Been here a couple of times now, and the tea is great. The first time I ordered at the store and the most recent visit I ordered ahead on the app. The ordering process is easy, and I have to say that the to go packaging works really well. They put cup holders in the bags and also a spill proof covering for the hot drinks. The cups are designed well too. Some have a cool turn top so you can sip a drink with a topping and also drink it using a straw. As for the drinks themselves, most are good with less sugar. I especially liked the Hot Jasmine Latte and the Supreme Matcha Latte. They were creamy and had just the right amount of texture. I don't know if I'll be back that often though. The Jasmine matcha was so interesting, I love matcha everywhere but this one had jasmine jelly and subtle notes of the tea to go with the quality matcha. Strawberry boom was still great especially if you're not interested in the coconut or grapefruit/grape flavors. It's really crowded inside though and probably a 20 - 30 minute wait including the line to order + the wait for the drinks. So excited to have a Heytea in the city! Came here on a Saturday at 6:30 PM and there was no line. There's not really sweating inside but plenty of people were hanging around and just standing and talking after getting their drinks. There were a lot of employees working behind the tiny counter, which was surprising. The cashier was good at answering my friend's questions about drinks. Or drinks came out in about 5 minutes. I got the Crisp Grape Boom, which was great! I never see grape-flavored drinks, and this was so clearly made from fresh fruit due to its clear, sweet notes. I loved the cut up grapes at the bottom -- they remained crunchy and provided great texture! I was also able to get their zero calorie sweetener in my drink, and I didn't miss the sugar at all! My friend and I recently went to try SF's Heytea becuase of a BOGO offer. We both tried their King Jasmine Milk Tea. I loved the aesthetics of their cup along with the protective cover on the drink. After trying many on their menu, my favorite is the grapefruit boom. It is a mix of slushy green tea drink with grapefruit pulp. This drink is refreshing and good if you want a less heavy drink. Their matcha drinks are also super nice. Recently, I've been liking their wicked matcha which has pomelo juice and matcha. This is a combo I didn't know paired that well until I tried it. Their crisp grape drinks are on the refreshing side too and will be nice if you like grape juice. Go for the mango grapefruit boom if you want more of a dessert drink.
