My vehicle was damaged…read morewhile at this car wash, and I expected the staff and management to take the situation seriously. Instead, I felt ignored from the moment the incident happened. The employee on duty did not properly assist me or show concern, and I was even refused a refund for the service. I documented the damage, sent an email to management with photos, and have still not received a response. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds is what matters. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of poor communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. I hope management steps up and treats future customers with more respect than I was shown.

Once the vacuuming was done it went thru the washer then sat there for another 20 mins waiting to be half assed and handed off To me. I got a sorry for the wait from the guy who was very nice, and I don't know that it was his fault, but more the fact that there were only 2 guys I believe running the place. Even then there was 1 other car in front of mine. So all in all it took an hour and a half to get a half ass machine wash for my car. I had to finish the job once I got back to my sisters. Showed up for a carwash…read more... Asked at least 5x for NO ARMORAL on the tires..... Picked it up.... any guesses? Yep covered. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to go ask them to take it off, but little too late. Wanted to get a massage but the seats were full of people who weren't paying for them, and eating in them. Kinda gross. I'll pass. And in those lines they vacuum the car and prep it for the wash. 10 cars deep with one attendant going back and forth by himself!!! This is so inefficient and unacceptable! I get that you don't want guys standing around with nothing to do, but they have something called the "10 day forecast" where you know you're going to have multiple days of consistent hot weather. And we all know that when it's hot "people wash their vehicles"!!! Stop being cheap and hire at least 4 more people to get the cars moving thru the car wash!!! It's real simple, the more cars you wash, the more money you make!!! Next time I'm going rethink if I come here. And I'm sure lots of other customers are thinking the same thing...
