My daughter loves coming here. She always gets the Oreo Shake a fun get a brown sugar milk tea with boba. Both are amazing. You can order at the kiosk which is faster than the cashier as she is making the drinks as well. It's a small place. They have a few tables that they share with other businesses.

Love this shop! I've tried a couple of their drinks and they've all been pretty good. The tornado drink looks very cool. You can order on the ipad, and there can be a bit of a line, but the displays to key you know it's ready are nice. The decor on the walls are cool too, but there isn't much seating since it's just a stall.

I come to Japantown very often and Pink Pink always has fast service. It's in the middle of the mall, perfect location to stop by while we shop. The boba was a little too chewy, but it can't always be perfect since it sits there for a while. But, the drinks were fresh and delicious. I love coming here for a quick drink!

Peach and coconut soft serve and green grape drink

One of my favorite spots in japantown for drinks and soft serve. I always order the soft serve when I'm here. They now have 2 kiosks for self order and drinks were ready really quick. I decided to try a new drink this time and it was a new item: green apple grape. Unfortunately this drink did not meet my expectations. It was really artificial in my opinion so will not order again. However the other drinks that Ive tried before were all really good!

For caffeinated, the peach oolong, for non-caff, the taro ube milk. Both with the lychee bits. And half sweet. Love them flow, ordering kiosks just around the corner from the pick up. Quick and easy. Don't depend on the phone/text when busy. Just look for your order on the counter/the people who ordered before you.

Mango pomelo sago with no sago. This spot allows for kiosk orders and it was quick. Very quick and easy.

I wanted some boba while in Japantown, so I decided to give this place a shot. You can order at kiosks on the side or at the front. I got the peach oolong milk tea with boba, no sugar (the honey boba is sweetened) and that was perfect for me. I wish I got more ice since less ice was actually too little. The peach flavor actually didn't taste artificial tasting and came through nicely. Wouldn't mind getting again!

My mom got the matcha tomado and I got a milk tea. Overall my mom really liked her tea a lot, it was very sweet and creamy. I thought mine was good. If you are looking for the fresh boba tea with non powder flavors this might not be for you. If you're craving a boba tea, this might hit the spot for sure! Located right in a center food area in Japantown malls, it's nice to grab a drink here. It takes a while to get a drink and there are benches to sit. It was the weekend, so I understand the line. I felt like it was toooo big! I felt bad wasting half of it, but it was huge and very sweet. I will say you cannot bring drinks into other stores, so try to get the tea on the way out!

Very quick and nice service. Cashier was very nice. Loved the flavor and it was very lemony, my teeth actually hurt a bit after lol Yummy boba, bouncy and chewy. Great for walking around japantown or take home.

Came here for the Cherry Blossom festival since it was the last day. We used the kiosks as it was packed and efficiency seemed best this way. We ordered the black pink swirl which is peach and coconut ice cream swirled together. And we also ordered the Lychee Grape with salted cheese foam, lychee jelly, half sweet. The order came pretty quickly and I will say the swirl was tasty! I was hesitant on the lychee grape my wife ordered but it was actually pretty refreshing. The lychee jelly is something I really like. All in all, a busy day today here but the service was quick and the satisfaction was met!

This shop is in the Japan Town Center in Downtown SF. It's been here for awhile and this match delivered. It was creamy and very matcha concentrated. The service is fast especially ordered from kiosk only. Noise level is a bit high because it's a very tight small area where there's not much places to sit. There's restaurants, bakeries, anime shops and Pokémon card kiosk around also.

    Matcha Tornado

The matcha tornado was sooo good!! I ordered it 50% sweet and it was perfect! Definitely is a good size drink for what you pay for and it will have you yapping for a while cause of the caffeine lol

Love Pink Pink Tea Shoppe. Glad that they are now inside the Japantown West mall. Always love their drinks and used to go to the downtown one until they closed. This tea shop is directly across from Andersen Bakery and gets a lot of foot traffic, so prepare to wait a little bit after ordering. Located inside the Japantown West Mall on Post and Webster.

It seems like there's also an upstairs but did not get the chance to check it out. I got an iced latte with their almond macadamia milk, and they're also so nice to do complimentary cold brew! So we got an extra drink for free. Trying the iced latte, it was pretty disappointing lol. I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

We chose this large city location thanks to easy parking and a convenient stop on our drive. It was a beautiful morning, which was easy to enjoy thanks to the high ceilings, big glass windows, and open main door. The first floor has a central counter to order food and drinks; the glass cabinet has a bunch of rotating pastries from a local bakery. They have restrooms and a merchandise area here too. At the front are counter seats along the front window, and also a horseshoe that looks into the roasting area, which is a great place to smell the beans. There's an upstairs loft that overlooks the cafe below, also with a test kitchen area and offices across to the front. They definitely have a larger business going on, and I can see why it's so popular. We ordered a latte, iced coffee, and various pastries to start our day. Prices were reasonable for the quality. Where Sightglass lost points for me: -Fire up that hot spot, because there's no wifi. -My husband's breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. -Worst of all... paper straws. I know, dramatic, but I want to enjoy my coffee without the inevitable ticking time bomb of a straw progressively getting more and more soggy with every sip.

But I have to praise that they do work fast and service is great. Indoor seating will be a tiny wait but is worth because the inside is so lovely, more like a Japanese tea room rather than some cafes that lean towards the clean modern usually all white interior look. We got seated at this cute little tea area almost felt like a sushi bar vibe. I was impressed that I could see that they had different water kettles labeled with appropriate temperatures for brewing their matcha. So I ordered for my date and me: matcha latte, matcha pie, and the cookie trio. Matcha latte was good! Nothing too crazy but still really good, I'm more of a hojicha person nowadays but solid drink and beautiful textured milk. The PIE! This is their best dessert and for good reason. Citrusy, but not terribly sweet, rich yet still has the subtle matcha flavor. I could see potential for a fall forward hojicha version of their pie one day. $10 for a slice but worth to share Cookie trio was a good pick too. My favorite was probably the Kinako oatmeal raisin cookie and I think would pair well with any warm drink. Matcha white chocolate cookie was not too bad, I think it benefited a lot from the bit of sea salt on top. The Hojicha chocolate walnut cookie was my second favorite! I don't see many hojicha desserts happening yet in matcha cafes so this cookie was a delight to have and honestly I've gotta try making my own. So warm but not too dominated by the chocolate. I wanna come back because they've got a matcha chestnut cake I wanna try next, just stellar for the desserts

The sando was prepared to perfection and would accommodate even the pickiest eaters. The pork was crispy and the sauce was delicious. - Japanese Gozen 24 Originally placed my order and saw this on the menu so I had to try it. The miso soup with edmame rice was delicious. Key call outs were unagi egg, salmon sashimi + roe, and the pickled cucumber. The egg plant was delicious considering I don't typically like that, here it was flavorful and packs a punch. - Rose Matcha Latte 6.75 You could tell the matcha was ceremonial grade and prepared with care. If your usual is a rose milk tea, you have to try this! I loved the rose garnish on top for extra pizazz! - Strawberry Latte + Hojicha 7.50 The hojicha was smooth and complimented the strawberry at the bottom. The strawberry syrup at the bottom was clearly prepared fresh and was strained beautifully, no bizarre lumps of strawberry randomly that you get from other places. The bathroom was decently clean. The flow is you order at the kiosk get a number and find a seat where the food will be sent to your table. If you are on work lunch, you can order ahead and they have a take out window!
