I ate all the broccolini, a few bites of potatoes, and a few bites of steak. I hate that all restaurants, because of patrons and their salt-conditioned palates, serve the most sodium-laden monstrosities possible. I didn't feel good eating it, I didn't want to eat more than a few bites, and I left the restaurant full of regret for the bites I did take. On the plus side, the beer is exceptionally tasty, and my kids both enjoyed their meals. We are leaving tomorrow and so we won't be back, but I wouldn't be back otherwise as well.

The cinnamon on the French toast gave it the right crisp plus the maple syrup was spot on for my taste buds. The bacon is thin strips which aren't my thing I prefer thick cut bacon. It has a few counter seats and then as many tables as can be put inside for seating. Turnover of tables was quick. Many people came and went. I enjoyed my hot tea and read while I ate.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a genuine smile the entire time. His energy was infectious and really brightened the atmosphere. Definitely a must-stop when passing through Durango.
