When I get home I'll check out the ingredients better and give it another try. I had a side of green beans nicely seasoned with bacon as my side. My husband, bless his heart, ordered the honey pecan chicken salad sandwich on gluten free bread so I could taste it. It was also delicious and he had a side of home fries to die for. We would definitely come back and try more of their menu if in the area again.

We stopped by The Honey Seed while passing through the area to visit a family friend who recommended the restaurant. It was a busy time, but our server, Heather, was very nice and gave us a heads-up that they were short-staffed due to several callouts, with only two servers working. Despite that, the team seemed to be working well together, helping each other out where needed. One minor issue occurred when a wrong omelet was served to someone in our group, but it was immediately corrected with no hassle. I had the tossed salad with grilled chicken and cheese, and it was incredibly fresh and delicious. The others in my party also enjoyed their meals.
