I can honestly say with all the times I have been there and it's more than I can count, never have. I had a bad meal! The food is always the freshest and it's always served piping hot. Their vegetables are just crunchy enough to know they're fresh but still have their flavor. Their portions are ginormous. You definitely get your moneys worth with the highest quality dinner or lunch you could ever ask. The service beyond stellar! Because I go there so much and they know me so well I don't even have to tell them what I want to drink they bring it automatically. They truly treat their customers like family and that's a rarity these days! They truly care about their customers and they remember who they are. I listened to them with other tables and they take just as an active interest in them as they do Me. That's the sign of quality. I love the ambience because they always have fresh flowers and they're always dust free. So many times you'll go into places in the plants have dust on them not here. Someone truly takes care of the greenery and it is green! It's also very interesting to watch the TV screens as they do demonstrations of various Thai food preparation. I've been to numerous Thai places in Jacksonville. None can hold a candle to this one.
