Extremely poor experience. Purchased a dishwasher that was on backorder. immediately tried to sell me an extra part which I told him I didn't want. Then when it came time to get the dishwasher delivered several weeks later, they only delivered it and didn't install it, which was never explained by the sales rep Aiden. They claim because I didn't buy the extra part they wouldn't install it. Finally got that straightened out and got them there to install it, but they claimed that extra part plus one other part needed to purchased and installed. Almost $400 later, in addition to what I already paid for the dishwasher, I am finally getting it installed. One disappointing surprise after another. Store manager Gary was no help. read more

It has been more than a month since I have been trying to get my cooktop exchanged. The flames are too high, and the low is too low. There is no middle flame. I called customer service multiple times unable to get a hold of the Gary the Manager, sent email, went in person to the store and talked to the Manager Gary, got promises that were never fulfilled, and still, no luck even getting a call back. The cooktop is burning my food, or not cooking at all, and I need it exchanged. I've been experiencing issues with it since day 1, and NOTHING has been done by the store to address my issue. I called again today and left a request to get a call back. 4hrs later, I am still waiting for it. Highly disrespectful! I am just a customer who needs my cooktop exchanged! Worst place in the world to buy anything from My son ordered a refrigerator for his new home and I decided to get him a washer dryer for his new home They took my order over the phone I paid with my cards and split it to two cards. Everything was approved they got their money I could see the charges to my card and then the stupidity started They were to deliver on Thursday but didn't Then my son called to find out what was going on and it got really stupid They claimed because I paid for the washer dryer on my cards that the billing and shipping address didn't match so they could not deliver it?????? Then the next call was because I used two cards and split it they could not deliver it because they need me to drive all the way in to them to show them the chip on my cards. My washing machine crapped out on a Friday afternoon. I called my "usual" appliance company first to order a new Speed Queen but they were sold out. I then called AHA and was immediately connected with Lucinda. She was AWESOME from start to finish! In under 25min she helped me figure out which speed queen model we wanted and had it ordered/paid for with Monday delivery + haul away of our dead washer. I was so grateful and relieved that everything was pretty seamless. The delivery was honestly amazing I could not f*cking believe it went so well. I had a 10:30-2:30 window + tracking of my delivery. I received ample updates via text and phone about the status of my delivery, which was so helpful bc I was wfh with meetings all day. They arrived ten minutes early @10:20, and within 30min hauled away the old one and installed/tested the new machine. It was flawless and so damn easy....the way it should be! So far we are loving the new machine; it was a bit pricy but I am in laundry heaven. It really is amazingly fast with every wash load it's crazy good. I have received excellent service at this location with Lucinda Trombalay. She helped me pick each and every appliance I needed listening to my needs. If she didn't have on display the item, she told me to search online and let her know and she could find it forme. I had gone to Lowes before coming to her but, they were selling me only one brand of LG because their rep was there. I wanted the best of each appliance (Bosch, KitchenAid,etc) She is very personable and thorough. I got the best prices and was told about rebates, too. Getting appliances can be stressful, like looking for counter depth fridge with a zero door range ( don't remember what it is called) but she understood). I didn't have to look at e to look at each one and waste my time, she showed me exactly which ones were like that, I came back to her with my microwave info from lowes and trimkit. She got it all in one order and I purchased every single thing I needed, Six items.| A couple of weeks later i just called her and told her i decided to replace my garage freezer. Did the whole transaction on the phone, she found a better size, and I purchased over the phone. She is very good at what she does, very friendly and professional. Our oven went out earlier this year and my wife and I went into this store in February 2025 and were helped by Rischi. I had the dimensions of our 25 year old KitchenAid oven / combo microwave. My concern was that after this long of time we would not be able to replace it with the same dimensions and would need to do a tear out. She showed us the same type of KitchenAid we had however a much newer version that was the same dimensions. I expressed concern about the fit and electrical and she mentioned that for 150.00 they would send out their install team to check. I agreed to this and they were amazing. They checked our electrical and the fit and the ductwork and said no problem it would fit with a very minor modification to the space that the frame of the unit would go into and cover. BTW, we also replaced our stove fan with a newer model and the install team checked that while they were checking the stove fit. All was good there as well. When the unit was available for install the installation team came and did the install leaving everything very clean and the same way it was when they arrived, when they were done. We hardly use our oven and decided to cook Thanksgiving dinner. This prompted some questions after dinner was successfully cooked in our new oven about changing rack positions that we could not figure out. We went into the store on Saturday 11/29/25-8 months after install and were met by a very nice sales lady who I wish I knew her name and she talked to the store manager Gary Dunn who said he would stop by the following morning to look at our rack issue in hopes that if he was able to help us we could avoid scheduling a service call. He came by Sunday morning 11/30/25 and repositioned our oven racks for us on his way to the store. I might add we are seniors and are probably not as strong or able to figure things out as we once were. I 100% recommend Airport Appliance in Dublin when you need a major appliance. Their selection and showroom has everything you need to help you find what you are looking for and the team is very knowledgeable and helpful. If i could give them less then 1 star i would. My wife and i purchased 3 appliances from them. The fridge showed up dented but they replaced it right away thank god. Also bought a washer and dryer amd the dryer does not heat up so our clothes wont dry. Called and they took a week for a GE guy from the manufacturer to come out and when he did he didn't fix a thing. Why do i need ti fix anything on something that is brand new. Called the store to speak to a manager who was working today and he never called me back so i called again and it was excuse after excuse why he was not available. I finally decided to drive down there to speak to the manager and that was a waste of time. He is horrible at customer service and should not be a manager. The tone he was giving was un professional and was kinda being a smart a**. Anyway all we want is for them to replace the dryer with a new one and all the manager did was direct us to another manager from corporate who did nothing as well. They take no accountability and was just trying to blame anyone but themselves. Now we have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for him to call to see if GE manufacture will drop their policy on how many visits it will take a technician to come out and decide to replace our brand new dryer that never worked and still does not work.
