When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. If we move again in the future we would definitely be reaching out to Prodigy again.

Iliya, the operations manager, was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire moving process. Carlos was the foreman on moving day and ran a tight ship with his team. Everyone knew their roles and worked hard throughout the day to make it a pleasant moving experience. My furniture was delivered the following morning, and the team lead that day was Leo. His team did a fantastic job as well. I have a special shout-out for Lalo. This guy was amazing and made my overall moving experience over the top. He made sure my wife and I were 150% satisfied. Our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, and he maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the entire day. Everyone I encountered from Prodigy was exceptional. They said that they couldn't take a credit card and would only accept Zelle, but charged me the credit card price which is $20 more per hour. The owner tried to say that there's some sort of fees, but there are no fees for Zelle. The difference was well over $200 so this is why they're getting three stars and almost got two. As a business owner, I can't really refer them just for this reason.

Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! My experience with Pro Express has been nothing short of amazing since I requested the quote! Daniel was very transparent with the pricing and responsive to my questions. On the day of the move, we had Andy, Vlad, and John help us and they were simply wonderful! They were punctual and did a quick walk around with me to let me know what was realistic to move and complete within the day. After completing the walk through, Andy explains to me the pricing and expectations thoroughtly. Afterwards, they quickly got to work, and were so efficient! We had a lot of little boxes were and there mixed with lots of shelving, and they managed to complete the loading in a relatively short amount of time! Since they charge by hour, each time they took a break, they informed me and let me know. They were so quick in travel time too and extremely proactive and transparent with communicating with me. They were so efficient in unloading that I didn't even know they had already assembled one of our beds! Daniel Ramazan Ibragim and all the guys are THE BEST!! We have moved about 4 times over the past few years and have used them each time! My family also recently moved and we referred Pro Express to them and they were super happy too!! They are very professional, fast (reasonably) they do an amazing job wrapping all the furniture and delicates. Everything arrived in our new place, like it left the old place. This is SO important to us to make sure our things are damaged. We have had such bad experiences with other movers in the past but these guys are just awesome!! We just from from DTLA to Orange County-it was a big move and they were with us all day, kept up their big energy and pleasant attitude (amazing) all day! We hired 3 guys and were very happy with their fees. They are a really great value, in our opinion! If you have a good deal of stuff to move, it's better to hire at least 2-3 guys since they charge hourly, more men power is better! We highly recommend Daniel's team!! These guys had the most realistic quote. They didn't try to sneak some gas fee in or an extra hour minimum (just cuz it was Sunday). I explained what I needed picked up & from where + the destination it was headed. Told them that the boxes were all neatly packed & stacked on the porch, ready for pickup. I even sent them a picture of what was to be moved. They quoted me a flat fee for the entire job (most likely bcuz everything was exactly as I said it was & there were no last minute changes/surprises - the same can be said of them). Everything arrived safe & sound and in no time at all they had unloaded everything into my storage unit! Seriously, couldn't be happier with my results. Do I wish movers weren't as expensive as they are? Of course. But these guys are just trying to earn a living like the rest of us and I respect any business that has hard working people that exemplify the old saying that "any job worth doing, is worth doing well/right". We had a great experience with Pro Express. Booking and confirming with Daniel was very easy and convent, and Daniel made sure to text us a confirmation the day before so I knew we were on track. Our initial move-out team of George and Alex were definitely 5-star. They were professional and packed everything and moved it as efficiently as possible. I requested them for my move-in team but they weren't available, though I wish they had been. My move-in team were also good, efficient, and professional, and they worked hard, but I felt they rushed. They put boxes marked "kitchen" into my master bedroom and mixed up a few other boxes too, and when they unrolled my living room rug, they didn't do it properly so now I have a superheavy rug that is lying crooked on my floor with heavy furniture on top, and I don't know when or how I'll be able to straighten it out on my own. We recently hired Pro Express Moving for two moves (one for our house, and one for my mom's house) on back-to-back days and we were extremely happy with the service they provided. From the beginning, communication with Daniel was easy and he was very flexible with us around our moving date, as things kept shifting with our contractor. Max, Vlad, and Mustafa were our movers on both days and they were true professionals. They were careful with all of our belongings, wrapping everything fragile in plastic wrap and moving blankets and disassembling/reassembling furniture when necessary, and they were incredibly efficient. They packed literally EVERYTHING in our two-bedroom house, which we had lived in for 7+ years, in under 4 hours and unpacked it at our new house in under 3 hours. Also, i heard that my friend hire these movers and he was really satisfied with their help. We had Dan, John and Andrew for our movers. They arrived on time ( actually 10 minutes prior with a short notice before hand). The entire move the crew were polite, friendly and really efficient. The movers took care about our staff as their own. I have some expensive and valuable for me furniture, so they wrapped every single piece and secured it in order to not to damage it. I called Danial of Pro Express Moving on Saturday to pick up from storage all of my filing cabinets and many heavy boxes of office forms and miscellaneous, then transport all to a new location. The new location was a disorganized mess. So, without any complaints, Danial and his assistant performed a "Moving Miricle". (They also dropped me off at an address near storage unit, which enabled me to pick up a car, saving me hours of arrangments!)They created space for everything, from storage, without creating more disorganization!! Was greeted in an unpleasant way, Alex/Arthur (he didn't state his name) assumed that I was moving to Korea town based off my appearance. It's also very rude to continually only talk in your own language when you're a vendor inside someone else's home.They got the job done but it definitely took longer than they quoted. They worked fast the first 2.5 hours they took a 20-25 break (which they calculated in my overall move time). I did not realize having a freight elevator and front door parking would still be considered "inconvenient". Overall they charged me for 9.5 hours for moving a one bedroom (under 700 sq ft). I had an incredible experience with Pro Express Moving. The two movers who helped me out, Rustam and Artur, were FOCUSED, efficient, and incredibly gracious throughout the entire move. They handled all of my belongings with great care. Rustam and Artur completed my move from Silver Lake to North Hollywood within the planned 3 hours-- that includes the traffic that we bumped into between locations. I was certain that traffic would push us overtime, but Rustam and Artur hustled to keep us on schedule. Thank you, Rustam and Artur, for going above and beyond. Moved to a new place. Had a stressful troubles with a moving company I hired. They didn't come on time and I was waiting about two hours, never get any apologizes from them. But I'm going to do smth later after I'll be ok to talk to them. I found couple moving companies but they could not get my order the same day. I called to Pro express moving service and was happy to hear that they were ready to help me. I am very happy with their job. They helped me to move out around 6 pm. That was pretty late order.
