I have been to this place for lunch and dinner. Food is tasty and a good variety. Sushi bar is nice. Place is clean. Wait staff varies with their service. (Most places have no formal training) It would help if the owners would change different dishes instead of having the same all year round. The staff is kind, and the managers will usually bend over backwards to make sure you're happy. They don't need to on most occasions, too. The food is your usual Chinese buffet stuff, and the location has tons of seating for your parties or what not. The Hibachi grill is where life gets changed up every so often. I've never walked in and seen the exact same spread twice. And I've been there more than my fair share of times. All in all, check it out at lunch time if you're a bit wary about how good a buffet could be. Good place, albeit a *bit* pricey - $14.95 for dinner. Food is good to excellent, table service is good. Personally I like Teppanaki Grill better, but this is not bad. We were there about 8:30 on a Saturday evening and it wasn't very busy. Comments on some of the other comments: Yes, they had crab legs but I personally don't eat them and apparently most of the other customers there at the time don't eat them either, they were not a particularly popular item. I do not eat sushi, and I did not try the Hibachi. Yes, it was very clean. Never did figure out what the sesame balls were filled with. Did not find breaded creamed corn or frog legs. The General Tso chicken was good, but that was ALL it was - no broccoli or any other vegetables with it. All in all it was a good place, but we probably won't go back without a coupon. Almost $34 for two people, with hot tea, plus tip. That's what I mean by pricey, we can't afford to do that very much. read more

I came in on a Sunday night around 8 by myself, and I was told to take a look around and then pay first if I wanted to eat. Everything was pretty empty and there was absolutely no sushi so I asked if they were done making food for the night (close at 9:30) and she said no but to name specifically wanted I wanted. I said I really came for the sushi bar and she said she would send the chef out. One guy came out and asked me to show him which ones I wanted, which was weird because there were still people coming in. I pointed out a couple different ones and when I went to pick another he threw his hands up and walked away. While sitting back at my table I noticed a table of 4 come in and she didn't make them pay first, just me. The three rolls that the chef made were gone in minutes and they didn't bring out anything else, but they did start to take all the food off the line at about 8:45. The Sushi maker guy is awesome, there is a wasabi challenge on raw salmon sushi, the challenge is how many dots of wasabi can you eat. I chose to come here because of a request of Chinese buffet. I was hesitant of going because of the three star ratings and rocky reviews. This is one of those times I'm glad still went. I met my two friends here for lunch 9/18/17. I walked in to a zen-like environment with a great aroma. A waitress greeted me within 30 seconds and I was seated within a minute. There is a language barrier, but that always reminds me that it should be good food! I was sat at a booth, which are pretty low. Anyone with small children will want to ask for a table as the chairs are higher. The Buffett has a huge selection. They have a wide variety of the mainstream Chinese food, Chicken, sushi, seafood, rice/noodles etc. One bar had some American food; fries, onion rings, plain chicken w/ sweet and sour on the side. I didn't look at much else, I wasn't interested in having American food.There is a bar with salad and many dressings, with tons of fresh cut fruit, jello and pudding. Another bar is entirely dedicated to strawberry, vanilla and chocolate ice cream, and you scoop it yourself. The dessert bar seemed to be half homemade/half mini store bought desserts - and they had homemade apple pie strips sooo good with ice cream! Coming from someone who hasn't had much Chinese variety before, it was nice to try a lot of different things. I find myself to be a very picky eater, and as a restaurant employee I definitely deem myself to be one to criticize. Lunch price was $8.29 and kids price is $1.49 always. If you like Chinese Buffets, you will love Hibachi. There is a fresh grill option, and many, many delicious dishes on the buffet. My favorites are the Hibachi Chicken and Pepper Chicken. Their soup selection is great too. There is a huge dessert selection. read more

We went today for our first time to check out dinner and were pleased with the decor, the staff, and the food. There were so many things to choose from. I got steak teriyaki made by the hibachi grill chef, and all the food to choose from was very fresh. My husband had a steak grilled and it was great. The sushi was good-not up to Fuji quality, but still well made and good taste. I was impressed with how many dishes with crab meat and shrimp (great size & taste) were available. A lot of kid-friendly food. Also Prime Rib was available. There was no way to try everything--will definitely have to go back to try more next time! Me & my husband went here yesterday with out three kids for dinner. Our first time here. Food was very good and place was clean. However, SERVICE WAS AWFUL!!!! Waitress and manager were very polite until I presented a coupon for 10% total bill. First, the waitress said we couldn't use the coupon bc we got waters instead of soda. Then she rudely told me to go to the manager. The manager said the coupon doesn't apply to children's buffet. Then the manager said the coupon can't be on Saturday's. THE COUPON LISTED NO RESTRICTIONS AT ALL!!!! When I showed the manager the coupon and asked her why would the restaurant distribute a coupon but refuse to honor it, she snatched the bill out of my hand and gave me the discount. This place was just dirty looking. Cups looked unwashed. The plates stacked for use were dirty and wet, probably accumulating bacteria. Food was cold and tasted as if it was sitting there all day. Waitress did not come by to fill drinks even after I asked. I've come back over and over. Not so much that I enjoy the food (its not bad) but more that I'm greedy. A buffet will usually get extra crefit with me. That being said, it's standard fare Chinese Buffet. Big dining area. Lite up nicely. Clean bathrooms. Never had a complaint with the greeter or the staff. (I found them quite friendly) You're sat at your table. You tell the waitress what you want to drink(sodas and juices only. No alcohol) Then it's ready, set, GO!, to the plates at the end of the food areas to pile your plates! As I said earlier, the food is fine. I've never walked out saying, "Oh my gawd! The dumplings are to die for!" But bring the family. You should have a decent time. read more

Ok I know that I am very picky but I do try and be as fair as possible. I would not recommend this place ever. And I am forgiving on buffets. The food was cold. And I tried a little of everything and I couldn't find anything I liked. My husband waited about 10 minutes for crab legs. When the kitchen staff brought them out there was a mob of people waiting to get a serving of the half of pan she brought out. And what I mean as mob is about the 6 people in the restaurant. When it was finally his turn there was 2 left. It was another 15 minutes before she brought out more. We ate the cold shrimp cocktail. My 10 year old daughter pointed out a sign that was behind us. It stated that customers would be charged for food waste. That should have been my clue to pay for our beverages and go somewhere else. At time to pay, I asked the waitress to check the change she gave us, which was my mistake, but when she went to get the check to show me she put down dirty dishes on my table. Let me tell you about my experience. On Dec 12 my husband and I called to make reservations for my twins' birthday on Dec 17. We made reservations for 15 people for 6pm. We paid a deposit, because she stated it would be first come first served, but if we have a deposit, she could guarantee us a room. Now the employee did disclose she would not be scheduled that day but would leave the information for the person on the shift. Dec 17: We arrive at 5:38pm to be exact. It is not busy at all as stated by the hostess that we placed the reservations with. Tang (hostess) was not prepared. No problem we are early we can sit until you have a few minutes to seat us. A conversation occurs( translation needed). We ask for the room to the right currently empty, a waitress responds it not available (mind you it not busy and none of the banquet rooms are occupied at this time). So after about 10 minutes of back and fourth (translation needed). We are sat in the back room, that is extremely to large and could really use some TLC (it looks like a catch all room and could sit 40 easy). So I was a little bothered we could not have the nice room in the front, but ok. The waitress come to the room and begin to take drink orders. Mind you prices are based on age. So to avoid confusion, I ask to pay now so that its taken care of, as I was also paying for the twins party guest. I went to the register a few minutes before 6pm to pay. It took me an HOUR AND A HALF AND 3 BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES TO COMPLETE THIS TRANSATION. In theory this night cost me close to $300 BEFORE I was able to sit to eat. The mother (Tang's mother) WAS VERY UPSET. As a mother myself, I did not need to speak their language to understand. That and the fact she threw MULTIPLE items during her tantrum. I know you're thinking why didn't we leave. It would prove to be a daunting task to change location at this point. The twins had planned to eat here all week and it WAS their birthday. Also, they had already began to eat. Tang rang up my total 150.00 ok I was expecting that. So then, a family member comes in to pay for herself and her kids. She informs me that crab legs are an additional $4 per child, Tang however charged me 6.99 additional. So now she has to refund my money. She voids the first transactions before I could suggest she reimburse me in cash the difference. When asked her response, "Oh yeah lets do that" well Tang you've already voided the sale. So now she needs to run my card for the correct amount. Now the card is declined. So now I have 7 kids eating and a payment has not been processed. I have to call the bank to attempt to have the pending charge reversed to pay for the correct amount. During this transaction, I have Tang completely confused and somehow able to help other customers. Including another disgruntle customer that was over charged on his debit card. The mother throwing pens and have a tantrum and a birthday party with missing parents because we're in the lobby trying to pay. A family with 25 with no reservation comes in and gets a room and is able to eat before I could finish this transaction. So I have transfer money from my saving account so she can run the card again. Do you know what was provided to me: A F%&*ing coupon for 1.50 off my next visit. So, since I had a party of 8, gratuity is added to the bill, even if the bill is split which means we all paid for customer service, prior to it being provided. We had to get up and stand by the door (catch a waitress) to have our drinks refilled. We had plenty of table so we moved empty dishes to make room. So I paid $17 alone, and each person in my party paid on average an additional 3 to 4 dollars. So if I had to guess at least $30 for a tip, for horrible customer service. For the price (and for me the location), this place is a staple when I want some variety. Prices are $8 for weekday lunch up to $14 for weekend dinner. At off-peak times some dishes can be colder or near empty. But if one dish is unappealing, there is always another to try. Also I'm not crazy about the thought of 100 yucky hands using the same spoon to scoop before me, but it's typical for any buffet, and since I really love the variety at buffets, I overlook it and try to wash my hands with each plate. Suggest you start with a small sampling of each item, then refill later with your favorites. I'm always too full on crab legs and salt & pepper shrimp to make it to the hibachi.
