    The technician who arrived seemed to be on something. He was shaken, sweating profusely and after 4 hours had only installed 3 door sensors, 2 motion sensors, which are all double sided tape installation. I have 4 indoor camera's and 4 outdoor cameras (he broke 1 of the mounts). None of the cameras, nor the sirens, smoke detectors, keypads were installed. But HelloTech was quick to charge me 158.00 even though he literally didn't do anything! I've contacted HelloTech and my complaint was escalated, then today the message from escalation team was "in order to assist you better can you please specify more on the issue", really my complaint was very specific. I wouldn't hire this company they are not worth it!

    So far worst company I've had service my tv's. The guy that came left right after arriving. And never came back. Then they never sent anyone els out to hang my tv wall. After all that they made a bunch of excuses and asked me if it was ok to come out 3 days later WORST COMPANY IF EVER Dealt with

Mike responded immediately to my inquiry and took time out of his…read moreweekend to provide me a quote for a Sonos home theater install and found time to get me in the very next day!!! Mike communicated with me via text throughout the morning the day of the appointment and arrived on time (rare these days). Professional, knowledgeable and took the time to teach me a few things. Our system sounds great and his price point beat his competitors. We will definitely use him again as we build out the network and expand into the backyard. Couldn't be happier!

    I waited a long time to write this one, very upsetting, angry and frustrated. Do not, let me say…read morethis again, do not work with this company at all. My wife and I have a home theatre system and we needed some help with installing in the new lightbulb. We had no idea what we were doing and we needed an expert to help us. I reached out to Michael and we were texting back and forth and he said he could help us out. Via Text he goes yes I can help you install your lightbulb and make sure your system is working for $150 for an hour of work. Any expert or pro who does this could do it in maybe 30 minutes or less. So he came over, I was not home so he was dealing with my wife and he was having a very hard time getting the projector down from the ceiling. He finally realized that he did not have the proper tools to get the projector down so he had to run over to Home Depot to purchase the tool to get the projector down. He took about 30 minutes or so, maybe longer to get back to our house. He gets the projector down and we realize the lightbulb that we ordered was damaged, that was on us and we missed that, but he goes that will be $175 to take down the projector and do nothing for us, zippo ziltch, left us hanging with nothing done. He said he could come back when he is back in the area and that charge would be $150 to do the job, so now we are spending $325 to put in a lightbulb for our new projector. What kind of customer service is this, zero sympathy, nothing as he is laughing while my wife and I are so angry. I guess it was a nervous laugh or something. Wouldn't even work with us on price or help us in fixing our projector, just left and said good luck. He also was going to walk out the door with the piece of equipment that he needed to take down the projector. The guy was a flake and did not help us at all and now we have been without our projector for months now. I would never use this company at all, run away and call someone else, BEWARE! Shame on you Michael, hope it was worth it, we are good people and just needed help and some compassion and you could care less. If I could I would give him a 0 stars! Also, I forgot to mention it was not our fault that he did not have the proper tools to take down our projector. As he is fumbling about trying to figure out he goes oh darn I need get another tool, I forgot to bring mine. So that is on him and we get charged another $25 for him to go to Home Depot. Unacceptable!
