Love their jasmine tea with coconut milk foam. Delicious! My drink comes out so fast, about 5 minutes. They don't have seating inside the shop, but the plaza itself is nice with free seats around.

Tried the triple matcha latte and the cloud matcha and they were both ok. I went on 2 separate occasions. Came at 11, 2nd person to order.. i placed an order for 3 drinks. It took about 15 minutes for the first person to get their drinks and about 20 minutes for mines.. i dont know if its worth waiting this long for a drink.. saw 3 different cars get pulled over by the time my drinks were ready. Matcha not strong because i fell asleep. Also, 1 of the workers wasnt really working. I saw her on the phone just staring at it, took a random picture, walked away and continued texting away or something else while the other 3 were working. It was the angry looking one with the triple chin. Not sure if id come back. Ill only get a drinj if my friend offers though.

First time visiting Heytea. This location is at the Atlantic Times Square in Monterey Park. Its front entrance is facing Atlantic Blvd. Free indoor parking available at the square... entrance to parking garage can be made on Atlantic Blvd or Hellman Ave. I prefer the latter as it's less congested. Only one self-order kiosk for use. You may order at the counter or scan to order as well. I chose the kiosk. Easy to maneuver through the screens. Payment by credit card. They weren't super busy. Although wait time for my drinks was a tad longer than expected. Maybe they were attending to other orders made online. Btw, shop is very small with no seating inside or outside. No restrooms either. It's pretty much for take-out only. I got 2 drinks... one Supreme Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea and one Coconut Mango Blue. Unfortunately, they gave me the Crisp Grape Boom (hot) instead of the Supreme Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea in error. Not sure how they could have mistaken the drinks since I didn't order any hot drinks. My bad that I didn't check my order before leaving the tea shop. My youngest daughter was not very happy she didn't get her drink. Anyway, both drinks were good. I was quite surprised and impressed with the grape drink. Its grape taste came through nicely and it wasn't overly sweet. I've never had a drink like it in the past. I returned back on another day to inform them of the drink mixup. The young lady staff behind the counter was very apologetic. She spoke with the shift lead. They gave me the Supreme Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea drink on the house. I appreciate they took responsibility for their error. Thank you! I bought 2 additional drinks that evening... one Crisp Grape Boom (cold) (even more amazing than the hot version) and one Coconut Mango Boom. All drinks were quite delightfully tasty! Heytea is worth a visit for their fresh and unique flavors. I'll be back to try their other creative and innovative twist on tea drinks. Thanks Heytea for elevating tea to the next level!

A good place to get boba tea drinks and matcha drinks. Ordering is simple and drinks were prepared very fast. It was tasty. My triple matcha was strong and not very sweet as I customized. A bit of hiccup on the receipt. There wasn't any printed from the kiosk so I didn't know if my order went through or not until I checked my credit card transactions history. There was no order number because of that. My daughter was able to follow through the making of the drinks so we were able to identify our drinks once it's out.

Love Heytea, hate this location. I came to Heytea because of the promotion they had for the soccer magnet and this was my first time at this location. When this location gets busy, it's honestly so hectic. I waited about 20 minutes outside before I could order but the layout of the store is extremely small and cramped. Everyone that ordered pick-up would squeeze in between the people that are waiting in line through the one open door they have. Unfortunately, it was a humid day so everyone was just waiting inside and it was difficult navigating between the people that need to pick up their orders and those who needed to order with the cashier. Probably waited another 20 minutes to pick up our order. Drinks: Coconut Mango Boom (8.2/10): So delicious on a hot humid day. There's a mango slushy base with bits of jelly on the bottom and sago mixed in between the mango base. You can never go wrong with this drink! Triple Supreme Matcha (6/10): I saw a recommendation on TikTok for this drink so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, this drink was so grainy and unsweet. It comes with matcha mochi and jelly that tasted like

What is that smell?! This was my first reaction as I stepped foot into the store. The scent of fresh jasmine tea permeating to my nose was absolutely intoxicating. Whatever air freshener Heytea uses, I want it. The shop is not too big, and there are two kiosks you can order from towards the left hand side of the store. You may also order with the cashier at the register if you prefer. My favorite thing about Heytea is that they have a zero calorie sweetener option. I always order it with my Grapefruit Mango Boom. The tartness of the mango and grapefruit is perfectly balanced with the coconut jelly and milk. Mix it all together and voila!!---a creamy fruity party in your mouth. I have also tried their Milk Tea with boba. The tea flavor is pleasant with a very creamy base. The boba however was disappointing. It was very overcooked and lacked chewiness. Parking can be a hit or miss since it is located in the Atlantic Times Square plaza. If you're lucky you might be able to find parking in front of the store. Overall, Heytea is an overall enjoyable experience. If anyone knows what air freshener they use in their stores, please let me know!

I feel blessed that I live within walking distance of heytea! I can't speak on their fruity drinks, but I love their milk tea. They are able to achieve that perfect balance of aromatic tea, subtle sweetness, and silky milk texture. I think Molly beats out heytea overall if you like more floral drinks. Heytea does have a slightly bigger menu with fun seasonal drinks. Places like heytea, Molly, and 3catea have also adopted the tiny straws for their milk tea drinks. I was skeptical at first but I am a true believer. The drinks DO taste better with it lol. It can get VERY crowded and the storefront is extremely tiny, so I recommend ordering ahead and picking up your order. I come here so often that I ended up getting the app, which makes it so convenient. You also earn rewards so the discounts add up! There is zero seating inside the store but you can enjoy the drinks elsewhere in the plaza on the scattered tables/chairs. Parking is free in the plaza underground and there are limited curbside loading zone spots off Atlantic blvd.

The coconut mango bloom is so so good. They use real ingredients because you can taste it. I love the little chunks of sago and jellies. This place is always popping because there's always a lot of people waiting. It is more of a grab and go spot - no areas to sit and enjoy. I either order my drink through the mobile app ahead of time or I just walk in and order at their kisok. The drinks are made quickly and it is so worth it. There isn't much interaction with the staff besides when they call out your number to pick up, but that's ok because I prefer it that way.

Stopped by quickly to grab a drink and I parked right outside on Atlantic. Neglected to order ahead so ordered with staff and it didn't take too long to get the drink. You can also use the kiosk to order. They'll call out the number when your drink is ready and they do check receipts to match up your number. Definitely a grab-and-go place as there's no seating. I usually get the Coconut Mango Boom, which is essentially mango sago in drink form. It's delicious and refreshing. Will return to try the Crisp Grape Boom, which seems to be another favorite.

This Heytea location is very small and located on the perimeter of Atlantic Times Square/across the street from Courtyard by Marriott. There is 1 self order kiosk on the left and just a counter for ordering/picking up drinks. No tables and it can get cramped and crowded when busy. I recommend ordering beforehand to pick up. I've tried their crisp grape boom and kale boost tea. I've never had a bad drink from them. I highly recommend their fruit drinks, it's super refreshing and they use real fruit.

The Monterey Park HeyTea is by far my favorite HeyTea in Southern California. Picking up your order is seamless. Performance is consistent. The workers are professional and efficient. I had an especially wonderful experience at this HeyTea today thanks to a worker named Yichun. Yichun was very helpful in helping me navigate the HeyTea app to use my Sparks to apply rewards to my order. She was so cheerful and happy to help. She also helped me get Sparks on my friends' orders as well (since they didn't want their points hehehe). There was no wait tonight, so we got our drinks immediately handed to us by Yichun as well. She also complimented my custom Doraemon sticker that I drew using the HeyTea app! The drinks, of course, are amazing. My personal favorite drink EVER is the Crisp Grape Boom, a delicious blend of jasmine green tea and grape juice that is miraculously only 120 calories! Every component in the drink is very well balanced. The slush is cold and refreshing without diluting the flavor. The sweetness of the grape juice complements the soft, floral jasmine tea in such an addicting way. And the pieces of grape at the bottom provide a satisfying "crisp" crunch! Recently, I've also really liked the King Jasmine Guava. The drink is incredibly fragrant. You get a punch the lime zest aroma simply by picking up the cup. You take a sip and are plunged into the sweet salted cheese cloud before breaking through to the wonderfully ripe guava drink, all the while being enveloped in their nine-scented King Jasmine Tea. Sweet, cheesy, ripe, complex, and fragrant. I almost feel bad drinking it because it feels like I'm cheating on the Crisp Grape Boom. And yes, it is that deep. And no, I am not exaggerating about anything. I love the Monterey Park HeyTea so much. Great vibes.

Really small and simplistic interior. There's not too many options. Prices are now $8+ a drink but it did come out quickly. Nothing exceptionally stands out but is not bad either. Due to location, size of place (no sit down), and super simple, with so many other boba spots, overall experience is just boring.

The drinks are still really good. They have new smaller cups... There was this one day where their internet was down so they couldn't take orders. So the lady in front told us to order on the app. Which we did.. so we walked to Daiso while we waited for about 10 minutes and when we went back she just told us that the internet was still down.. Which I was so confused about because she told us to order on the app but either way .. what did the internet have to do with making my drinks. But I just said okay. I would check in every 10-15 minutes and every time I walked up to the store she would hide her face with her hands. I was a bit annoyed because I had already paid for my drinks and I waited patiently for almost an hour, I'm not sure what the internet being down had anything to do with making my drinks. After an hour, I ended up just asking for a refund. Definitely expect a wait when you want to get a drink here but the quality is good. I think they have other locations, which I probably will try out to see if they have better service.

    Do they accept cash?

Yes, they do. I paid with cash and it they did accept it as a payment option. They did give me quarters as my change instead of bills even though I noticed they did have one-dollar bills, but I just assumed it was because they may have more coins.

I was the only one there so took maybe only about 2 minutes to come out. Both the tea and the jelly had a very strong tea flavor, which is what I prefer, which is why I usually reduce the amount of sweetness in all my drinks. It's definitely different with the jelly instead of the boba I usually get, but it's a nice change. Contact was very minimal since you order at the kiosk first and the only human interaction is when they bring out your order to you. I think for the size that you get it was pretty pricy, but it's definitely slightly different from your typical boba shop.
