The line moved pretty quickly, it was the perfect choice for a small sweet treat after dinner. The place was really cute on the inside. The cookie we got was delicious, I went back to get another one. They unfortunately don't warm up your cookie for you though so definitely try to grab one when the batch is still fresh. I got the fancy Chocolate chip cookie with salt on top it was amazing but I want to try some of the other cookie flavors they had 7-8 different cookies and you could even opt to get it with ice cream. If the cookie was warm I definitely would've gotten ice cream with it.

This was my first visit to Hello Robin at University Village (1/7/25). I bought a baker's dozen assortment of cookies. Service was okay. I should have parked myself there to enjoy a cookie or two. But because I bought a beverage elsewhere afterwards, I ended up having to freeze while seated outside. At least the one cookie I indulged in was tasty. A splurge to enjoy these selections later with another family member, with tax & tip it was a over $31. I still prefer the Capitol Hill location much better, most likely due to nostalgia.

Some places send my taste buds to weird places every once in a while, and this is one of them. I went here with friends on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm to a fresh smell of sugar and graham crackers. The inside has what looks like a huge counter for cookies to be made, and a counter where all the cookie flavors are sold. There's few places for seating, so the place is more suited for grabbing your cookies and going. When I went here, the servers recommended both their birthday cake and toast & jam cookies, both of which I got. The birthday cake cookie was just as i expected; very sweet as if I was coating the frosting of a birthday cake all over my mouth, which I enjoy. The toast and jam cookie also tasted exactly how you would imagine it, along with what tasted like cinnamon. My friends were recommended other flavors like the smores and habanero flavors. Yup, you saw that right. They have a habanero-flavored cookie, and I was caught off guard with the spice it had when I got a bite of it. Essentially, it tasted like a regular sugar cookie but with an added spice that reminds me of one other place that sold Gochujang-flavored gelato; it was something unique. I'd like to try their other cookies when I come back here another time! They do have better deals when you get half-dozen and dozen cookies as well if you want to try more of their flavors.

Absolutely obsessed with the birthday cake cookie dough ice cream with birthday cake cookie - and I super appreciate the ability to order an open faced sandwich as such. I think their prices are reasonable and the ice cream always slaps. It's good to be back in Seattle and close to hello Robin, my top craved ice cream. Huge fan of their flavor options, the speed of their service, and their tucked away location within U Village where there is ample seating. I'll be back!

The cookies here are absolutely fantastic. I came by on a Saturday evening. I decided to try the following: 1. Classic chocolate chip 2. Dark side of the moon (half chocolate chip, half chocolate espresso) 3. Whole wheat fancy chocolate with sea salt 4. Oatmeal chocolate chip All of the cookies were great, but my favorite was the dark side of the moon. The cookies were chewy, with the right amount of sweetness for me. Staff was friendly and there was plenty of room to sit inside. I will definitely come back in the future!

I absolutely love Hello Robin cookies. These cookies are amazing and made to perfection every time. They're well worth the drive from the Eastside. Whenever possible, I get the chocolate chip, brown butter, snickerdoodle, and molasses cookies.

Hello Robin was absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed their cookie, as well as their ice cream. I admit, it was pricey- but the store is so adorable and the location is perfect.

Vegan! I got the chocolate chip vegan and scoop of icecream. Went to nespresso where I just spent $175 and made affogato.

Hello Robin is one of my favorite dessert shops in Seattle. Their homemade cookies are amazing. They serve classic cookies like chocolate chip, as well as unique flavors like their orange habanero chocolate chip, which is so delicious with ice cream. They can make cookies into a ice cream sandwich that amazing. They have traditional ice cream flavors, as well as some unique ice cream flavors. There are numerous vegan and vegetarian options at Hello Robin. I highly recommend this dessert shop, it's amazing and the staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Wow wow wow!! These cookies were so good. Such fun flavors to choose from and the cookies tastes fresh for hours. They really were delicious and the shop has such a cute atmosphere. The workers were hard at work all day and were helpful but also patient when it gets hard to choose.

Going on a date with me is like taking a bite into an oatmeal raisin cookie and finding out it's actually oatmeal chocolate chip.

This spot is awesome. We were warmly welcomed and the staff bantered with us about eating dessert so early in the day. We ate our first choice and then stayed for some more. Lovely location and great staff. Beautiful see through windows, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your treats.

It was a cute very Instagrammable place. Everything looked clean and lots of pastel colors. There were a handful of variety to choose from. We went for the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie and Snickerdoodle. It was chewy and good! But not enough to stand out. We tried the Chocolate Oatmeal cookie as well but it was very crumby and dry.

Chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. Not pictured is the s'mores cookie which was amazing!

The croissant was on the crispier side, especially with the almond crumble on top it was a bit too cripsy for me, but I tend to like soft and flakey pastries so it's probably a matter of taste. I think the hojicha syrup is my favorite out of all the ones I've tried so far. It has a really nice roasty flavor and not something you can find at most other places. The matcha I would say is my second favorite. The flavor of the matcha syrup is definitely lighter compared to the hojicha but still is a nice compliment to the soft serve. The black sesame would be the lowest on my list out of the, all since I felt like the flavor was too nutty like it was a blend of sesame and potentially a nut. Their patisserie is stronger than the pastries IMO and while I wouldn't wait in a crazy line, it's still lovely neighborhood spot and perhaps the pastries are a better texture earlier in the day. Highlights: - Miso Roasted White Chocolate Cronut: My favorite item in their current rotation. The cronut was a tad soggy, but the buttery texture inside is still satisfying and the miso white chocolate filling is lusciously smooth and perfectly balanced between savory and sweet. - Blackberry Corn Mousse Cake: Blueberry mousse is the perfect fluffy texture and the corn is very subtle. The sponge cake is light and perfectly contrasts against the bottom layer of crunchies to add a bit of variety. - Blueberry Corn Croissant: Pastry also held up quite well on this one with the outside still being quite crisp. The inner cream unlike the mousse cake is very corn forward with a bit of blueberry jam to balance it out. Skip: - Black Forest Cake: Found the cake to be a bit too firm with the cream filling to be a little bland and too firm as well. Just wanted this to be better than it was. Also, it looks totally different from the photo on their website heads up. - Tomato Basil Croissant: Just found this to be off ratio wise. The only tomato is the 3 small quarters of cherry tomato at the top and a light smear of basil cream. I can see this being very good, but current form factor isn't doing it any favors.
