This man is a rip off artist! I brought my BMW here explaining to him clearly that I have a coolant and oil leak. He said he fixed all the leaks and problems and assured me it is good to go. Turns out he didn't even touch any of the leaks and only tuned up the car. I brought it back and he fixed the coolant leak, yet one week later my leak is back, dripping all over the ground. These mechanics have no idea what they're doing, especially if you own a foreign car I highly recommend staying away from this company. The worst part is, Ahmed (the owner) won't ever admit his faults. If he doesn't deliver what he promises, he will be sure to justify himself. I was driving my car and got over heated. I stopped close to this auto repair shop. I towed my car to the shop and the next day the owner told me that they replace a pipe and the car is good to go. When I got there he charged me $120. They didn't even call me to tell me the problem or to ask me if I wanted to fix it or not. One day later the car went over heating again. I called the shop and they say it must be ahead gasket. Luckily it happed close to home and I took it to my mechanic and he changed the thermostat and charged me $30 for the whole tings. The car is running very good now no overheating any more. I think this shop has a dishonest owner and a rip off method of operation. read more

Useless people, the mechanics dont have any idea of the issue, took my car two times, and they were not able to locate the problem which was very obvious.Took them whole day to figure it out and when i came in the evening the problem was still there.They would immediately suggest u to go for oil change etc. They r somehow always out of time .I would definitely not recommend these guys, get your car to someone experienced even if they charge you more, it would save lot of time and money. read more

Don't let the Name, Building or Location fool you. These guys are TOP NOTCH. I just took my Audi A6 to them to change Transmission fluid (CVT Transmission) . It was not shifting right after I took it to The Transmission Shop in Lewisville TX (near Hwy 35) . After talking to Muhammad at Hi Five Auto care (H5A) , AND a customer that just got their oil changed there (who even took me to work when i dropped my car off). I really like how H5A KNOWS THEIR STUFF. He even walked me thru how they are going to change out the fluid (using the same steps at Audi recommends (wheels, off ground, temp of oil, shift into each gear..etc). I know what he was talking about. even called me before the work was done and came pick me up from my work after it was done. Because I did all my research AFTER I took it to guys at Transmission shop. I will NEVER use the Transmission shop ever again. Here is why. I was 4 QUARTS of fluid LOW. YES 4. (I don't even have a leak under my car). Not to type 1000000 more words and bash on anyone more. Just take your car to Hi Five Auto for ANY Repairs and TRUST ME, You will like what you see. My son hit a curb with his 2010 Fusion causing his tire to go immediately flat. After putting the new tire on, his power steering was no longer engaged (yes, really). Checked on the internet and confirmed with Ford service advisor that you had to have a Ford-specific mechanic use scan tool to clear the codes and re-initiate the power steering. This was going to cost $150 PLUS - this was a Saturday - Ford couldn't get to it until Monday. I checked Yelp and found this place. I called Hi Five and talked them through it. They told me if they could reset it, it would be $45. If not, they wouldn't charge me anything. AND - they could help my son immediately. 30 minutes and $45 later, my son was out of there and able to go to work. Hi Five took the time to understand the problem, didn't try to suggest any other over-complicated solution (Firestone suggested a new steering rack - $1500). The service attitude and willingness to help was refreshing. DEFINITELY go here and we will be continuing to use them for more service going forward. read more

After trusting Ahmed (the owner) and Hi Five Auto for over four years. After treating them with respect and friendship, I have finally reached the conclusion that Hi5 intentionally physically damaged my vehicles many many times. Having taken the current cars to an honest mechanic, as well as watching Ahmed incompetently work on my vehicles, I know realize just how bad their work is. In addition, one car spun around many times even on the freeway and taking it to Ahmed several times his answers ranged from bad driving, rain, and even imagination! Taken the same care, after Ahmeds last analysis of the problem to Firestone them immediately diagnosed it as loose rear alignment components. Ahmed does alignments, he analyzed that vehicle at least 3 times for this problem and failed to find the reason when Firestone finds it in less than 5 minutes? Hmmm... High Five is the BEST. They took us in on an emergency basis when the radiator sprang a leak and worked their tails off trying to find a part for my 1991 Ford F150. In my car, when I turn on the fan, it blows hot air - whether it is hot or cold outside. It is a known problem. When I called Hi-Five and told him about it he responded "'of course it is summer and it blows hot air". When I explained him that it happens all the time, even in winter, he ridiculed that 'your car is a genius to blow hot air in winter and I will give you $1000 if it does so'. What kind of mechanic is this guy? Probably he doesn't want me as a customer. I just hung up on him saying that I am talking to a wrong person. So be careful before you visit him. i dont know how people rated them 5 star. if i could rate them -1000 thats the rating they deserve. i went to change my timing belt,alternator and serpentine belt. they charged 164 dollar which is fine. but i dont know how the hell they burnt my a/c condenser fan.while they were returning my car they said i got a bad compressor a burning smell is coming wen a/c is turned on.i was like i change my compressor a month ago. how is this possible? they were mocking and told me maybe they give u a cheap compressor. then i came back home and poped up the hood and saw my a/c condenser fan is not turning and its burnt. which means when i turn on the a/c the heat is not escaping and too much pressure goes to the compressor and burning smell comes.. they are trulyy retarded mechanics !!! a/c condenser fan assembly cost 200 bucks read more
