The team handled everything professionally and efficiently. One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected. Every item was handled with great care, and everything arrived without a single scratch or issue. Artem, Kemel, Arthur, and Alexey K were hardworking, careful, and incredibly skilled. In addition to handling and packing all of our furniture, they took on an extremely difficult task we have been dreading: moving a super heavy dining table up to the second floor through narrow, curved stairways. Ultimately, we felt it was a good value as well. We had Dottie for about 5 hours, accomplished more than we were hoping to, and felt the bill was very fair. The final invoice was also split with the deposit, which we paid a couple weeks in advance during the scheduling process, so the final invoice wasn't nearly as bad as we hoped.
