This review is based solely on the food. I personally think the beers here are pretty horrible and have had issues with beer quality in the past. I had the Maple Bock which was pretty lackluster in the flavor profile and I also had the barrel aged barleywine which I had to send back because it had an apple flavor profile that shouldn't be in that beer based on the description. We got here during dinner time on a Friday evening. There was no wait for a table so we were seated pretty quickly. The waitress was pleasant and friendly when we saw her. We ordered drinks first and then we ordered our appetizers. A few minutes later we ordered our dinner. The apps came out and looked amazing but what was REALLY disappointing was that 1 minute later our dinner came out. We felt rushed to eat our appetizers because we didn't want our dinner to get cold. The food quality for me was really tasty!! I enjoyed everything we ate... from the shrimp and pork belly appetizer to the pork steak I got. On a side note... read the menu carefully. I ordered the Porterhouse thinking it was the steak but the menu clearly stated WOOD FIRE GRILLED PORK PORTERHOUSE. So definitely my bad but a word of caution for those who don't read everything :) Would we come back here? Potentially. Pricing is pretty high here but damn the food was tasty. Not being someone who gets to Green Bay fairly often I can imagine there are other restaurants with similar quality but not priced as aggressively. Went here to pre game for the Greenbay vs Tampa game. The service was bad, bunch of young girls downstairs not even paying attention to get us a seat. We were then sent upstairs and forgot about for at least 15 mins. The food was okay. Pizza was good, but cheese curds are nothing compared to most places here. I'll pass next time. What the salt?!! Everything was over salted. I haven't been assaulted with this much salt since 2009 in NYC Michelin star rated restaurant. The brussel sprouts were served in a vat of oil and salt. What a great place! My wife and I came here after the TSO concert just because it was close.When you come in the smell of the wood burning fireplace. Very cozy. Great atmosphere, good food, a little too pricey. Came here last night on a double date. We arrived at 7:15 and had no wait, but the parking lot was crazy full. Not sure if something was happening at Title Town, but we had to walk 5 min just to get inside. The atmosphere inside is awesome - real wood burning fire places on each side of the dining area - with a cabin feel (when you see the deer & antlers on tables and walls you'll know what I mean). Our server came over right away and took our drink orders. He was a little too chatty for us but that may be a selling point for some! They have a huge beer list, our group ordered the Cherry Wheat, Maple Bock, and Slippery Slope Amber. The pints are about $6, but to be expected with craft beers. I ordered a cranberry Moscow mule - so delicious!! For food, my boyfriend and I both ordered the perch fish fry. It comes with some of the most flavorful coleslaw we've ever had - a good mix of mayo and vinegar base. It's also served with rye bread (some of the best I've had) and fries (just average). The fish fry comes with 4 big pieces of perch - and was good but not the best I've had. My boyfriend found a small bone in his perch - but still ate the whole plate! No real complaints, except that $24 per person seemed steep - I'd expect the best fish for this price. Our friends shared a pizza and an order of Brussels from the appetizer menu. This is the way to go at Hinterland. The pizzas are ~$20 each and could serve 2 people. We've ordered the mushroom pizza in the past and really enjoyed it. The Brussels sprouts were crispy and not too spicy! They liked the crunchy peanuts crumbled on top. Overall, good food, good service, but if you're looking to order anything from the entree side of the menu, be prepared to open that wallet up wide! Went after our tour. Great space. The beers were pretty good. A wide variety and something for everyone. As an appetizer we had the shrimp and pork belly. First, tell people and then at least offer them a beverage or dessert for waiting The pulled pork was delicious but by the time it was delivered to the table, it was cold. Titletown is a great entertainment district adjacent to Lambeau and after a day at he Hall of Fame it was a great place to grab a beer and some snacks. The moment you walk in the smoke from their wood fired oven and fireplaces hits you - and your stomach starts to get hungry. Modern/rustic, industrial, vibe - with giant garage doors on one side they open in milder seasons. Expo kitchen (sort-of) behind the bar - cool vibe. Super extensive beer menu - something for everyone. Some great craft cocktails and wine list as well. My husband got the Hinterland Cherry Wheat which had a great finish of tart Door County Cherries. We wanted a couple things to share - cheese curds and the smoked salmon spread. Both portions were large enough for our family of four to nosh. I'm not a curd person so I tried one, but they were crispy and beer battered (go figure, beer battered in a brewery)! They came with ketchup and ranch and a few Korean pickles. My family devoured them so quickly that I couldn't get a picture. The smoked salmon spread was delish. It's an easy thing to get wrong - I've had many that are too salty, too smoky, or too fishy. This was the perfect balance of smoke and a hint of salt - the salmon was able to shine. The crisp "everything" seasoning crisp-bread paired well along with the micro greens, pickled red onion and capers which is a great accompaniment. I love small plates and sharing so this is a great venue for that or if you want a wood fired pizza or enormous burger (we saw those going out and seriously, they are made for 2 people - they are ginormous). The only thing that kept this review from 5 stars was service. We were seated promptly and it was busy but not crazy... we sat with our menus stacked on the edge of the table for almost 20 minutes before someone came buy to take our drink order. My hubs and and I tried making eye contact or wave someone and finally someone asked if we were being helped - and she promptly took care of us and from there she was wonderful. It just took a while to get service and it was a little frustrating because we wanted to be in and out - in the end we waited longer for service than we waited for our food to be delivered. It wouldn't bar us from coming back though - we realize things happen in the kitchen or out of the floor (maybe they had a big event upstairs?). Overall, for the location and experience this place was okay in my book. Located across from Lambeau Field this can definitely be a bit of a tourist trap. In my party of 3 we were seated almost immediately. Drink orders were taken immediately and appetizer order placed. The beer selection is great and I had a few brews that were quite delicious. The pretzel that my party ordered is something that I wish I could have everyday. The place has two levels and plenty of seating. With the amount of people that frequent, it can get a bit loud so be prepared for that. Wait staff is very attentive and helpful. We walked here from the Kohler Lodge in the area. The atmosphere and decor is outstanding. The small gift shop at the entrance, the glass walls which offer a view of the brewery, and the tables/chairs are all inviting. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff. Our order was only to try a few of the brews. We ordered a flight of IPA's selected from the menu. The waitress was attentive and helpful. The menu was limited, but offered several appetizer or entree options. The portion size on the beer flight was good and the beer selection offered a variety for all preferences. When the pandemic started, Hinterland was incredibly attentive and appreciative to their customers, especially with their take out business. But since inside business has picked up I've noticed a huge change in customer service specially to lack of attention in order details. But that wasn't even my biggest issue. I scheduled one of the outdoor igloos for a fun experience with family that was coming from out of town - because of their health issues, inside dining is not an option. It was a 5:00 reservation and received a text confirmation of the date and time. A week later, I received a call from the hostess saying wind had ruined one of the igloos and asked if I would be open to another time, I said yes and rescheduled for 7:00 - again receiving a text confirmation. The day before my reservation I received another confirmation text of the reservation but hours later, another hostess called saying that the igloos had been overbooked. Although my reservation was in the system - I was never assigned a table. The solution provided was to sit inside. When I explained I had scheduled this weeks ago, received text confirmations and that inside was not possible due to health issues - no viable solutions were offered. I felt like this was a big deal, enough for a a manger to call and fix the issue but instead got a hostess with a "it is what it is" attitude and it was extremely disappointing. I was also a little miffed that no research was done on when other reservations were scheduled to ensure whomever made the first reservation was given the opportunity to keep their spot. I had only been to the old location one a long time ago, but when I was in town I wanted to check out the new digs near Lambeau. It did not disappoint! They have a great selection of brews, from their usuals to seasonal, guest, special offerings, etc. I settled on the Blackerbrry Berliner Weisse, and it was very good (it's advertised as a sour beer, and that holds true! The food menu, while not extensive, did have some unique offerings. The Cherry Wheat BBQ Pulled Pork was great! The portion was great for me (a smaller eater), but I could see that for someone with a larger appetite it might not be enough. We order dessert to go-the Pretzel Bread Pudding was good, but nothing amazing. The server was friendly and attentive, and was patient when we needed extra time to digest the menu. The one downside (and it's a fairly big one) is the noise. We came early on a Saturday so it wasn't busy, but it got busy as we sat there. Because it's an industrial style decor everything echoes and gets very loud-I'd hate to be there when the place was full because at half/three-quarters full we had to shout to be heard across a table of 3. Also, we sat by the garage doors and the sun beating in got very warm, though I'm not sure how they'd handle it. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in town, I just would aim to go during an off-peak time when it's less noisy and I can enjoy more. read more

This brewery bar feels and looks very nice with a great setup but service was pretty bad and the food was exceptionally overpriced for what you are eating. Great beers and friendly staff but also had to ask 4 times to get water and a couple times for napkins even after food was brought out. The food we ordered was also not all that great. I got the burger and the medium rare order may have been confused with well done because my burger was fairly charred. The cheese and amazing carmelized onions were the saving grace as they made the burger decent. Fries were on point with actual sea salt and held some crunch 15 minutes after getting to the table. The curds here were also solid but not great as the cheese didn't string out like it does with a great curd. This I'll chock up to a busy night because it may have just been a little cold by the time it reached the table. The dip was also an odd concoction - ketchup with some kind of kimchi or pickling flavor. I did love that they had sliced pickle with the heaviness of the curds. We also got the goat cheese dip as they were out of crab and it was okay but I wouldn't have ordered again. read more
