Some of there younger employees are rude. The last time I went there the guy that took my order at the speaker he was very rude and he kept rushing me through my order and he got ended up getting my order wrong. Once I got to the window he was still being rude. Has no manners. This kid looks like he can be in his 20's for sure. The other day my fiancé went and someone took his order at the speaker yet the got the order wrong. My husband and I stopped here for lunch and we couldn't have been more pleased. The young man that took our order was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered a couple of double cheeseburgers with grilled onions with fries and a drink. The food was seasoned, it was not over packed with lettuce and the onions were grilled to perfection. We sat down to eat instead of drive thru and it was clean and tidy. Not overly crowded! I would recommend eating here if your in the neighborhood. read more

I came here to try their famously talked about Chicken Chili-cheese fries. They are not that bad. But not amazing. I do suggest getting some sort of dressing (Thousand Island or Ranch) with this to give it that pop in taste, I know I missed and needed that. Asides this, their menu looked pretty good. Food is good here majority of the time. They always accommodate you and what you want. There was a gentleman at the front register the last time i was there and his customer service skills lacked very much, and it seemed like he really did not want to be there. Their fries have been undercooked the last couple of times that I have ordered there and they also taste stale. They have changed the way they make their chicken breast sandwich. This has been my neighborhood burger joint for many years and when growing up this food has been present in my life many times. From the time to when we were kids and had mom and pop takes us for that weekend meal to the days of late night munchies after clubbing and everything else in-between. And so it goes that this place is a familiar attraction for most who grew up around the South Gate, Lynwood, and Watts neighborhoods. This is the typical fast food eatery with rows of generic booths next to the walls and large windows and a stainless steel counter top from which you pay and get your order. You may also find a few arcaded machines you can play while you wait for your order, but you will not wait long. You will find folks of all kinds come and patron this place; skater kids, families, gangstas', local business owners, police officers, and just the regular childhood customer as me. The specialty here is the burgers. Large meat patties in sesame seed buns with shredded lettuce and onion, chunky slice of tomato, cheese optional and their one of a kind special sauce that after years they still keep a secret formula of what I have tried to decode as 3 parts mayonnaise, 1 part Thousand Island with dashes of dry oregano and something else...we will never know but this makes these burgers so delicious and quite apart form the burger as the Tom's, Tam's and Jim's just to give you and idea. Hamburger specials come with a huge portion of seasoned fries of thicker variety so the fries alone are a meal or two in themselves. For drink options you have soda like Sprite, Pepsi and other flavors as well as the Orchata and Orange Bang from a churning fountain Other things on their menu are Chili Fries (Mountain of cheesy greasy deliciousness), Burrito plates, Chicken, Grilled Cheese and Club Sandwiches. I have heard that their pancake breakfast plates are very good too. All items on their monster menu are reasonably priced. Hello, everyone I'm at Hercules. My girlfriend took me to eat breakfast. First time for me. Second time for my girlfriend. Well, first started its pack small parking lot. I like that the employees were clean well dress in there uniform. Speedy service ok. Good people skill greetful once we step in. Inside was too small for all the customers coming to eat. Too crowded. Tables are too close to another. The most part it was clean. I order the biscuit and gravy with three over easy eggs with 4 sausage which it comes with the order. My lady order French toast it was good and soft each bite. And she order scramble eggs which were fluffy flavorful and 4 sausage which they were ok could've been better. Been coming here off and on for years, and even more so since Tams fell off. I always get the Bacon avocado cheeseburger. I love their fries, there perfectly seasoned. Their chili fries are to die for. And their omelettes (any of them) are great for breakfast. The only downside is they can get a little busy on the weekends at night. This is the most disturbing place to eat. I have no idea how this place is still open. My family had the worst experience today with having mole in our tomatoes to rude customer service. We bought a Family pack and discovered that our tomatoes had mole on them. My aunt had called the restaurant once we noticed and this lady told us "what do you wanna do about it" And we said if we can get new burgers . My aunt asked "do I just take the burgers or the fries too" the lady said "just the burgers so we did" we were expecting to get new fries too and they said "no you can't get new fries , if you wanted fries then you should of brought the fries too" and we said we had asked if we should bring them , if we would have known we would of brought the fries too not just the burgers. The guy said if you want your fries come back tomorrow morning when the manager is here. The lady we had spoke to , her shift was over so they said they couldn't do anything about it because that was the earlier shift. First of all shouldn't there be a manager at all times. This explains why this place is such a shitty restaurant. They don't have a manager on site to be able to help with any customers concerns. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience or didn't try to do anything right. To top this off my little cousin ate some of the mole which really pissed us off. Nobody in the restaurant wanted to provide their name so I took the initiative to take pictures. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
