Had mostly okay experiences except when one new younger blonde girl was helping us at the drive through. We had ordered a burger with cheese and it didn't have the cheese so we asked if she could add cheese, politely I might add. She says no you didn't order it with cheese check the receipt like all rude with attitude? And my mom got mad, cuz when was being rude and we were all yeah we did ask for it with cheese. And like instead of just taking it and adding cheese she made a big things out of it and was like can someone help her cuz I don't wanna deal with her. Like hey idiot it's literally just a piece of cheese. And she still was asking for the receipt. And we gave it to her and she didn't even look at it she gave it to someone else. And the other people who were on the night shift weren't helping. They we're just staring. Like my mom is your elder little girl. I don't care if you were having a bad day there's no reason to talk about someone right in front of them especially while you're working especially when your job is literally in customer service. It really turned me off from wanting food from there. Like nobody even tried to help fix the issue so we just left with the hamburgers the way they were. Also another time my mom ordered cheese fries with chicken and the guy didn't understand. And he was like well people order chili cheese fries with chicken. But we don't have cheese fries witch chicken... Like. . . The chicken is an add on. You also don't have chili cheese fries with chicken on the menu people add it to the order. And my mom assuming they didn't do that at all, ordered the chili cheese fries with chicken. Which was gross. So I guess the employees can be very incompetent. And often not very friendly. There is an older blonde woman who is super nice like in her 40s and the owner is also very helpful. A taller chubby girl is also nice and the girl with the really really curly hair that's burgundy is also friendly. It can have bad service but its also not totally bad! Their pastrami sandwiches are super good and their grilled chicken or fried chicken dinners are also very good. Their chicken AND cheese fries are yummy too! I like their onion rings. And you can order the fries crispy and you get them super crunchy. Their zucchini fries are great. My family has been going their since I was a little tiny kid. I'm 24 now. So there's a slight chance you might have an unsavory experience but more often than not it's not anything you wouldn't experience at any other fast food restaurant. read more

Well.... As far as the food, it was good. I have ordered a salad and a chicken sandwich from here and can't complain. As far as the customer service... IT SUCKS! A couple of months ago I went on my lunch since i work in the SPA 6 area, I ordered my food through the drive thru and once I pulled up to the window omg... the girl that was cashering was the rudest person I have ever! I pulled down my window and all she was doing was staring. I asked what was the total and she walked away. Ok, I sat there waiting for her to come back, she tells me the total and I hand her my debit card. She does not reach out to get it and here I am handing it to her, all she does is put her hand out on the counter for me to put it in her hand. I tell her can you reach to get it she says no! I guess she saw her manager comming so she changed her attitude. Point is that this girl (blonde hair) had a HORRIBLE attitude. They really need to remove this girl from there or at least from attending customers. Haven't been there since that happened. read more

well the burgers and chili cheese fries are good but watch out for the rest room hopefully they have had changes but really watch out of you need to use it 9 out of 10 times the rest room is dirty and urine on the floor and a few times the toilet is plugged D--. free refills is a plus. i been going there since i can remember when it was just open. the first owners crew could short change you all the time at least the second owners are a little better are up to date. read more

This place is always sure to disappoint. I live about a block away and rarely go there. When I do go there, I always end up saying "Hercules sucks!" by the time I leave. Today, I went there and ordered a simple grilled ham and cheese for my father. It was $4.99!!! I couldn't believe it. A grilled cheese is $2.19. A ham and egg sandwich is $3.29. A slice of cheese is 50¢. But a friggin grilled ham and cheese is $4.99?! GIVE ME A BREAK!! They could have at least given me breakfast ham on it for $4.99!!!
