This place is so bad customer service they charged 950$ and rushed everything we did I will not ever go back again

Today, I spent the day having a daddy/daughter date with my little girl and we decided to give this place a try. It's definitely hidden on a street that is not very busy. So it's easy to miss unless you're specifically looking for a place like this. They currently have a Monday-Thursday deal to pay 14.50$ for the entire day. They have a 5 and Under section. My daughter is 7, so she enjoyed the big kid section. Tons is space and a lot of things to keep the kids happy and enjoying their time here. Face covering required. I love that. Keeping the kids safe is always a plus. The snack bar has a large amount of choices, Boba, coffee, slushies, and even some energy drinks to keep the parents going! Pizza, hotdogs, nachos, chips, ice cream, etc. If you have an only child, I'd also recommend bringing them, they will make so many new friends. They have staff actively cleaning/sanitizing while kids are playing to ensure a safer environment! Huge indoor playground that's great for older kids and even the baby kiddos! It can be hectic when there's parties going on as it's full of kids running around. However when it's slower it's nicer, but I have a one year old so of course I worry about older kids running around. The under 5 section is huge and has different activities. Even the playground in the big kid section is so fun! But I just wish they cleaned the under 5 section more. I've been to other indoor playgrounds where the staff is ACTIVELY cleaning. Unfortunately I have seen hair on the floor and the soft play mats look like they don't get wiped. That's something I think the facility should look into doing more. I love the separate stations for older kids and toddlers. I enjoyed that everyone is required to take off shoes at the entrance. It keeps the place cleaner. The bathrooms need a little up keep but nothing that can not be fixed. I recommend for everyone with kids to visit. The charge per kid is $18 and $7 per adult. The floor mat did look a little dirty. My one year old daughter loved this place. My four year old God daughter had a blast. The food (chicken nuggets & fries) was pretty blah. But they kids had fun. They don't do temperature checks which I think they should. High 5 Indoor Playground is a great addition to the Redlands community. There are a lot of great places to get the "wiggles" out from your energetic young child, but not many places to take them when the weather is not cooperating with your plans. The price is modest and fair. It is a sock only facility for safety and cleanliness. If you come unprepared and sickness, they sell them for $1/pair. You get bins assigned to your pass to store your shoes. The playground itself is amazing! There are 3 levels of tunnels, slides, ball pits and so much more. Any and every rough or sharp or hard surface is more than sufficiently padded for the kiddos safety. It's easy to have them play for hours without a peep from the kids aside from theist or needing a little snack. That being said, there is a snack shop that offers various treats such as candy bars, chips, assorted soft drinks and water. There have a limited hot menu including the ability to order pizza from Papa Johns. The downside is the seating for the adults. They are hard and just plain uncomfortable. Maybe that's their tactic to keep the parties from staying all day... when the adults are ready to rid themselves of the hard seats, it's time to pull the kiddos from the playground. Oh yea, there is a small child pay area on the other side of the cafe. The operators are very strict to keep the bigger kids out of that room so that the littles have a safe place to play without the need to worry about getting trampled on. read more

Looking for a fun place for your kid or kids to burn off energy well here you go! Super clean facilty, a seperate play area for 5 and under, wonderful staff. Lots of things for the kiddos to do, they have 2 slides, a trampoline and lots of space to move around. They have a snackbar with amazing teas, slushes and your standard snack bar food. The price is 14.50 for the week, 16.50 on the weekend. This is for all day admission, no outside food or drink and you must wear socks at all times. They also do parties but they are pretty pricey the cheapest is 290 and I did not think it is worth it. My kiddo had so much fun we wee there 5 hours there is comfy seating all over for parents to watch your kiddos and even 2 massage chairs, bring cash for those. read more

It's a very nice and clean place. Great for parties but don't buy the food, it's just frozen food u can get at Walmart.

The place is pretty big and has enough to keep my child entertained. Some of his favorites In the large room: Ball pit: big enough to jump into Large slides: very fast! Saw a few kids bump their heads on the way down :( Air ball room Air ball guns: such a pain to collect the balls below and take them up to play In the smaller room Imaginative play spaces: hospital, fire station, grocery store Spinning carousel Tip for adults: because the area is so big, it's a bit tough to keep an eye on your kiddos. I recommend dressing as if u will be chasing through tunnels. I made the mistake of wearing a dress and I had to chase after my toddler and make sure no one can see up my skirt from below. Also leave the big purses at home. Pricing: higher than most places and if u are a member ($50 a month!) this doesn't not include a second adult... so my husband has to pay an extra $5 EVERY TIME he joins us. They really need to change this policy. No outside food, only snacks and drinks sold inside for now. They need to have healthier options if this is the case cause I don't want mid snacks on chips and candy every time we go. read more

My first time here and very disappointed. Two ladies working aren't very friendly for one and secondly I asked to order a pizza at 4pm and was denied. I asked if they can check how long it would take to arrive and she said no it's two hours without calling and checking. I go back to ask to order mozzarella sticks and again denied because kitchen is closed it's not even 5 pm yet. Came after my kids got out of school thinking I can order them food here and not possible. No boba available either. My second time here and no complaints at all... my 2 year old loves it I went at 11am today(Saturday) right when they open so it wasn't that busy, they have a toddler room and a big kids room. I took my daughter to both and I must say the big kids that were there were well behave and made sure they slow down running when they came around my 2 year old. So great parenting! Very rude. I dropped my husband off to get oral surgery and took the kids and after picking him up they said to get back in I have to pay 7$ for him since I didn't let them know before. I know they could have made an exception to that stupid rule. My husband, the father of these kids, couldn't come in with us because I'm not willing to pay another 7$ after paying almost 50$ for us to get in. Will kit be back here again. Reasonably priced! I booked package A for my son's 5th birthday party. I was able to make a reservation over the phone and complete the contract via email, which made the process smooth. The playground is well structured and clean. Our kiddos had more than enough space to burn off energy. We had kids from 4-10 years old and they all enjoyed the playground! I'm very upset that the area that's meant to be for little kids ages 5 and under got taken over by the big kids taking away their toys and in their space . Several times my kids got kicked out by them . I would share pictures but these are other ppls kids . Any ways no one is supervising. The staff is very uptight and bland . Needed to take my son somewhere fun. Definitely fit the bill. A lot to do here for him! It was a Sunday afternoon, there was a birthday party going on, but wasn't too busy. We only spent about 2 and a half hrs there because we had somewhere to be, but we probably could've stayed for another hr or two! They were constantly cleaning too. I think that's a general concern for anyone thinking about coming here! TAKE YOUR KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Unfortunately my review comes with a story that involves 16 out of a total of 23 people in our party getting extremely sick.. We chose to have our sons 2nd birthday party at High 5 in Redlands, CA. We chose this place because we had been here in the past and although it wasn't the nicest looking playground, we were happy to see someone was cleaning.... HOWEVER on the day of our party, there was no one cleaning. We blew it off and didn't mention it to anyone as the employees were all running around.. they all seemed pretty overwhelmed. 16 people in our party got sick within 6-24 hours after leaving the party, and 3 of the 16 were seen in emergency rooms and diagnosed with gastroenteritis (stomach flu). Ages ranged from 3 months to 48 years old. When we called High 5 to speak with the co-owner of the company, Benny, he told us he would have to speak with his insurance and we'd need to send him a claim. After many phone calls, we haven't gotten anywhere. He now hangs up on us and will not answer our phone calls or texts. His last words to us were not professional whatsoever. We've now contacted the health department, along with other companies like better business bureau, and they are doing investigations. AND to add the cherry on top... this whole situation happened after we had to move our party date to another one after already making invitations and had family from out of state make plans... super inconvenient and unprofessional! read more

I think it's very unfortunate that my sons birthday had to end the way it did. So let's start in the beginning with even booking the party. The employee I spoke to said it was 16 adults 16 children PLUS 10 FREE PEOPLE. Highlight. Bold. Underline. Really get the emphasize on FREE people. I asked several times to just make sure that was clear 42 IN TOTAL and I got a yes each time. So here I am adding up 42 (32+ FREE 10) family members. Day of party, starts at 2 but by the time the line you're in with other day guests starts to form not everyone gets in until like 25 past, my husband counts up all the seats.. there's 32 seats... okay so I ask the host for the Additonal seats for the 10 people... she says they have to go find seats for them that it really just fits the 16 + 16... okay then why offer 10 additional if the additional 10 people can't sit comfortably? Food comes and there's barely enough for 32 people better yet 42 some of my guest don't even get to eat. Nachos with barely cheese. Cesar salad no dressing. Didn't even get our mozzarella sticks now that I remember. I digress, so not only are some not able to eat they're also crammed in seats and/or standing... we find that strange but we let it go. Here's the kicker, at the end they try to charge me additional for the "FREE" additional (10 but I only had 4) guests. Saying that those 10 that are offered are not "technically" free... then why offer them?? Do you really think I'd want to subside them to such an uncomfortable experience and have to pay additional for them? Claiming they sent a contract via email to review yet they never did, maybe had I got it like I was suppose to I would have seen that ridiculous loophole they try to get you on. So because I didn't pay additional for my 4 "free" guests they kick our WHOLE party out... the guest that are adults and don't even experience what the venue has to offer are the reason my son and many of the other children don't get to have their additional time to play. The time I spent arguing could have been time spent with my son playing. This place needs to educate all employees to ensure this doesn't happen again. They need a better party decorator like I literally brought decorations (yes they are included but I wanted them to be particular to his theme so I brought my own and told them ahead of time I would) and little to none were used (and not returned might I add). The manager on site is a joke she's redundant. The host was just doing her job and very sweet throughout so I don't fault her for that but really there needs be an edit in their whole party experience especially if you're paying $500. read more

Ok but wouldn't go again. The entrance is chaotic. The same area you remove your shoes is the same area you put them on, pay, sign up and where you enter the play area. The gate swings out. It's an ok playground, a little smaller than most playgrounds I've been to. I climbed up with my toddler to make sure he was safe, and came across a few toddlers and no parent supervision. That's unnerving. I liked that they have a 5 and under area. Dining was packed. Parents looked like they've given up on parenting. 21 dollars for 2 adults and a 2 year old. They have snacks and some drinks. Pizza is delivered by Papa John's. Not going again. Most of these kids act like they've been locked in cages. Ruthless. read more

I tried contacting the owner for over a week to chat about ways to be inclusive to special needs families. Sadly even after 3 e-mails and begging to chat about what my ideas were she refuses to hear me out so sadly I had to go to help. Hopefully others can help me bring business to be more Inclusive for special needs kiddos. Not requesting to many accommodations just if they have major sensory issues allow a parent to sanitize their feet and enjoy the playground like all the other kids get to. I have a typical daughter and no way would I allow her to not follow every single rule but sadly with my son cognitively it's shoes/socks on or nothing. Hopefully over time we can minimize this behavior but I don't want him to not be able to work on being a member of the community AND maybe this will even help me as a mom to get socks on him. Unfortunately we had a bad experience the last time we took our granddaughters here. On Wednesday 1/2/19 we decided to take the girls to play at high 5 for a couple of hours. Everything was going ok until it was time to collect our shoes and leave. They handed my husband the container of shoes, when I went to put on my Uggs, I noticed that there were what looked like water drips on my boots. At first I thought no big deal they will dry but after looking at them more closely I realized that it was some sort of a stain (ink)??? After I showed my husband he took the boots back to the counter to show the employees. They told us you will have to speak to the manager and she won't be in until Friday. Never asking us for our information so they might contact us (sorry, I thought we were the customer). My husband made another trip to high 5 on Friday to show the manager she said she looked at the camera and could see nothing??? My husband then asked to speak to the owner to try and resolve this. I have been to a few of these indoor playgrounds with my 5yr old. She always has fun, and we were in town visiting friends so I thought we would give it a try. This is by far the BEST indoor playground I have been to with my kid. There was plenty of fun things to keep my kid (and myself) busy and entertained. On top of that the place was flawlessly clean. The entire time we were there, the staff that were not at the front desk were cleaning while not getting in the way of any of the kids. All the staff were friendly, and attentive to any kid that might have fallen or bumped themselves. The manager had better be praising their staff for the amazing work they are doing. I would definitely take my kid here again or do a birthday party if we actually lived here. read more

We've been here several times before COVID and now. They opened up to full hours now,allowing you to leave and come back compared to the two hour limit it implemented before. After 3 hours here and this being my 6th time, I said "that's it Im writing a review". -_- I haven't seen anyone one time monitor any section of the place especially on the busiest days. It is literally a free-for-all until a parent complains. Other indoor playgrounds have staff frequent sections cleaning up & sanitizing etcetera. At this place I have never once seen any of the aforementioned. At best I see them dust odd areas. Perhaps it is the standard or something else but it seems that staff are afraid to address anything directly with any child or in any section. At best they go and push a button with an announcement. Additionally I've seen staff leave objects in the way of children on the floor, Honestly the only reason I give this place three stars is because of what is offered here. The setup.
