We both ordered the BBQ Sampler, and I added a fried catfish fillet to my order to satisfy my Southern ancestors. The three meats all had good, different flavors. I don't want my meats to all taste the same. There was a slight mix up with my sides, when my tray came out. I had ordered fried okra, and baked beans, which the server quickly took care of.
