The bun bo hue decent/hit most of the elements I wanted (they didn't have pork blood which I don't enjoy anyways so not a problem). I wasn't a real fan of the banh mi to be honest; it tasted more fusion to me than authentic (had pickled slice onions and was sliced diagonally for style), so I may stick to the downtown delis. A staff member exited the kitchen and walks towards the register near the trash can and she proceeded to open the trash can and keep it open, looked at me and asked how was everything. If they added actual pho to the menu I bet it would be a hit! To-go ordering seems the popular thing here and if I return is what I'll do. Just sad as this used to be my fav spot but now I've found a better place with better service and food. Drinks here and food is super tasty but wish service, cleanliness, and atmosphere could be improved! Service is important and with my past two visits I feel it's a very unwelcoming atmosphere with the staff being hostile and cold and cafe seating indoors and outdoors are dirty. For me when spending my money somewhere I don't want to be treated poorly or like I'm an inconvenience or just being tolerated.
