the portions were decent. They have a decent variety of proteins including chicken and mushrooms as well as a good variety of toppings. I love me a lot of sauce in my poke bowls and they had some good sauces that they put all over the top. This is something I don't see often at poke places: one of their sauces is go chu jang! I had to try it and it was pretty good and added a nice kick. It was filling for the price and I didn't feel too bloated afterwards. Overall I thought it was a good solid poke place.

One of my favorite lunch places in Redmond! Healthy, fresh, and reasonably priced. I love all the toppings and meat options and always end up with a very tasty bowl. Pro tip - don't get avocado there, instead walk over to QFC and buy a whole avocado for the same price. Plus, they have loyalty cards (buy 12 get 1 free) so you'll be incentivized to keep coming back for more.

Casual Hawaiian/poke place near downtown Redmond park. Standard variety of poke ingredients at an average price. Street parking available but fills up quickly. Restaurant is on the smaller size, but with the park nearby and take-out nature, this isn't really an issue. Atmosphere (3 out of 5): Nothing too special about the atmosphere - nice and clean restaurant with standard seating. Service (4 out of 5): Ordering is very simple - all the options are clearly listed as you move down the line from base to toppings. The staff are very flexible to modifications. Food (4.5 out of 5): I ordered the large poke bowl with salmon, white rice, mixed greens, and a variety of toppings. I like how their salmon is still on the colder fresher side even after sitting on a bed of warm rice for a few minutes. In general, the salmon tastes fresh and light to eat, though without any complex flavor as expected. I really enjoy how while each ingredient tastes great on their own, together they still blend really well. Value (3.5 out of 5): Price point and portions are average - nothing too special. I like how they are relatively generous with their scoops of fish, and I've never had an issue requesting more base or topping (assuming of course there isn't a specified set add-on charge). An additional perk is a loyalty card - once you buy 12 bowls you get the next free which averages out to about a dollar off per bowl over time. Compared to other places in the area, this is definitely my go-to poke place and has consistently delivered in meeting expectations. If this place was a couple of dollars cheaper it would probably be a five-star for me.

If you have never been to Hello Poke or another Poke store, it is similar to Subway/Chipotle in how you order. You have the options to choose different types of rices, fishes, vegetables, sauces, etc. Hello Poke didn't really have anything unique about it, but was a good poke place. It had good tasting fish options that seemed fresh and the sauces were strong. The price was standard and the options are all similar to what you can find elsewhere. The staff was nice and restaurant was clean. I will be back when I'm craving poke, but if you are looking for something that surpasses all other poke places, Hello Poke is not the one.

Went here for lunch today. Delicious. I got white rice, half tuna half yellowtail, with the citrus sauce. Would probably get the same thing again without the crab (too much mayo for me) and maybe with a different sauce. Took one star off just because I've had better poke. It wasn't super fresh. A great place for poke newbies. The shop is clean & bright, the steps to create your order are clearly marked on the wall, and you get a clear view of the options as you build your bowl. The long line moved fast tonight, as did the friendly staff, and before I knew it I was paying for a hefty bowl of deliciousness. The fish and veggies were fresh, and there were a good selection of toppings and sauces. Dynamite sauce was actually layers of spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce- so so good over greens! read more

I feel like I'm late to the Poke scene, but so glad I finally got there. I love poke and this restaurant idea is amazing and everything I have ever dreamed of. It is so amazingly delicious and I feel healthier when I eat there. The service was quick and friendly, ingredients super fresh, and so many great options. We live in downtown Redmond a block away and watched them build the store up in the spring and summer, hoping this would be our go-to poke joint in town and the Eastside. The store is clean and neat and the fish is fresh but just like the countless poke shops popping up all over, they are for sure lacking the Aloha-vibe and missing the authenticity of real Hawaiian poke. We've been about a half dozen times and their portions are consistently small - they give you about 30% less fish than most other places and instead they fill you up on rice. Ultimately Hello Poke is a disappointment and we'll be sticking with PokeMix at Bellevue Square. read more

My first Poke experience -- and such a delicious one. Ordered a large bowl with veggies (tofu + mushroom) on a rice + greens base and most of the veggie toppings and the sesame + spicy-mayo sauce. I was the only one hungry in a party of 3 -- but I still got only a third of the bowl. read more

I've tried many other poke places in Kirkland, Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue, but this is my favorite poke place in town. The food is amazing, very unique sauces, fresh and good quality of ingredient with reasonable price. Plus, all staff are so nice and friendly!! Highly Recommended!! read more

I think this is a great healthy alternative for quick food. The parking isn't great, but there is a parking garage close by. I enjoyed the food. The food was fresh and the place was nice and clean. I mixed the brown rice with the lettuce and toppings. ( it's extra for avocado but they don't tell you that) I will go back. read more

Fresh ingredients made for an awesome poke bowl. Had three bowls with different combinations of both brown and white rice with different proteins. They have plenty of choices for different sauces and add ins. Miso soup was pretty good too. read more

This place has never let me down on food quality and taste. I do love their poke, but comparing them with other poke places they fall short on many things. They give the bare minimum amount of fish and toppings, lots of rice however. And their price just doesn't justify what they give. Recently that have added a rather abrasive sign on their topping area saying, "excessive toppings will be charged extra." I'm sorry but they only use a tiny little spoon in the first place. If you are going to charge extra for certain items then you need to be transparent and list the pricing. I really hope management here realizes that their cost cutting measures are noticed and may probably aren't actually effective. read more

Really good fresh fish here. I had a poke bowl with yellowfin. Everything was really fresh and tasty. I really liked the ponzu sauce. I saw they had spam musubi, as a special side item, but it must be popular, because it was sold out when I visited for dinner. Will definitely try again, and look forward to it. read more

This place is amazing! So happy they opened up in this area, it really needed a nice casual place to eat when you don't want a fancy sit down meal. The place itself if very well kept and the food is amazing quality--one of the best poke places I've been to. My only comment would be that the cheapest bowl is $10 and it automatically comes with 2 scoops of fish. Since the scoops are pretty large (which is another plus!) it would be great to have a slightly cheaper option with just one scoop of fish. Then it would be a 5/5 for me! read more

This is my third or fourth visit here at hello poké. This restaurant recently opened In downtown Redmond and it is great. The food is amazing but the portions are small. The staff is not very welcoming or very friendly. I also think that instead of condiments being above the trash, that there could be table caddies instead. Kinda gross. read more

First time checking it out and it was a thumbs up! Pretty self explanatory with the menu but the employees are willing to answer your question. Basically felt like I was at the Subway, except Asian style. I got half and half regular bowl with spicy tuna and salmon...yum. after eating the whole bowl, I felt like I had a healthy, flavorful meal. I just wish they would mix your bowl a bit better so that the sauces are nicely incorporated with all the fixins. Overall very pleased. read more

This is a great Poke restaurant! The food is really good and fresh, which is important for poke. They give pretty big portions for the price; they don't skimp on the fish. The staff is very friendly, and the building is nice and new. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

One of the bowl is spicy tuna and the other is a Build-Your-Own-Bowl. We didn't select any chilli powder or spicy seasoning. It's absolutely ridiculous that they got both of them wrong. It's not only a flavor issue, but also a safety concern. We know there is some chili in the marinade, but the excessive chilli powder is definitely not right for what they shown in the menu (see the last photo of their menu photo). Besides, the preparation is super slow. We arrived to pick up 30mins after placing the order, way after Ubereats shows the order should be ready. However we still had to wait more than 10mins at the counter. UPDATE: I also left an review on Google map, and the owner replied with their excuse blaming customer not understanding the ingredients. I have ordered exact same item before and know what I'm ordering. I certainly know that the spicy tuna has some chili in the marinade/sauce, but not the EXCESSIVE chilli powder on the top! And for the BYOB, I have ordered exactly same options previously, and there was no such EXCESSIVE chilli powder. I also called their number multiple times before posting the review but no one answered. I also left a voice mail and spelled my phone number, so if they really wanted to make it right, there were lots of ways to contact me. Unfortunately they didn't. They just blamed customer not understanding the ingredients, instead of admitting their mistake. That's ridiculous. Such a disaster response and absolutely no ownership/customer service! We used to eat here a couple of times a month, but will never go there again, and would spread the words to people I know.

Experiencing their dry-aged fish Omakase offering in person this week was a reminder of why I enjoy purchasing from Local Market whenever I'm on the East Side. The owner Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth and willing to answer any silly question you may have. His passion for his craft is obvious, and this company deserves nothing but the best!

They also serve lunch from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM daily. I usually stock up on biscuits and teas. They also have a bakery case filled with pasties, hand pies, and tarts. Their tea pot selection is also decent and ideal for gift giving. I'm definitely returning for their lunch service at their cafe next door. Staff has always been friendly and quick to offer assistance. Prices are comparable to other specialty shops.
