Went this past weekend while i was visiting New York because I heard from friends that it was really good. The line for this place was ridiculous - over an hour line, wrapping around the block even before the store opened. I assume this is not normal since there was a collab with Tears of Themis (?), but I am not sure so thought I should mention it. I ordered online when the store opened at 11am and got my drink much quicker. I got a Mango Grapefruit Bloom, which was pretty good - a very refreshing mango and coconut milk drink with grapefruit pieces. Each layer of the drink tastes very different and there are some blander ones, so I really should've mixed mine a little better. My main complaint is that the larger pearls in the drink were basically flavorless and not very good. There was normal (small) sago as well, and those were fine, but I did not really prefer the large ones.
