My 1.5 year old daughter really enjoyed her time in the 5 & Under room. The pretend grocery store with shopping carts, play food, and the cash register was a hit! We will definitely be coming back soon! You will need socks - I recommend just making sure you bring socks with you. They have socks for sale but save yourself the couple of bucks for dollar store quality socks that may/may not fit your child. If you have a young child, under the age of 4, the socks they have for sale will most likely not fit - they will be too big. TIPS/ADVICE: For the staff: The music being played was not exactly what I would imagine being played at a playground - sounds like the staff was playing their personal playlists. In the 5 & Under room Rhianna was playing. I'm sure my child would have liked to hear something more age appropriate. They played "We Don't Talk About Bruno" and that was a hit - then it was back to Rhianna. I recommend sticking to "We Don't Talk About Bruno" and other kid songs. For the visitors: Bring your own socks - for you and for your kids. Don't bother paying for the cheap socks they sell. We showed up without socks for my daughter and the smallest socks they had were way too big for her small feet. We had to go back home and grab a pair of socks. On the week days only, if you visit during the morning or afternoon, if you keep your wristband on when you leave, you can return later in the day to re-enter the playground. read more

Great place, very clean and it's brand new since it has been open to about a month I believe as of November 2016. The price is reasonable. The reason I gave a 4 star is because of the food. The pizza is papa johns and it gets delivered to the place. Not a lot variety of drinks to pick. Hopefully they open their own chicken and expand their menu, but beside that the place is fun. We just came from our vacation at big bear since its still early my husband wanted to try his luck at san manuel. my toddler and I need a place to hangout while we wait for daddy's luck! This is the nearest indoor playground I found with good ratings. So we decided to check it out..And I am glad we did! This place is awesome! Its a big indoor playground :) They have a separate room for toddlers and for kids. But toddlers can still enjoy the playground for kids with adult supervision ofcourse! :) I like that they allow adults to be with their toddlers in the playground. Some indoor playground don't allow adults inside their playgrounds such as jumper , bouncer or slides. Also I love that they have mascots minute show dance children are really entertained! For adults who are a bit tired they have Massage chairs!! Food is also available inside they have an eating area. I also like to commend their cleanliness! From the restroom to the playground - toys. A staff is always cleaning the play area and toys (esp in the toddlers area). I think its a good place to have children's party in here. This place was super hyped by many, and although I did like it, here is what i really thought. The playgrounds seems so small compared to parents area but I will say it's really nicely decorated and has a descent menu for kids and parents! Bathrooms were a bit gross that made me sad! I had my daughters 2nd birthday here today and was highly disappointed with the party host and the way things went. I booked my party a few weeks ago and was told beforehand that I had to bring in any extra decorations I wanted put up to be brought in up to two days before the party, I did that (a waste of gas) and today when I showed up with my party NONE of my decorations were put up. I was told before hand I wouldn't have to do any decorating and the party would be ready when we arrived and it wasn't. The staff was very nonchalant about it as if it was no big deal. I asked to speak to a Manager and they tried to tell me she wasn't in when in fact she was so they lied about that, very unprofessional. It was a waste of time and honestly I will not be hosting anymore parties here. They also didn't play the game they said was a part of the party package. My son loves this indoor playground and it seems to be one of the largest in the area. Nice way to spend a few active hours if it's too hot outside or rainy. They keep the play areas pretty tidy as I always seen someone cleaning. There's this cool ball machine where it blows all the balls up in the air and they seem to float for a little bit. We had a birthday party planned for my daughter turning four and then the covid19 came into play so party had to be moved to further date and now the shutdown is in for a longer period of time so we decided to cancel her party due to circumstances feel that its best and safer this year. Contacted High Five to cancel the party and ask for the refund which is granted per their cancellation contract and the response I received was times are tuff for everyone from covid19 and we are now not doing refunds only credit for future admissions to playground . $460 credit for future admissions just don't seem fair not only does my princess not have a party for her big day but now we are out $460 on top. read more

We came here yesterday 6-6-18 and it was sooooo fun. We have a 5 1/2 year old and a 1 1/2 year old and they both had a blast. I'll admit I had a blast. I was going on the slide on my belly and my husband was playing hide and seek with our oldest in the play tunnels. I LOVED that they allow the parents on the things too. Staff was friendly and I noticed 1 employee was wiping down things and mopping the whole time we were there so that was nice. We arrived at 11am and it was kinda busy but as soon as 1pm hit there was only like 3 other family's there so it was nice. We will be back! My family was the fist customers of the day last weekend when we were charged double for our visit. We asked to pay partially in cash and the rest on our debit card. No shoes allowed on equipment. Socks required and $1.00 a pair incase you forgot yours. No out side drinks or snacks allowed, but they offer over priced drinks and snacks. Snack bar area seats about 30. The initial impression was that the place stunk. As we were waiting to enter my 5 year old commented that it smelled like poop. yep. Even though I wasn't playing I had to take my shoes off. I did not appreciate walking on their dirty snack bar floor in my socks. We're not just talking dusty , were talking French fries, spilled drinks, cookie crumbs and chip crumbs.... As far as entertainment value the kids had a good time. Loved this place! We took two of my grandsons, one 2+ years and a 19 month old because of the rain keeping them cooped up. We were not out of the car yet and the older one was ogling it! There's an area for 5 and under and another area for older....we went for the older since the 19 month old charged over there. Oh before hand we were all banded to match one another! Since the adults can crawl through the mazes we all got to have fun! It was great fun as the kids could crawl around at their age no problem! This is place is insane! I love taking my kids here and hosting play dates here! They have something for everyone- and it's designed for parents too. Don't worry about losing your kid or them disappearing, you can climb in with them and join in the fun. We live an hour away, so coming here is a treat for my little guy. We came on a Friday 11am. We we're the first and only for the first 30 min or so, which was nice. My son (and myself) love coming and getting some energy out. I am a parent who does engage and play with him unless he finds a friend, but I'm alway close (some parents like to relax, I get it). We have been coming once a month for almost a year and have never had any issues with staff or other parents or the play place itself until today. Today, the play place was dirty: trash, used masks, stains, spills scattered around the play area, mainly the bigger playground. There were two girls working, one is always there and is so sweet and professional, but the other one was rude and extremely unprofessional. This is a great indoor activity place for kids. The facility is very clean and you can constantly see someone using a swiffer mop or picking up toys. First time here today and it was an awesome experience. My son is just about to turn 4 and is on the autism spectrum. This place was perfect for him. There is plenty for him to do, several slides, he loves the ball pit and I love chasing him around the place. I do not think the prices are outrageous at all. Those that are wondering why there is a price for the adult should think for a second, as they should be inside the play area supervising their child. In doing so they are taking up space and I am sure there is a maximum number of people allowed in the establishment, just like any other establishment. The place is clean, the restrooms are immaculate and the staff was more than accommodating and friendly. I came here for birthday party. I can say the staff kept everything organized and from what I witnessed communicated very well about cake time and food time. What I was thrown off by is how no one monitors their children. Some kids are hanging off places that is not a toy. Everyone has to wear socks even if you're just standing around. If you don't have any socks they do sell people a pair of socks. I feel like if women are pregnant or over the weight limit to climb on jungle gym people should be charged partial or something. There are no workers on the floor monitoring the children to ensure they're in age appropriate areas. I have heard a recorded message to remind parents and kids to be safe. There are no places to seat down. As far as birthday parties they order pizza from Papa John. They have a sitting area similar to food court area. We went to my nephews birthday party here over the weekend and I have mixed thoughts so I'm gonna break it down a little. This mostly pertains to a busy Saturday with tons of birthdays going on so I'm gonna try to cut them some slack. The good: The kids had a blast and they were talking about it for days. It's very clean and is one of the few places parents can get on the structures with their child. There's a separate room for the little ones. There's only one way out and you get wrist bands with numbers on it so the kid can't leave with some stranger (but this didn't do too well when we were there because of the crowds). The bad: This mostly pertains to birthday parties. The birthday room is SMALL! 16 people should not be allowed to fit in that room. 16 kids, sure, but adding the adults. Nope. Claustrophobic for sure. There's just no room to really celebrate together. Some of the parents had to stand outside while they were singing and doing presents because there was no room.They claim clean up is included in the price, but then complain about it, so it's just easier to do yourself. I think they need to work on organization as well. The front door is slammed with people trying to get in and out making it hard to maneuver and get your shoes (which are in a bucket behind their desk). It was a fun time. I wouldn't do a birthday party there again, but I wouldn't mind taking the kids back during off hours. read more

It was my 1st time here with my lil girl and her cousins she loved it. The place is great, it was really clean. The staff was friendly and the employees were cleaning all the time. The price is not cheap but worth it since you able to return all day the same day. They also have these tea milk. I tried the almond tea milk and the mango flavor they were both great and refreshing. I came here with my 19 month old daughter the weekend before Christmas. Before we went to one of these near Victoria Gardens, but there was no way on earth I'd go anywhere near there that close to Christmas. Drivers around there are nuts on normal days... I am very glad I found this place. It's about half the size of the other one, but it's still huge, and the toddler section is much, much bigger and nicer. Once way paid, signed the waiver, and put our shoes in the box, my little girl was like a monkey who'd drank too much coffee. She ran through the maze, ran through the ball pit, ran to the toddler area, back to the ball pit, toddler area, maze, tod..no, back to the maze. Unlike the other playgrounds we've been to, the toddler area is well separated from the bigger kids' area, so bigger kids are less likely to go rampaging through. It's also very well equipped and padded. There's even a powered merry-go-round, which she likes to hang half-on half-off and let it drag her around in circles for some reason. There's a store with shopping carts and play food, a fire station, a hospital...though encouraging kids to play doctor kinda gave me pause. All of these little sub-rooms are decorated and contain the appropriate toys. Since she's so young and knows no fear (except for eating green things) I stick with her at playgrounds. That means when she's climbing, running, sliding, and whatnot, I'm climbing, running, sliding, and, um, whatnoting. What can I say, I worry. And, I'll admit it, I have fun watching her antics. Oh, and they're open weekends! Some aren't, which I find odd. It wasn't too crowded...in fact, there was barely anybody there, but I imagine most folks were Christmas shopping because they still haven't heard of Amazon. We stayed for two hours, until right before they closed. She probably had another hour left in her, which was evident when we got home and she continued her reign of destruction. The 'food' at these places is typically terrible and expensive. If you come here hungry, you'll be sad. A pack of Cheez-its cost $1.50. That was enough of a snack for us. I suggest you eat a decent meal before coming, but don't overdo it, or pukage will ensue. Highly Recommend! read more

Based solely on experience: Walked in on Sunday at noon and was immediately told the place was over capacity (173 persons) and could not be let in because there were two parties going on. When asked what time the party be over and there may be a chance to come in, the answer was 6pm. It's unfortunate that there isn't a thought about other customers that would like a few hours of fun with their children on a Sunday. There should be some consideration for individual families. Also, I'd say about 75% of the people inside were adults for the party :( I don't think I'll ever go back anytime soon but if I should find myself there again, I hope I could leave a better review. We love High 5!! We have been coming for over two years and have had a membership most of that time. I have a 9 year old and a 4 year old (both boys), and they love it equally. One of the things that is most important to me is safety, with their "no child no admittance" policy (not common at local indoor playgrounds) High 5 ensures that parents can give their children a safe and quality play experience. The playground is so diverse that we can spend an entire day playing. The staff at high 5 is great! They are kind, capable and always willing to help. I noticed in some other reviews complaints about the staff not watching kids, that is NOT their job. They are there to provide a safe and clean environment (which they do exceptionally well). They are willing to step in if there is a problem however they are NOT babysitters, it is the parents job to supervise their own children. I home school and I work from home so the cafe with wifi is a great place to do both. High 5 has created a great place for families in the valley to enjoy and I would encourage everyone to come check it out. read more
