Highly recommend this pest control company! We had spotted a mouse in our townhome a few years ago and called them immediately. They were extremely responsive, came out, and found and repaired a hole that they suspected the mouse used to enter our home. We set up a recurring service with them and never had that problem again. Fast forward a few years, and we moved into a single family home. We had been having a problem with ants in the summer, but when fall started coming around we found evidence of a mouse. We again called Holiday to come out and take care of both the ants and mice. Everyone from the young lady who handles scheduling to our fabulous technician (I believe his name is Anthony) is pleasant and very easy to deal with. Anthony came out and did a thorough inspection, set up bait stations, treated the outside of the house, and came to check on us a week later. Anthony and Chris have been extremely professional and knowledgeable. We have had a mice problem due to living near wooded areas, and Anthony and Chris were able to use a baiting system that helped keep the mice at bay. Additionally, Chris identified several entry points that the competitor company did not, and he professionally sealed them up to eliminate further entry for the mice. They explain the process behind the baiting systems they use to prevent mice from entering the home. We have been using Holiday Pest for over a year now and we have had nothing but positive experiences. As others have said, everyone is quite knowledgeable and courteous. Their call center is very friendly and accommodating of our schedules. And if we have a tight window of time to work with, they always find a way to make it work. Having little ones and pets at home, every technician that's come into the house is always cognizant of them and explains all the products they use. They don't just ask where the problem is and apply product. Each tech we've worked with will thoroughly assess the issue, asks pertinent questions regarding when the issue started, what we've done so far (if anything) about it, and goes from there. Mice! Mice! Mice! I was watching TV in my basement one night and out of the left hand corner of my eye I saw a frickin' mouse run right around the corner. So, I went online to investigate a Pest Control company and after a thorough review I decided on Holiday Pest Control and did I ever make the right decision. Their prices are right in line with everyone else and they came out the next day. We were lucky enough to have Scott come out and not only was he friendly but he was incredibly knowledgeable and he told me why, how and where the mice came in the house and how to get rid of them...for good. Just by looking around our basement Scott noticed a hole in the exposed insulation in the ceiling of our laundry room and he said this was caused from the mice coming inside the house. So, he strategically set up multiple Bait Stations in the basement. We also walked outside around the perimeter of the house and he determined how they were getting inside the house then he set up Bait Stations outside as well. Then, he came back a week later and checked the Bait Stations and I freaked out when I saw how much Bait was eaten! Scott said we obviously had multiple mice instead of the one mouse I originally saw! So, he reset the Bait and came back a week later and none of the Bait was eaten. This means it worked, so he professionally sealed up the openings on the outside of the house. Now, we have no more mice inside and everything is sealed up outside. Scott and the office staff at Holiday really did a fantastic job and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. read more

I would highly recommend Holiday Pest to anyone who is looking for thorough pest control with the best customer service! Here is what you can expect... having an actual person answer the phone right away when you call and prompt scheduling. A respectable, trustworthy gentleman (we had Anthony) to arrive on time and do a thorough look at the problem. They really examined possible sources for our carpenter ants, had an electronic device that could look for moisture in the walls, went into the crawl space to look for sources or other problems, etc. The man spent over an hour to assess this, pinpoint the wall the problem was coming from, informed us we also have a mice problem in the crawl space, and come up with very affordable options for treatment (either one time or an annual plan, if you choose), all without any commitment of our business yet. We chose a plan, they came out and treated. They set rodent traps in the basement crawl space, outside the perimeter, and treated the carpenter ants in the wall and the perimeter, as well as many feet out from the area of the problem. They followed up one week later on time and explained the progress of both the ants and the rodents. This is so much better than experiences we have ever had with the big name companies! He didn't try to upsell me or get too technical. Leonard answered all of my questions regardless on how dumb they were. He also clearly explained to me how the work is being done. Chris, one of the technicians was at the appointment as well and he was super friendly. When the tech came to do the job, I don't remember his name (I apologize) but he was very friendly and arrived on time. I can't say enough good things about the whole team at Holiday. They have been doing my home pest control for about a year and a half now and have been absolutely amazing the whole time. love these guys! they have decent prices and always come out to spray when i call. i do think they may be a bit more expensive than others, but i think you get what you pay for. they come every other month, but if you call, they'll spray in between at no extra charge. they come out quickly and always answer. even when i think it'll just leave a message, someone answers!!! i'm glad i went with them for pest control after the other guy's stopped servicing my area. they are a pleasant company on the phone and the service techs are nice too. they email you the bill and what was done. the charge goes straight to my CC on file. it couldn't be easier! give them a call since they do a good job. read more
