I didn't want caprese because that's so similar to bruschetta. I was really looking forward to having a nice salad. The choices that remained all contained meat. That's frustrating even when the waitress offered to remove meat from any of the meals. I just don't want to pay for a meal with meat to have it removed. My friend ordered chicken Alfredo. While he enjoyed the taste, the left side of the dish had no sauce and when it was put into the over to warm that side of the noodles became dried and crunchy- never a good look for noodles. Our server was Alli or Addi- something along those lines. She wasn't super patient and left us with empty cups most of the dinner. it's not the restaurant's fault but there was a large party of fully grown women who were cackling so loudly all night it literally made me jump when they erupted. I don't think I was being too sensitive as many others in the restaurant seemed bothered by it as well. I guess if the place requested they calm down they would have gotten upset but it was very offputting. I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews- especially for locally owned places. But I also don't like paying $35 for a meal, app, and tea and receiving subpar food.

But let me be very clear: whether you worship at the altar of The Dude or have somehow never seen the movie, this place absolutely abides. First off, Sean behind the bar is terrific. Like, "this man deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly his own spin-off" terrific. He was welcoming, funny, knew the menu, and mixed up one of the best drinks I have had in a long time. I have been to the Bacardi factory in Puerto Rico, and the mojito Sean made me was exponentially better. That is not hyperbole. That is absolute truth. Then came the food, and good lord. I started with the corn riblets and immediately regretted not ordering three or four rounds. Delicious. Dangerous. Life-changing little corn boomerangs of joy. Then I tried the fried pickles, which were also fantastic. Crispy, salty, perfect bar food. Then came the sliders: The Lebowski, The Maude, and The Walter. All three later came back to me in my dreams because they were that amazing. I do not know what kind of culinary rug they are tying the room together with back there, but it is working. Finally, I had The Bunny. Blackberry jam and brie? All day. Every day. That sandwich is not missing, it is exactly where it needs to be: in my face. You want a toe? I can get you a toe. But honestly, I'd rather get another Bunny. Lebowski's Taproom Westside is fun, delicious, creative, and has the kind of vibe that makes you want to cancel your responsibilities and order another round. Sean absolutely crushed it, the food was outstanding, and the whole place made me want to get my ass out of bed and go to work just so I can come back and give them all my money. The Dude abides. And so do I. Five stars.

She went and asked, returned and said yes however, they would need to charge me for two entrées, the salmon entrée, and the SAAG entrée. What sense does that make?. What Restaurant can't swap out a protein with another, gladly pay a few dollars extra but to pay $25 for each entrée? I ended up ordering the tandoori salmon which came barely warm, the masala sauce on the side and the rice were also barely warm. My companion said her meal was barely warm as well, butter chicken with rice. A waitress takes your order, and then a stupid robot carries it out for the server, Manager in tow, removes the plates from the robot and put it on your table. How long were our entrées sitting inside the robot which is not enclosed before it arrived at table? My friend suggested this place, I remember it being pricey three years ago when I visited last. My go to for Indian cuisine is Pakwan, Turmeric or Shri Ganesh. Next time!
