TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife has Preferred Plus warranty package on her '19 Acadia with 25k miles, she had a large screw in her tire directly in the middle. Simple patch job which is included in the warranty package. She called the dealership on 8/31 to make a Service appointment (she could only schedule a week in advance online). Appointment was made for 12:30 on 9/1, and she was told if it was just a patch job that it would not take more than an hour tops. She informed them that she would be doing this during her lunch break, and if it was going to take longer than that she would need a rental or to set up a ride, they assured her it would not take that long. She took a long lunch break from work after being told it would not take more than an hour. She arrived early and dropped car off with a female employee and was told it does just need a patch. She was taken to the waiting area where she sat for an Hour. After waiting the hour she was told it would take, she asked the female employee who she dropped car off with how much longer it would take. She was then informed that her car had just been sitting on the lift for the past hour because they were waiting for approval to get started. No one informed her of the 1 hour wait time it apparently takes for a Warranty patch job. So after waiting the hour, they told her they were about to start and it should only take 10-15 more min. She waited another 35 min before her car was ready! She spent her whole 2 hour lunch break waiting on a 30 min patch job. All of this could have been avoided with simple communication, but instead this Service Department seems to OVER promise and UNDER DELIVER! It's Common courtesy to your customers to inform them if something is taking longer than expected or a problem has occurred seems after reading many other reviews this Dealership does not care about customers and their schedule. read more

The sales portion went great of course but then when I needed parts/service on my car it's been one head ache after another! My son bought his first car here on Monday. Jordan Reddish was so easy to work with. This whole dealership is laid back and there were no pushy salesmen. He showed my son all the vehicles in his price range and he was not rushing him to make a decision. The finance guy also treated him very well. Both ladies were very enthusiastic and it was pretty obvious that after the holiday weekend, they were very busy. Asheton asked a couple of questions so as to assess what all was going on with our vehicle and in less than 20 minutes I was out of the door feeling great that the team here would take care of us. The dealership was very clean and all staff members were attentive to those of us in the sales and service areas... A very genuine "Have you been helped Sir?" goes a long way at a dealership when as a consumer I am normally bombarded by the "What can we help you with today?" that normally comes from an overbearing sales professional - that latter question normally means what kind of car do you want to buy from us today? I was interested in a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali that Hiley had for $32,705 (stock #U1665). I called and left a voicemail message with a salesman. No return call. Next, five hours later, I called and talked to a salesman, Michael, and made an offer never even having seen or driven this particular vehicle. No call back at all. Next, I called the same day, late in the day and spoke with another Salesman, Antonio, and made an offer of $30,000 cash for it and I would fly down on 3/13/2020 and drive it home. He did call back! Nope!! He said the the price is firm!! What a horrible dealership and about as unprofessional as they come!! Today, 3/13/2020, I found a 2019 (2 years newer) GMC Acadia Denali (Stock #OSG5445A) at Crain of Springdale, AR with 11,000 more mile and advertised for only $1684 more dollars which I know they will come down on the advertised price. I have had my vehicle serviced here several times. In the beginning it was great service but here of late I can't seem to get seen at an appropriate time or better yet get a straight answer from anyone. I expect a level of service that comes with a dealership as large as this one. It seems as though they feel like they can treat customers anyway they like. I don't appreciate having to call and follow up constantly on appointment times and parts ordered. I expect to be updated as things progress. When I went in to complain, they rerouted me back to the same guy that I spoke to in the first place when I brought my vehicle in. Very unprofessional. This place justifies why people are so worried about taking their vehicle in for service. Two separate occasions of them having poor leadership and trying to take advantage of customers for short term gain. Called and spoke to rep about parking sensors on my vehicle and wanted to know what was covered in my warranty. Originally they said they could take my VIN number, which they never did, and could give me warranty info to see if I was covered. After placing me on hold they came back and said that I could bring it in for a diagnostics check for a fee, which wasn't the conversation I had originally, while also never giving me any warranty info. A week later I ordered parts directly from GM (All parts purchased at Hiley are extremely marked up so do your research). In the invoice it clearly states that installing these parts at the dealership was $44 and that I could have them do it for me. I called and ask for pricing on getting the mud flaps installed and was told $350 (10 minute job). I let the person know that that GM had already charged $44 for the exact same service and that he would honor the price because he was forced to. I asked him why their prices are so much higher than prices coming directly from GM and they got very silent. There are plenty of service centers in the DFW. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE unless you enjoying them making up prices and trying to take advantage of you. read more

Purchased a Buick Encore from there 12-28 with a cracked windshield. they promised to have it fixed this week while we were traveling to florida for our vacation. I contacted the salesperson yesterday Chayne and Michael, and it has still not been done. the buying process was simple and fairly quick as I paid cash for the vehicle. But follow up customer service is horrible. Would not recommend this place and would never purchase here again. My daughter has to drive back to San Marcos for school with a badly cracked windshield and I would imagine I will have to pay to have it replaced. read more

I'm extremely unhappy with the service AFTER purchasing a new car here. My husband and I purchased it 1 week ago and during the buying process, they wanted to give me much less than I was willing to take for my trade-in so we decided to just keep it but still move forward with the purchase of my new car. We had come there in separate cars that day so that night, we drove my husband's truck and new car home and then came back the next day to pick up my old car that I was considering trading in and it absolutely wreaked of smoke. Neither of us are smokers, nor are we ever around any smokers, and this car has been in great condition for 6 years- no foul smells, drives perfectly, and now we are stuck with a car to sell that smells terrible. I called the dealership to explain the situation and was told that no one in the appraisal department smokes and that no one would smoke around any of the cars anyway. 1 week later, that very same car won't start. I've had this car for 6 years now and have NEVER had an issue with it until now so I don't see this as a coincidence. Not only is this extremely frustrating, but I left them an awesome review the night I purchased my new car bc the service we received was great at the time so for something like this to happen and for them to act so carelessly to the situation really rubs me the wrong way. With that being said, I 100% wouldn't recommend this dealership. read more

Consumers beware this place is going to rip you off! I was ready to buy a new GMC truck but realized that they were not honoring the advertised price from their own website. When I asked for the explanation I was told by the sales girl that that was the offer from "them" (sales manager). They will also try and undervalue your trade - example, they only wanted to give me $7,500 for my vehicle so I went to Car Max where they gave me $13,000. Contacted them via email through CarGurus and their dealer website regarding a used Honda Pilot that was exactly what we were looking for. The price was great, and we decided to purchase a replacement for my wife's car much earlier than we were intending to. I received an immediate response from Betty, a sales assistant, and then Terry, I'm guessing a salesperson. As a courtesy, I asked Betty who I should deal with, since she responded first. She did not reply, but Terry immediately did to the email I sent her. Shortly thereafter, I received a reply from Betty that Emanuel will be contacting me shortly to assist with the car. I emailed Terry to ask what was "going on over there," and that was the last of it. I started a chat several hours later via their website, to see if I could figure out what was going on, and was told someone would contact me as soon as the chat was finished. That was it. Nothing followed but silence. I gave up for the night. The next morning I went to the website and pulled up the listing, and the price had been increased by $1,000.00. Still no contact. I'm not familiar with the notion of having to chase someone to give them my business. read more

This place is a JOKE. Bait and switch all day. I went to go look at a car and when i got there they told me the service manager had bought it for his daughter that morning. They tried to sell me one that looked like someone just moved out of it. Original sale price of the car was $7,788.00 on 4/25. Got a text from Michael Falcone on 4/26 that the price was dropped $1,200 dollars car won't last long. Called back later on that day because the car was still listed and they said the car just had not been taken off website since it had been sold. Low and behold the car was back up on the website the next day with a selling price of $8,990.00 and is still there. Don't fall for these shady A-s guys and drive from Dallas all the way to Ft. Worst service possible. Took my Denali there for routine service including rotating the tires. Fast forward a few weeks later and I wake up to a flat. Took the vehicle down the street to Goodyear (convenient and my truck rides on Goodyear's) but they can't help me because the special key for the lug nuts is missing. OK, Hiley rotated the tires so they must still have the key. No, plus they want to sell me a new tire rather than simply fixing the flat. I eventually succeeded in removing the locking lug nut myself and took the vehicle back to Goodyear where they quickly and inexpensively repaired my tire. I will never go back to Hiley. read more

Don't ever take your GMC vehicle into this service department. At best, they are incompetent, and at worst, they are crooks. Its been in 3 times for the same thing. They've charged me hundreds of dollars each time and nothing has been fixed. They've gone in and actually made things worse! I've had to rent a car each time I've taken it in because they told me they didn't offer a loaner car. On my third time in (for the same issue) and $600 in rental cars later, I insisted they give me a loaner car, which come to find out, IS a customary service they should have offered me. Talked back and forth with Ramon for a couple days. Price listed on the website was $36987. He said we put the best price online to make shopping easy. I live 300 miles away so I told him I would be in Saturday morning to pick up the vehicle. Then Thursday morning the online price was changed to $38176. I called Ramon he said it was adjusted to market value. But then talked to his manager and if I would finance with Hiley they would honor the original price. I explained I already had the funds. He again said he would talk to his manager and call me back.... If I didn't finance with Hiley I would have to pay the adjusted market value. Sure glad I didn't drive 300 miles to find this out! Do not waste your time here. My vehicle has now been in for 2 wheel and tires for 11 days and with me calling DAILY to check in and come to find out all they have told me is LIES. Nothing has been done. They didn't even know my vehicle was there and that no one was working on it!!! After that, they tell me nothing is wrong other than wheels and tires and it will all be covered under warranty to now telling me oh yea there's more damage. Anytime you ask for an explanation all of the reps say "I don't know" and when you ask for someone who does they continue to say "I don't know". On top of that when asking to speak to a manager they all give you different names, Jerry, Justin, Jessica - never the same and THEN!! Get this. Theyre ALLLL on conference calls from open to close every single day. Mind blowing. "You can leave a voicemail" - already have twice. No return call. Want to know the response? Wayon was very helpful during the buying process. He was thorough with the vehicle explanation, fair with pricing and easy to work with. After the purchase we ran into a few nagging concerns that have not been completely resolved. The vehicle was delivered without being fully cleaned and with a 1 - 2 inch layer of red clay caked on the undercarriage. The Yukon also came without an oil change (which we were told at purchase it would have), with a hole in the upholstery and a few minor paint chips. The vehicle was a demo unit with 4,000 miles on it. We called Waymon to discuss and he took the vehicle back, ordered new upholstery to fix the hole that was in located in the door leather, gave us a free oil change and detailed the car. My general sense was we were bothersome to Waymon and he felt like he was doing us a "favor" by taking care of these issues. The major concern we had all along was the dirty car upon delivery specifically the undercarriage. After rewashing the red clay remained on the undercarriage and one of the wheel wells. Waymon told us that his dealership did not have the ability to remove the red clay and that it will just fall off the undercarriage over time and that we will have to wait it out which is not really an acceptable response to me. It does not seem like too much to ask to buy a vehicle from a dealership and the vehicle be delivered clean and without dirt on it. We really love our Yukon and have had good service in general however, these lingering issues leave us not completely satisfied - good but not great so to speak. read more

Not really anything kind to say about the dealership. The finance guy (Ron H)offered us a rate of 3.89% without checking more than 2 banks, and only if we bought his service plan. When I expressed dissatisfaction about the rate, he tried to gaslight me about credit pulling procedures, and openly admitted that dealers are allowed to mark up the interest rate and adjust it to their benefit. Down the road it turned out that, when he actually took the time to check with other banks when we were gonna walk, we qualified for 2.49%. When we agreed, they sold the car out from under us (probably to someone who didn't care to check the rate and was willing to buy the service plan). Our salesperson didn't even give us the courtesy of a call to let us know they were selling the vehicle, it was the finance guy who called (most likely to get a dig in). Pretty miserable experience. Loved our sales girl, just wish she had taken the time to let us know herself the deal wasn't going through. I recommend securing your own funds, and being aware of your credit score before you get taken for a ride in financing. read more

This review is based just on my buying experience at Hiley. The people at Hiley made buying a car a great experience. They were straight forward about what I was getting, and what they could do for me. Everyone I met with was super friendly and were receptive to my inquiries. The sales person I contacted was Matthew. Matthew wasn't pushy or anxious about the sale. He worked with me to get a price that fit what I was shooting for, while keeping communication open and clear. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle, and got me any info I requested quickly. I think from first contact to deal, it took maybe two hours. Once we had reached an agreement, Ron in finance went through all the paperwork thoroughly. He explained what was covered by the warranty, and most importantly, what was not covered. He also went through my options for extended coverage, and broke down multiple "what ifs" clearly. While going through the paperwork, he let me know exactly what I could expect once the purchase was final. Buying a car can be crazy stressful, but it doesn't have to be. The whole experience at Hiley was low stress, quick, and informative. I got exactly what I was looking for, at a price I liked, and service that is rare in today's world. Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I will definitely look at Hiley. I suggest you do the same. read more

My experience with the receptionist and salesman was great. They both helped me quickly and were super friendly. The issue I had was with the finance representative, Ron Hughes. I came in knowing the exact vehicle I wanted right down to the stock number so everything should have been smooth. Everything was going fine until Ron presented me with an interest rate of about 6.64% and was pushing me to finance with GM Financial. When I asked him to check with other finance companies, he kept telling me that GM Financial was giving me a $1k discount. When I kept pushing for him to check with other banks, he tried to get me to take on additional warranties as if they were an even bigger perk. I pointed out to him that this would add $4k more to my contract and that I didn't want that, so he printed out the contract with the original interest rate that I'd already declined. I reminded him that I didn't want that interest rate and asked him again to check with other institutions. He then RIPPED UP that contract and said the he didn't "have time for this" because he had "other people waiting". I should have walked out but I knew that I wanted this specific vehicle. He kept repeating the same interest rate and speaking to me as if I was leaving him without options. I kept asking him to look into financing with another institution. He kept saying that he was having to let other customers go to different reps as if it was my fault. After about 45 minutes of this back and forth, I finally told him that this was a big purchase and that he needed to stop rushing me. After I threatened to leave, he finally ran it through another institution and got me a 4.6% interest rate. If you go to this dealership, be ready to argue. They obviously don't have YOUR best interests in mind at all and the financing people try to rush you into contracts without really trying to get you your best possible deal. read more

Lack of communication with me, different stories each time I called, dropped car off at 8am and at 3pm (when I called) nobody seemed to know what was happening with my vehicle or where the technician was. After car was there all day it was never fixed & diagnostics NOT COMPLETED. Left vehicle overnight so that it could be diagnosed first thing in the morning. Still not done until after 2pm.
