In the market for a new vehicle I requested an "e price" via their website from Heritage. I was promptly contacted by a sales person via email. When I asked for him to please send me the best price they could offer on the vehicle they featured on their website he insisted he could only get me his best price if I made an offer first. When I told him that I was requesting their pricing that their website said I would receive if I provided contact information and I did not negotiate in this manner, he insisted that unless I gave him a price he could not get the sale manager to give me a price. This review concerns how I was treated by the service department at Heritage Ford, but considering how bad it was I doubt if any of the other departments are any better. My head wants to explode just thinking about the moose crap I had to deal with in order to get my work truck fixed properly and invoiced properly. I hope my review costs them at least as much money as they "accidentally" tried to get me to overpay. If I could give negative stars I would. Not only do I think they replaced parts that weren't actually bad, but I had to make a return trip because an industry standard procedure (checking axle vent when repairing blown seals) wasn't performed and so some of the work they did had to be redone. I also had to have my bill redone THREE times, due to being charged for parts that were not installed on my vehicle (the excuse was that two come in a box, so I was accidentally charged for both!), being overcharged for parts, and incorrect labor charges. What the bastards at Heritage didn't know is that I had ten years of experience working on Fords and dealing with parts and service departments. I saw through their game, their lies and their fake apologies. DON"T GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the type of establishment that gives mechanics and repair shops a bad name and creates a general mistrust amongst consumers. We don't need places like Heritage Ford in Modesto. read more

Mr. Farhoud, I appreciate your response to my review on Yelp. However, your offer to to discuss my issue is far too late. I spent nearly 7 months battling the dealership and never found a resolution. I went as far as to contact the corporate Ford office, but still received less than mediocre service. Rather than wasting more of my time, I traded my vehicle in for a Chevrolet which I have been more than pleased with. Their customer service, attention to detail, and sincere desire to ensure my satisfaction has been outstanding. The lesson I have since learned is that Ford is no longer interested in the satisfaction of its customers. I purchased a used Scion tC from Heritage Ford with a chip/crack in the front windshield about the size of a quarter. I told them I wouldn't sign anything unless they agreed to replace the windshield. They agreed, but said they would schedule a service appointment for me because the service department was closed that day (Sunday). I also purchased the extended warranty on the car, which wasn't cheap, but I figured it'd be worthwhile in the long run. Three weeks passed, and nothing. So I decided to take matters into my own hands, and called to make an appointment. I spent the better part of half an hour on the phone while the lady tried to track down the used car sales manager and the financial officer to figure out what was going on, because she hadn't heard about any windshield replacement or repair, even though it was plainly stated on my Due Bill. We finally got things figured out (or so I thought) and we scheduled the appointment for two days later. The next day, I noticed my Check Engine light turned on, so I called and asked if that could be checked as well, and was told that it would be. My husband brought my car in, only to have two hours of his life and seventy miles of engine wear and fuel wasted. He was told that their OBD sensor didn't have a Toyota/Scion connector, so they couldn't scan my car to find out why my check engine light was on. Why you would offer a warranty on a used car that your service department is ill-equipped to service (or even diagnose) is beyond me. He was also told that they needed to speak to the used car sales manager and the financial manager before they could tend to the window, and the financial manager wasn't even there, and nobody made any effort to try to get in touch with him or find out when he was returning. I'm sorry, but this is absolutely ludicrous. When you schedule an appointment with a business, it's commonly assumed that all of their affairs will be in order by the time of the appointment. They had two days (actually, more like three WEEKS and two days) to make sure everyone was on the same page, and couldn't be bothered to take the five minutes to make it happen. Before leaving, my husband asked if taking the Scion to a local Toyota dealership to have it scanned would be covered in our warranty. The service technician's response? "Umm, it should be." Not satisfactory, unless "it should be" is followed by "let me find out for you." Think twice about having your car serviced here. And then think about it again. Keep thinking until you've decided to bring it somewhere else. There you go. Buying the car was a positive experience, but the service department is bad enough to make me second guess recommending the place to others. Their "free engines for life" slogan is absolute crap as well, as all of your maintenance and repairs for the car MUST be done there (including oil changes, which take hours instead of minutes to complete) to keep the offer valid. Gary in finance is awesome! My wife and I bought a new Ford Focus at Heritage Ford. Well, the financing fell through and Gary refused to quit trying. We never got an approval (bad info on credit report), and my wife insisted on returning the car. Gary professionally did the paperwork, took the car back, returned the trade-in, and cut a check to return the deposit, and never complained. I recommend the Heritage Ford finance and sales department, they were awesome to work with! read more

Talked to Nune is service (supposedly a manager) could not do anything, talked to Brett Smart (supposedly the company manager) he also did NOTIHING!!!! Well I am a women and didn't like the way the sales person and I think finance person made me feel. I believe the guys name was Franklin. I did have an appointment so sure you could figure out who it was if you needed more information. A few things that bothered me that made me think they were thinking I was stupid: 1. Tried telling me 4 wheel drive was cheaper insurance. However I know very well it is more since it is more of a liability than 2 wheel drive. 2. Told them what my max payment would be, told me they had GREAT NEWS when returning. Was $100 more than what I could afford. I told them no way I can do that. They told me to be flexible and asked what more I could do. Suggested I put an additional $4000 on a credit card. If I could afford a credit car payment...then obviously I could afford $100 more on a car payment. Kept pushing what more I can do, saying "come on, you can do more". They should have been offering me more on what they can do to help get the payment where I needed rather than trying to get me to put on a credit card and not budging on helping me. 3. Showed me the sticker price of the vehicle I was looking at that had the base, plus price for additional options underneath. They hand wrote the additional options on the sticker price, adding the options again stating the vehicle was $3500 more than what the sticker was saying. Not sure if that was a ploy... I should have taken the paper.. but very deceiving and seemed they were trying to double dip on charging for the additional options. (Sticker stated $27900 + $3595 = $31495). Hand wrote the vehicle with additional options was $34,999. Doesn't make since when clearly the sticker says "vehicle & options other" was $31495. 4. Tried selling me a used car for $10,000 more that the new one I was looking at that I couldn't even afford. I told them I didn't need 4 wheel drive. This is where they were trying to tell me 4 wheel drive was less money on insurance. When I know it is more and know the vehicle cost more because it was 4 wheel vs 2 wheel. Then tried telling me to look at a Bronco that was more than the truck I was looking at. Asked about 4 times to go look at one when I kept saying I can't afford the $30,000 truck i was looking at, why would i want a Bronco for $34,000. If I could afford $30,000 I would buy the truck I was looking at. 5. Low balling me on my trade in. Kelly Blue Book for Trade in is $16,500, and they were trying to only offer $13,000. CarMax will give me $16,600. 6. I asked about special ordered a vehicle to accommodate the price point I was needed and said by then my trade in would be a lot less and never offered to even look into. Said used vehicles depreciate every 2 weeks. 7. I explained to the finance person, i used the online tool, choose my vehicle, entered estimate of trade in, down payment and choose financing. My payment came to $369. When he came back with $460 price I asked why and said they don't add sales tax in the estimate. Even if that is the case, doesn't make sense to by $100 more per month for just Sale Tax. Needless to say I left there frustrated, I almost felt they thought of me as a women and easy target. I am smart and do my homework before I go into any dealership so I kind of had an idea already. Someone recommended calling Turlock Ford. I called and immediately was pleased. Ordered me exactly what I wanted and the payment will be around the price point I am looking for. I will probably never go to Heritage Ford again based on the way I felt when I left. I have bought many of cars and most dealerships don't want their customer to leave and do everything that can to work on price. Not continue lying and trying to sell them additional things that are even looking for. Just wondered if the same thing would happen if a man went in doing the same thing. read more

So I'm debating between 4 and 5 stars. I went in to have my wheel bearing replaced. I mentioned I believe it needs the back plate replaced as well. I left the car for 3-4 hours. I was given a ride home from the shuttle, which is a super comfy Ford car and a very nice male driver. I was given a call that it does in fact need the back plate but they don't have it, they need to order it. I was not charged any labor that day and to bring it in a couple of days later when the part comes in. I'm ok with this, I can bet there would be other people who might get upset that they didn't check if the part was in before I left the car, but I give the benefit of doubt, they are probably really busy, i'm sure they don't want to spend time on a car just to have it come back again later either. Its all good. I call two days later the part is in but now its like 3 pm and they ask if I can bring it in the next day. ok sounds good. I really wish I could have had it repaired that day, but no one can predict when a part will be delivered. I bring it in the next day in the morning, I take the friendly shuttle home, they called me later, took the shuttle back. Within 15 minutes of arriving I paid and my car was pulled up. Everyone in the dealership was super nice to me, even though they were very busy. The result? My car rides smoothly again and not horribly noisy as it was before. It was fixed beautifully. I could even tell the difference when I gave it some gas, such smooth handling now. So YES! I will be going to Ford from now on for all of my repairs. I'm very happy with the work. I was going to a family friend, and yes I saved hundreds, but no it was not worth it, not at all, so I basically threw money away. Im very happy with Ford. I was quoted the same price at a few other places, so im happy that this turned out so well. You know, working people and businesses are not perfect. None of us are. Hiccups will come up so I wont hold the small things against them. I do mention them because hey, it's not a perfect world. And I am very happy. I was secretly wishing they would wash my car after the service as Lexus does after any service no matter how small, back when i had one. But i'm ok that it wasn't. Based on this, my first experience with actual repairs at Ford (I once went for a battery replacement) I do recommend Ford. Omar was upfront, friendly, honest. read more

The salesman I dealt with was really nice, but they really have no leverage on the bargaining table. So basically we were dealing with the floor manager who was really just quite insulting. He is of a different culture, so I don't know if that is normal for him. It just seemed like he was insulting my intelligence. They didn't want to come down in price at all for a USED car. If I wanted to pay the sticker price, I would just go to Car Max. Anyway, he tried to play mind games with us, and ultimately he was just offending me. So we moved on to another dealership that was more straight forward. I felt sorry for the salesman because I really wanted to work with him. I'm not saying don't go in there, because you could very well be dealing with a normal floor manager that has a little more tact. Like I said, the salesman is nice, but if they aren't willing to work with you a little bit I wouldn't waste anymore time. Car buying is a stressful experience as it is, you don't need to sit there and negotiate any longer than need be. Good luck, and seriously shop around. This is literally the worst dealership in Central Valley. Both times I brought my car in they did a poor sloppy job, and BOTH times I drove my vehicle off of the lot my check engine light came on. Both times. The first time I thought it was a coincidence and I paid for them to diagnose the issue then paid $600 to fix the issue. I'm starting to think there was no actual issue bc I drove my car off of the lot again today and my check engine light came on after a routine oil change. The assistant manager did not speak up when he heard me complaining u til I directly asked him if he was one of the managers. This whole situation is very very shady and I do not recommend this business. Additionally, they didn't suggest to change my wind shield wipers when they were clearly worn out. No one checked them at all as part of their expensive "works package." I recommend you take your car to jiffy lube. You will get better service and they won't tamper with your car such that the check engine light suddenly comes on ! Suddenly ! For the second time. I think it's important to run an ethical business and I will report heritage Ford to the better business bureau. read more

The next day went to "Central Valley Feel Good" and yup I was right !!! They approve me for a 4.9 with $0 "ZERO DOWN!! Within my budget!! MY MUST HAVES : A moon roof, Leather seats that is my demand. They gave up and lost me as a customer and "I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! " They told me they can have a moon roof installed there not installed from the factory.....really!!??! They wanted me to pay EXTRA to have a moon roof installed into a vehicle. REALLY ...what the heck!! Bottom line : I feel like they FORD lied to me (CREDIT SCORE) to use maybe a less reliable lender so they can force customer to use that bank which = $$$ into their pockets for the new accounts. Had some problems getting parts for my car. I called and made a phone order for a power steering belt for a 2010 ford edge Limited 3.5l v6. They said the part would be in the next day. It didn't come and they didn't call me to tell me it was going to take two days before it came. Waited two days and no phone call, I called and they said the part was in. I drove over to get my part, toke them about 20 mins to find my part and it turns out they ordered a bolt and not the belt. They then ordered a the belt. Took another day and again they did not call me to let me know it was in. Took the part home, didn't fit. Took to a shop thought I was doing something wrong... they had two techs try wouldn't go on. The shop called the parts department and was told that was the wrong belt. They ordered from one of there supplies and got the right belt and where able to install it. I then toke the belt back to the ford dealership and it was the same guy, didn't recognize or remember ordering the parts. I told him it was the wrong belt and he told me it was the right one. I said why wouldn't it go on, 3 people tried it and it didn't work. He them mentioned how dirty it was, he said he would return it if had the box. Look it's pretty apparent that the belt was packed in the wrong box. Came straight from the shop to here I'm not coming back a fourth time just bring a box. You have made countless mistakes and you should fix and stop wasting me time. read more

Ok, so I have mixed experiences with Heritage sales, service and warranties over the years. Earlier this year I wrote a scathing review, and now I am tempted to delete it altogether. I think it even says more about Heritage Ford to leave that review in place, and then offer what a profoundly different and improved experience I had today. First off, I was uncomfortable coming back to Heritage after my last experience and my review. However, I had an untimely problem with my truck, just before going on vacation, and was desperate. I had the truck towed in and I came into the service reception area with the tow truck driver. I noticed a different feel to the place right away, and Jesse was masterfully multi-tasking with a number of customers. He told the tow truck driver where to leave my truck and told me that I did not need to go with the truck, rather, he would be with me in just a minute. We completed my work order and Jesse gave me the chance to review and amend the problem description. As I left to get my Uber cab, Jesse ran out to let me know their schedule was really full and they probably could not get to my truck till tomorrow. Later in the day, I received a call from Nunio stating that they found the issue on my truck; just some missing and loose fasteners on the transmission shifter. They fixed and had it ready, at no charge since it was such a small issue. When I arrived late this afternoon, I saw Jesse and others, running to and from cars, shops and the service desk - Awesome hustle. Great customer service was occurring everywhere I looked. I was told my car would be up shortly, right after the two cars in front of me. Within a short wait, my truck appeared and the issue was resolved, and in fact, the shifter felt better than it ever had. I find it hard to believe this was just a good day, and instead, want to give full credit to the dealership and the service team for such a fantastic makeover. I took my new Ford in for warranty service, and was told it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. They were supposed to call when it was done. Over 4 hours later, just before closing, I called them to make sure I could pick it up. Without apology, I was told, "they did not get to it, and since tomorrow is a holiday, it would be at least Friday". I needed the car and told them I was going to pick it up. The problem was minor (the window switch support came loose). I picked up the car & it was like I was putting them out by picking it up. I inquired as to whether they could guarantee it done on Friday if I brought it back, and was told they would be short handed. Needless to say, I will not be going back -- I'm sure that if I left it for Friday, I would not see it before Monday or Tuesday. There was no effort made to call to tell me they could not do the work, and the attitude of the service people made it clear they did not want to do warranty work. I will Never recommend Heritage, and will recommend that my company, with over 700 fleet vehicles not use Ford products if this is the warranty service level we can expect. I gave one star because I cannot give zero. read more

Started my journey at a different dealership where they thought I was being "difficult" because I wanted a specific vehicle that they didn't carry and would have to try and get for me. I left and drove to Heritage Ford, met Rocky as I was walking up. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and didn't think I was being difficult for wanting to make sure I had the exact vehicle I wanted before spending a huge amount of money. He didn't drag me all over the lot in the awful Modesto heat, we looked on the computer and narrowed down what I was looking for, and when we found the one, we went out to look at it. It was perfect. We test drove it, and after the sale, he even transferred my license plate frame and helped me clean out my car. (No judgment for the 15 pairs of sunglasses we found either. HAHA) I would definitely recommend you go out and see him if you are in the market for a new car. read more

I really couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience from Heritage Ford. It was so different than other dealerships in the area. We went to Heritage to look at a used F150 they had. The high mileage put it out of reach for us, but our salesman, Franklin, casually asked if he could see if there was any inventory in the area that might more closely fit our criteria. A few hours later we were signing papers on our new F150. Franklin and Oscar worked very hard to find an exact match for us at an unbelievable price. They were also able to secure a great price for our trade-in which made the purchase an even bigger no-brainer. What made this purchasing experience different is the fact that they didn't start talking about monthly payments until we had already agreed on a price. This is very unusual and welcome. We were at a different Modesto dealership days earlier and they never wanted to discuss the price of the vehicle. Instead, they tried to back us into a price by asking us how much we wanted to pay per month and how much we wanted to put down. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and we walked out on them. Heritage was completely different. So casual. So low stress. I would not hesitate to recommend Heritage, Franklin and Oscar to friends looking to purchase a vehicle. read more

I have a 2013 F150 CrewCab ecoboost. Brought it in for poor idle when started cold and odd transmission issue along with bouncing rear suspension. Brought in shop several times. Result = waste of time. At one point they had my truck for an entire week only to tell me Ford's special line "it's a characteristic of the vehicle". The said they replaced the rear shocks. As over time the bounce returned and got worse, I took truck to McCoy and they mentioned only one shock appeared to have been replaced. After several visits to another Ford service department, a pre-existing TSB to explain transmission issue was identified and implemented (worked!). The customer service staff were nice and otherwise returned my calls promptly and they did help schedule a rental car which was covered under the extended warranty I purchased. I think myself and family are done with Fords. Brett, Which time? I took the truck in several times starting in August. The truck was in there from 8/24 - 8/28. read more

Poor customer service. We needed a battery and had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Because of all the electrical components only Ford could install and update the system. That wasn't the worse part. It was when we had the appointment that the service really shone. We were told it would be ready the next day and they would call when it's ready. No one called and if they didn't leave a message. When my mom called he yelled at her that he did call. When she went to pick it up no one was around to talk to her and you would think at 12:30 there would be more service managers around. The cashier took her money and didn't care that there wasn't anyone around. My mom had to hunt for her car and when she asked for assistance he (not sure who he was in the grand scheme of things) pointed that it was parked over there across the parking lot. She asked if there was anyone to go over what was done and he chuckled no. She commented that they didn't even wash her car and he laughed and said "we don't do that!" He didn't even say thank you for choosing Heritage Ford. So my mom called Nunie and it was a big waste of time. I guess they don't want our business as I have a truck that I was interested in having looked at and I won't be going there!!! The service department is terrible. That's according to my insurance company. My truck has been there since Dec. 26 for chewed wires. Now the story is they finally found the parts and can fix it sometime next week. It took them a week to get back to my insurance co. with an estimate. Communication is terrible. When I'd arrive at a dealership for a test drive, I'd have to be careful not to get trampled by the stampede of salesmen, jumping down my throat to sell me the first car I laid eyes on. No one wanted to take the time to show me all available options for whatever car I was interested in. They were only interested in moving cars, selling the next one to the first sucker who walked on the lot. This was a huge turn-off for me. One day, I saw the new Ford Mustang and started doing some research. I fell in love with the GT version and wanted to drive one. I went to Heritage Ford for the first time and started looking at some of their cars. Leo Rivas was there and he kindly told me that he'd be happy to help me if I had any questions. I thanked him and, surprisingly, he left me alone to look at the cars!! I saw a GT I liked and went to him to ask for a test drive, but I told him I wasn't ready to purchase the car that day. He said that's fine and immediately prepared the car for me to test drive and he let me drive around, showing me all the features of the new Mustang. Over the next few months, he texted me (at my request) updates on the Mustang and any news he had on new, upcoming colors and options. Here I am, a year after that first test drive with my brand new 2017 Ford Mustang GT in White Platinum with red leather interior. (I'll try to attach photos to this review.) I specifically wrote this review to thank Leo Rivas for all his help in finding the perfect vehicle for me. I want to thank him for his patience, friendliness, and professionalism. He is the man to go to if you want a good deal on a vehicle from Heritage Ford! Salesmen of Modesto: learn from Leo Rivas! This man is going places! For Leo, I give 5 stars. My experience with him in this was perfect. For the Heritage Ford dealership as a whole, I give 5 stars for services offered (free oil changes for life) and I thank the general manager for trying to fix the problem with my order. For certain blunders some have made on my dream car order, I give 1 star. Let's face it, nothing makes up for a mistake on my order. I will definitely return to Heritage Ford and even recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new Ford. The only thing I'd do differently is demand to be the one to input the order options into the computer. I'm a little sick to my stomach because of this spoiler I didn't want drilled to my car. I had other plans with the look and now I'm stuck with holes drilled into my trunk. read more

Hello, I am asking the question does Mr. Scrooge or Mr. Grinch work at Ford and Heritage Ford? I purchased a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer on the last part of March, 2017. This occurred on Nov.27, 2017. I had just came from the hospital, Kaiser with my wife getting my new baby daughter her six month old shots. I decided to pick up a few Christmas gifts and some See's Candy after I left the hospital. I was about 4 miles from Heritage Ford dealership, on a street called McHenry. My 2017 Ford Explorer started jerking and then stop moving forward. I was in the middle lane of a 3 lane street heading southbound. Thanks to some kind drivers I was able to coast into the Burlington Coat Factory parking lot. They gave me the right of way to get over. Hearing the noises my Ford Explorer was making, i was sure I was having some transmission issues. I called the towing service provided me by Ford. The gentlemen from the towing service was very helpful and polite. I asked him to do a 3 way call to Heritage Ford. I needed to get my wife, and baby home safely and quickly. I knew my 10 year old daughter would be getting out of school in the next couple of hours. She would not be able to enter the house if my wife and I were not there. I knew Heritage Ford had a courtesy vehicle. I was thinking surely they would help get my wife, and baby with packages, stroller, car seat, etc home safely and quickly. I was told they were knitted into this community and very supportive. After all Ford is a All American company?? The towing company called Heritage Ford on a 3 way call. The towing company and I explained my situation to Jesse at Heritage Ford. He said, he was unable to send the courtesy vehicle out to assist us. He recommended I call Enterprise Car rental. He gave me the phone number to their facility. Jessie stated he would set it up for Enterprise to help us. I called Enterprise Car rental. They sent their representative out to us. He was professional and kind. He did everything possible to get us to their office with all of our stuff quickly and safely. Once my family and I arrived at the Enterprise Car Rental office we learned that Heritage Ford had placed some stipulation on us. They would only pay $30.00 a day and the vehicle had to be a Ford vehicle. Well, you would think their first concern would be to get my family home quickly and safely but it was not. Their branding "Ford" was their concern. We were at Enterprise Car rental. Not Heritage Ford Dealership. Enterprise did not have a vehicle there that could accommodate my wife and new child along with the car seat, the stroller and other packages we had. The representative at Enterprise called Heritage Ford. He spoke with Jesse. He explained they did not have a Ford vehicle which could accommodate my needs at that $30.00 a day price point. Jesse at Heritage Ford refused to help. Those are the stipulations. I spoke to Jesse myself. I asked Jesse if he had a family with children, young children. How would he feel if he was driving a New 2017 Ford Explorer and it broke down suddenly stranding his whole family with strollers and stuff. I informed him that Enterprise had other vehicles that were not Ford vehicles that could get us home safely within their $30.00 price point. I informed him that I needed to be home to allow my other 10 year daughter into the house otherwise she would be locked out. Jessie would not alter the stipulations. I told Jesse right now my most important job as a man was to safeguard my family. I hung up the phone feeling very disappointed. I had to come out of pocket and rent another vehicle for $100.00 a day to get my family home safely. The Enterprise representative told me if I came back later at the eve of the day maybe they would be able to switch me out of the $100.00 a day vehicle into another vehicle which met Heritage Ford criteria. Enterprise did this for me later on in the day. Jesse whom I spoke to after getting my family home told me he would call me later that day. He did not call. I called him the following day. He told me my issue was with my transmission. This really lowered my confidence in my vehicle. I have not been a American car buyer in my life. I previously purchased a new 2013 Ford Fusion. I was trying to support American workmanship and companies. That vehicles passenger door came open on me with my 9 year old daughter in it while driving. I grabbed my daughter and pulled over. I took that vehicle to Stockton's Big Valley Ford and had a terrible time with a dishonest service manager. Well, It is 12/20/2017, Heritage Ford still has my vehicle. It has almost been a month. They refused to exchange the vehicle for another new vehicle. They refused to put in a new transmission. They are still tinkering with the transmission which broke down. Well, Ford might just be like it is called "Found on the Road dead." Ford refuses to help you get back up. That is not American. read more

I got the worst service for trying to get a couple of services under one claim because i bought the extended warranty and i was gonna be charged a deductible of $100.so it makes sense to due one claim. the service rep made the whole process a frustrating process. so thanks to Omar i will no longer go back to heritage ford, instead ill drive an additional 20 minutes to Price ford. read more

I don't write review but after my second time here and having the WORST experience ever with the "tech's" or whoever does your paperwork. Oscar , Rocky , Omar by far the worst people I've had help me out. Not customer friendly whatsoever. And when u try too call then too get an update on your car they don't answer nor leave u a voicemail. They call a number that u say DO NOT CALL CALL ME ON THIS NUMBER. WROTE IT DOWN IN PEN AND STILL PROCEEDED TO CALL IT AND DIDNT EVEN LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. Like u guys aren't professional whatsoever this is my 3rd time back and EVERY TIME I have a bad experience here. These people are no help I feel like I was ripped off given 2 types of information when ROCKY said there replacing everything for me (after getting numbers confused speaking too wrong person then blaming me for not saying don't call that number , after I wrote my cell number in pen , no he didn't leave me a voicemail or anything proceeded too call the number I told him not too call ) THEY DID NOT REPLACE EVERYTHING I will never recommend anyone too go to this dealership as they play a fake role and screw u over after u hand over your keys. Rocky.. Rocks!! He answered all our questions and showed us all the trucks we wanted to look at. We test drove a Ford F150 crewcab ecoboost . We left that day with no pressure. My husband wanted to test drive a Chevy Truck. A week later we returned to Ford because we were so impressed with the Ford truck and also the no pressure helpful Rocky. My husband wanted the chrome package and other details. Rocky checked the inventory and traveled all the way to Hollister to pick up my husbands truck with all the bells and whistles my husband wanted.. Did I mention free oil change for life! Didn't hit one commitment on the vehicle timeframe or return any phone calls. Couldn't get a straight answer so I picked up my vehicle as was. Will try other places before ever thinking about coming back. Don't bother with appointments as you are just another customer in their mind. Dropped vehicle off at 8 am didn't get it back until 1 pm the following day. All this for lube services and a brake job. And they didn't even do the brake job!!!!!! So 28 hours they kept my vehicle with an appointment and changed the fluids and wanted to keep it longer for brakes?! Are you serious? read more

Customer service is horrible .I will never buy another car from them again .I brought my car in July because of the sunroof is leaking They said they couldn't fined the leak . The service department is horrible! I had one previous bad experience with them keeping my vehicle the entire day, and NEVER calling to say they were keeping it overnight. I decided to give them one more try since they are the only Ford dealership in Modesto. WRONG decision! We had my car towed in for a flat tire at 10:00 in the morning, and were promised we would get the car back by 5:00...... NOT ONE CALL!! We had to call them 3 times just to find out they were keeping my car overnight FOR A FLAT TIRE!! Are you kidding me.... When we finally reached someone around 5:00, they said the car would be ready by 11:00 the next morning..... NOON, at still NO CAR, NO CALL!! The WORST customer service ever! I called on my lunch hour, just to get transferred to 4 different people. No manager was available because, of course, he/she was at lunch... The service person, Jessie, finally got on the phone and made several excuses for the horrible service.... they were too busy, he had trouble with the dispatch, blah, blah, blah.... The service was so great, that Jessie actually hung up on me because I was so irrate!! Yes, that's right..... hung up on me! DO NOT use Heritage Ford!! Their customer service is horrid, their work is sub-par, and they don't even take the time to communicate effectively. Management is not even available to take calls from upset customers!
