Nothing is a miss 8.3/10 Soy Bean Paste Noodles - The noodles have great texture. The bean paste does come through. I adore a strong simple dish like this. 8.5/10 Crab XLB - Its not bad, its not good either. The flavors need to be adjusted a little. 6/10 XLB - These are actually pretty good. The dumpling skin, the soup and the filling checks all the boxes. 8.4/10 Pan Fried Buns - It presents really well. The crunchy corn starch base is always fun to eat. The pan-seared dumplings were actually very good--piping hot and full of flavor. When the soup dumplings finally arrived, they were decent but didn't quite live up to the pan-seared version and lacked the same level of flavor. Finally, our Szechuan chicken arrived. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was crispy with a great spice profile that delivered the classic Szechuan kick without being overwhelming.
