I wish I could give this place zero stars. After an hour I was given a half of a sandwich that weighed less than an ounce and soup that was just terrible. This used to be Kravabowl, serving just the acai bowls, and now it's the deli, still serving the acai bowls along with the deli offerings. The acai bowls are delicious but I'm not impressed with the High Tide deli. They are super slow making the sandwiches along side the bowls, so this isn't an option for a quick lunch. The sandwich options are really simple, which would be fine, but they are over priced for what is being offered- $9.50 for half and $12.5 for a whole. One vegetarian option. I would come back if I wanted an acai bowl and had the time to just hanging out and wait 20 min, but this won't be a lunch choice for me. read more

I'm giving High Tide a 1 star rating because it took over 50 minutes for us to get our 2 sandwiches. I went up to the window to ask if they had already called my name and maybe I didn't hear it, and was met with a young lady with long blonde hair, and a young boy who said "I'm working on it right now, I never gave you a time frame and we had to make 16 sandwiches before yours" We watched the team of 3 people through the pick up window, as did the others who were waiting for their food, and they were about as slow as snails. This review is based solely on those employees who worked on 7/25/2020. The sandwich was excellent, Kudos to the owners. I would recommend this place for lunch if you're not in a hurry and not starving, because if you are you will walk away aggravated. Probably the best meal we've had on our trip! The Dutch crunch on our sandwiches was delish and they were generous with the meat and fixings. We added cream cheese to our sandwiches and I feel like it topped it off. We love a good deli sandwich and High Tide did not disappoint! We will definitely be back. read more

It was alright hand made but it wasnt that good kind of plain. I didnt like the salami the pickles were very sour. The cheese didnt have much flavor it was weird. I picked a lot out. The pesto was good though. I likes the place itself little small creative shop. Neat and outside seating was nice. I probably would only come back for a granola bowl those looked good. The acai was okay. It was pretty melty as soon as I got it. My biggest issue with this place was the rude cashier. She was short with me as I attempted to place my order for an acai bowl, and two coffees. I ordered one hot black coffee with no room and asked what my options for iced coffees were. She said that they don't have iced coffee so I asked what my cold coffee options (I saw they had an espresso machine and could very easily make an iced Americano or something similar). She repeated that they don't have anything but drip coffee so I asked if I could get that over ice. She was getting frustrated and told me their barista wasn't there and she can't do anything but serve me hot coffee. I proceeded to ask her for a hot coffee with almond milk. She swiped my card and gave me one cup of coffee. I asked her if she had rang me up for the first black cup with no room? She made a fuss as she rang me up for the original cup she forgot. I probably won't go back. I can get mediocre acai and bland coffee anywhere else in town. read more

Second day in a row my husband and I have wandered down here for sandwiches and a smoothie. We're in love! I got the spinach wrap which was so filling yet light and tasty. Today I went to High Tide for the third time in 3 weeks for my ProBowl. I always tip 20%. This is the 3rd time they have served everyone who came in after me before me. This time, there were 3 people working, so it wasn't a shortage of staff. I am used to waiting as the items are handmade, but to be forgotten 3 visits in a row. If you are willing to wait 25 min for a mediocre smoothie when it's not even busy, then this place is for you. I'm not sure how long it could take, if it were actually busy. I guess they do warn you with all the signs that say everything is handcrafted to order so be patient. read more

Definitely love coming here and getting a sandwich! It is always so yummy. Unfortunately more often then not my sandwich is made wrong(one time had no meet in it. Not sure why), having a limited lunch time it's Unfortunate when that happens because I don't have time to go back for it to be corrected. The gentleman that works here I think he may be the manager or owner is super awesome and nice but the girls here don't have the greatest customer service they are very loud and talkative to eachother but when they come up to take my order don't say even one word. Makes it very awkward and uncomfortable. The food is awesome so that's what really matters but it isn't pleasant to feel uncomfortable when walking in to order. I wasn't greeted asked if I wanted a receipt literally no words where exchanged besides " would you like to add anything else to your order".
