In the past, I'd simply arm myself with a can of Spider Killer and spray them as I encountered them. Now I'm older and wiser and decided to hire professionals to spray instead, so I wouldn't have to have anxiety and mini heart attacks every time I'd see a black widow. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! Excellent experience and so far I haven't seen any spiders left! Highly recommend this company. All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

We had a solar panel installation scheduled for today. Our solar technician showed up and when he got up on the roof wasps started attacking him. We had wasp spray and so he went through 4 cans of it and they were still attacking him. He said we would need to call our pest control to come out and deal with all the wasps. I quickly made a call to our pest control Company HomeShield and left a message about our situation and needing to have service as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes I had a call back from HomeShield letting us know Connor was on his way out to deal with this situation for us. 20 minutes later Connor was at our door and ready to deal with the issue. Most impressive was that Connor is the Branch Manager locally and his guys were out and rather than make us wait, he came right out and did the job himself!! One of the worst homeowner nightmares is the idea that rodents had found a way into your home. It's a particular problem in midtown. I had retained HSPC earlier this year when I had an insect issue, so I called them. We worked out an appointment date and they were here timely, calling before arrival. They did an inspection and showed me the problem area and told and showed me what they would do. I agreed to their quote (cheaper than what my neighbor had just paid) and got a call that afternoon to set up a service time. Matt C arrived timely, calling first, and I recognized him from the first visit. He told me what he was going to do and quickly went about his task. He sealed up all the possible entries to the basement, cleaned up the rodent residue and set traps. After he was done, he explained and showed me what he had done. We recently purchased an older home and discovered alot of non disclosure items and issues. One was a rodent infestation in the attic. Through various companies working on our issue, we were directed towards Home Shield pest. Tim immediately made room on his schedule for us and came to assess our situation when he heard about our issue. We had Aptive pest control at the time. After doing a very thorough inspection, Tim immediately found all the holes the rodents were accessing along with a giant wasp nest that somehow our other company had missed or chose to ignore. Within one week Home pest and Tim came back repaired all openings, set bait traps and cleaned up the wasp nest. We have not had any issues since then. Moved to a new home and needed to setup a pest plan. I was able to schedule a first time visit super quick and the communication leading to the appointment was fantastic. Technician arrived on time and was extremely courteous and helpful. She explained what she would be doing, how it should work, what to do if we noticed any issues between visits and more. Caprice S. He was professional and very detailed with following instructions on spraying required areas or removing spider webs . Been using Homeshield almost 2 years now, never had a single issue. With a previous company, I had to keep a lot of my own bug spray on hand, and constantly use it, but with Homeshield, all my ants, earwigs, black widows.. all of it, stays in complete control. Highly recommend this company. Yesterday had scheduled visit from Greg Jimenez, normally I am not home during a scheduled visit, but this time I was and had a great converstaion with Greg. Been using Home Shield for over 3 years for regular pest control service. Their spray program is every three months rather than monthly like our previous service. That results in less cost, less chemicals being used, less often that I have to deal with a service tech and my dog and we still do not have any pest problems! (1/5) My family has…read morebeen loyal customers of Noble Way Pest Control for many years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. About four years ago, we got a friendly family dog. On a few routine maintenance visits in the past, the technician arrived while our dog was in the backyard, and the service was rescheduled. We completely understood that decision and never had an issue with it. Recently, however, we developed a wasp nest that needed treatment. We scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up. We later received a last-minute email explaining the technician had experienced a family emergency and that our appointment was being rescheduled for the following week. We completely understood and had no complaints. Unfortunately, the rescheduled appointment came and went with no service and very little communication. We still had the wasp nest and were left wondering what was happening. Shortly afterward, we received another last-minute email stating they would be coming out on a Tuesday. They never confirmed that the new appointment worked for us, nor did anyone contact us beforehand. The technician arrived unannounced while our dog was in the backyard. Because we had no idea they were coming that day, we had no opportunity to bring our dog inside. Rather than attempting to coordinate another visit, Noble Way cancelled the appointment and then called to inform us that they would no longer provide service to our home because there had been "too many incidents" involving our dog. It's frustrating to be dropped as a long-time customer for circumstances that were largely created by their own scheduling and communication failures. Had they simply communicated with us before arriving, we would have happily put our dog inside. Instead, they repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled appointments with little notice, then blamed us when one of their unconfirmed appointments couldn't be completed. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to work with a long-standing customer were extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend Noble Way Pest Control based on this experience.

I was willing to pay half since there was a mild benefit to us but couldn't believe the lack of ownership of the issue and insisting we pay even after I sent them the screenshots of the emails showing we canceled.
