The service here was some of the best service I've ever received at a coffee shop. I asked the cashier what regulars loved and she recommended an iced white mocha, so I got that with oat milk. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the coffee shops I frequent in Scottsdale. I also ordered a croissant sandwich with egg, cheddar cheese (it isn't sharp), and turkey bacon. The sandwich itself was very bland, and the large croissant (catered from Le Chef Bakery) overpowered the minimal toppings. The turkey bacon was very good though, and I liked that they crisped the croissant so it was crunchy and flaky. I ultimately wouldn't get it again. The coffee tasted very artificial and left a bitter taste in my mouth. I really wanted to love this place as the ladies behind the counter were so kind and joyful. I must say the place was also packed on a random weekday, so others seem to love it! The inside has lots of seating and is quiet enough for people to work or chat.

This coffee shop is so delicious because they have a wide variety of syrups , they have their own menu for all the syrups . They sell delicious food and aswell wine and drinks . The ambience is very relaxing and welcoming . The workers are very friendly . My favorite part is that they have different choices for the milk types like coconut or almond etc.. Also they have seasonal menus for like the holidays which is super yummy! I highly recommend this coffee shop it is very delicious !!!!

First time at Honeycutt Coffee Cafe. Quaint early morning breakfast and lunch spot opens at 5:00 am weekdays for those of us that are early birds. Friendly people, ordered a breakfast burrito and coffee. Pleasantly surprised, breakfast burrito was exceptional. Loaded with eggs, ham , bacon, sausage, hash browns with all the condiments. Lots of crafts, liked the background music and ambience here. Its not a chain! Put this one on your list!

Their cold brew is absolutely delicious! Also my go to place for cheese danishes. I decided to try the Oreo churro today and I am so glad I did, it was crunchy, warm and Oreo-y as in it actually tasted like an Oreo. I've had some of their other baked goodies, and enjoyed them all. My only complaint was that the last time I got a brookie it tasted kind of freezer burned. I'd try it again though because their baked good are normally solid.

Popped in quickly for a coffee and light breakfast. I'm in town visiting and like to try to support local businesses when I travel. The location is smaller than I expected it to be but the decor was adorable. Breakfast sandwich is a build your own option. Choosing your bread, protein and cheese. I do wish I could have added some veggies to it. Omelette was smaller than most restaurants and it doesn't come with a side but we knew that when we ordered it and it was exactly what we had hoped for. My caramel macchiato was good, a little too sweet for me but I didn't add an extra shot or two like I normally do. Likely my fault. Overall I think the prices, food, and ambiance were great and I'd definitely return over the lunch/afternoon hours to try the rest of their food.

This was a nice little shop with a cozy family and friend atmosphere. Whether you're there for coffee, wine, or a small meal, it's a great place to just chill for a bit. Came in for a friendship date (I don't know what else to call it when you meet new people platonically), and she showed me what was good on the menu and what you try. The staff was nice too, and it didn't feel like we waited long for our order. If you want to support a small local business, this is a good place to go.

Was in maricopa and decided to give this local favorite a try! The inside is so cute. This place doubles as a wine bar and has that mom and pop feel. It was pretty busy around 11am and I loved that people were hanging out and playing games. It seems like the place to be! We were greeted by the staff and they were very welcoming! I was asking a bunch of questions and they were eager to help. I tried one of their signature lattes (cinnamon roll latte) with oat milk! It was a pretty complex drink so I was a little apprehensive but it actually blended really well together. Not too overwhelmingly sweet and definitely flavorful! We also ordered a big case of their house coffee for an open house tomorrow as this place is a local favorite! If you're in the area check them out! Prices are fair, nothing too different from Starbucks. Support local businesses!

The person working at 5pm on Thursday September 18th was awful. Zero concern for how she acted in front of customers. No hi, no smile. Throwing stuff in the back kitchen. Bagel was sloppily put together with cream cheese. Barely had any. She told us all they had were frozen cake pops with attitude. No music in the background. Couldn't see items in display case as they were in plastic Pyrex containers. Will probably be back but will leave if I see her.

During our vacation in Maricopa, we stopped in for a couple of coffees. However, both the drinks tasted like they were severely watered down and were not good at all. It was disappointing to say the least, we ended up trashing the drinks before even finishing them. The service was also not great. If you are looking for a decent espresso drink and friendly service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Woman owned! I have come to this location 2x and the coffee is super tasty!!! They have a variety of food and drinks (more than just coffee) they also have a cute gift shop type area with items from local vendors. I want to try their food... soon enough. The owner is always super nice, the o my reason I took a star was for the rest of the staff as they aren't the friendliest and I always seemed to be rushed at the counter to order. read more

i never knew this place had amazing sandwiches' AND ALCOHOL!!!! Such a great breakfast place . We used to go to Chandler to get Margarita on Sunday with our breakfast...but now we found our spot !! Right around the corner :) Server are friendly, nice little seating spot with about 8 tables and seating outside as well. Visiting family and needed something quick. They were not only quick but delicious, kind, patient and friendly. The coffee was great. The food was not as good as food made at home. The cleanliness of the place needs work. Their outdoor sitting area has dog poo left behind so to sit outside eating a sandwich drinking coffee with dog doody right next to you is repulsive. If you want a great coffee come get it and leave. This place doesn't have the ambiance a coffee shop should have. I went with my husband and he won't go back. We might get coffee to go if we do. read more

First time in this coffee Cafe, on a Friday late morning [02/2024]. I truly gotta say, I didn't expect the place to be that small inside, & at that pt. I nearly turned around & walked back out, but had been wanting to for a few months, try out the place & their food, so decided to stay. My order was a small hot coffee , English muffin with an egg, slice of cheese, & slice of beacon. I also felt the service was not great. What made it even Worse, was , the cost of just the small coffee , & this little egg sandwich came to just under $10. ! I will NOT be a return customer, needless to say ! read more

Honeycutt is a great place with quality coffee, food items, and people. I'm new to Maricopa, and was worried I wouldn't be able to find my local coffee spot and I definitely have. I've never been disappointed with anything I've purchased, it's always done properly, and you can tell this is a favorite of the locals. Glad to have this family owned place, just a five minute drive away. read more

I've only had their hot lattes twice now and they're coffee is good. It doesn't have an amazing quality or any special flavor I can describe or recommend. It's just a nice balanced coffee. The staff is friendly and the ladies rest room is clean. Oh, and there's not a huge line to wait in like the two other places on the main road through Maricopa. read more

Love this place! Super cute & so friendly. I just wish it was close to home. My husband and I stopped here as we were passing through Maricopa. We sat inside at the checkers table. They have a nice little patio too. I had the croissant breakfast sandwich and my husband had the tuna melt. I like that they have so many options on the menu. We also got a mimosa, cappuccino and a strawberry açaí refresher. The drinks were good & the food was too. We'll be back next time we are in Maricopa. read more

This place is a great alternative to Starbucks and Dutch Brothers. Great coffee and great food! The omelet was delicious and had just the right amount of each item in it including the jalapenos. We love Honeycutt Coffee. For my wife and me, it's a daily stop between 5-6am for our coffee and tea, and Tanya's awesome jokes at my personal expense mainly. But we also stop in every Wednesday morning for breakfast with my daughters before school, and it's an absolute treat every single time. The bakery options are dynamite--homemade pop-tarts, massive cinnamon rolls, MACAROONS!? Yeah, they've got it. My daughters absolutely love the food, and the frappes that Tanya typically does "their way," which she remembers every time. Beyond that, the coffee is good! I mean, let's be real, I'd drink crummy coffee if I need to and I've done that plenty of times in my life, but they offer me what I really like--a big toddy, solid espresso, and great infusions. As for the vibe, it FEELS like you're in a coffee shop. I don't like Starbucks, at all, and I don't like dessert for coffee (sorry, Dutch Bros), and Honeycutt gives you a space where you can work (done that), have meetings (done that), chill out with your wife or a friend to just chat (done that), and as of recently sit outside for a morning cup (done that). I like to give Tanya a hard time first thing in the morning, but we are very grateful for what she is doing with Honeycutt, as it's a genuine gem in Maricopa. read more

I absolutely love this place. I've been ordering the same, custom drink almost every day for longer than I'd like to admit (I'm hooked). 99% of the time, it's perfect. One day there was something off with my drink. Stuff happens and I was busy working, so I didn't plan on saying anything but the following day I asked my husband to pick up my drink for me and he took it upon himself to mention it. The owner made my drink to perfection, free of charge, and wrote an apology on my cup! I thought it was really nice, especially since it seems like customer service is pretty much dead everywhere else. I'd recommend Honeycutt Coffee to anyone. Whenever I have family in town, I bring them there for breakfast. They have really good omelettes and breakfast burritos too. read more

I have lived in Maricopa for almost 5 years and I have never given Honeycutt coffee a chance. I'm sorry to have waited for so long, because the coffee was fabulous!!. The employees are very nice and engaging. I love this coffee shop!! It's very cute and clean inside. I believe they also sell items from different small businesses. Today I tried the "Riley" one of the drink specials. It was a salted caramel latte with cold foam. Absolutely delicious. I also enjoy the turkey pesto sandwich with Swiss and wheat bread. Very tasty. This is still my favorite coffee shop to go to to work on schoolwork. read more

They tell us we cannot use it which we where a bit confused about (told us only Monday Wednesday and i forget what other day). So we walk back to the rewards center to get clarification. They assured us that it was available to use and if they had any issues at all to give them a call . We walk back and let them know what we where just told . Margret was amazing very friendly and said she would get a server to check it out . Sulinda was our server . She gave me so much attitude about using our food credits . I assured her how I would pay the difference and what not. She gave me sas on how I didn't believe her and wanted me to look at the computer . And I was trying so hard to keep calm and tell her how if there was an issue to just call like the lady told me . She denied to call , denied to help me . So I kept walking back and forth untill it was finally there . I was frustrated but being very calm because I know how stressful these situations can be . But no matter how calm and nice I was being I just kept receiving attitude from her . Margret wanted to get me a different server which was very appreciated . But sulinda just butted in and would not let the other server take my order . I am still very confused on why . After she gave me my receipt she very rudely and loudly pointed at the tip line and said "you can put something here or not " like we all know how a receipt works and after all that attitude I didn't think she deserved a tip , but I still left one . I am very happy with Margret and the sever who tried to help but extremely unhappy with sulinda and her attitude. Working in a industry like this you can't just be acting this way . It's unprofessional and just very wrong . I do not recommend this place . I would personally never go back if that's the way they are going to let servers treat people . I am grateful for Margret and her kindness and the other server who I didn't catch her name . But sulinda definitely ruined my experience.

I also understand that some people feel entitled to free food. I also see it from my perspective where I paid for my food and just want what I paid for. I left the store disappointed, and initially rated this location one star. I emailed customer service through the app, and corporate reached out to me while this location reached out as well. I would like to thank Jessica for hearing me out and resolving the issue in a fair and timely manner. Both items were priced as cheese only, so each topping was charged separately. $3 for sausage, $3 for bacon, $2.50 for spinach, etc. The total came out to $37 for the pizza and $19 for the calzone before tax and tip. Vero's does not skimp on ingredients. MY PIZZA always weighs about 10 pounds or more. I have always picked up my pizza and it has always been hot and fresh when I get home which is another plus. LOVE this little Coffee shop! It's my new 'go-to' place for coffee. My latte was exceptional (Sugarfree Vanilla, Breve, No Foam, Extra Hot) and the girls behind the counter are super nice. Plus you can sit down and do a little work out back or inside. Now - to the hatred of 'mask-shaming' that's going on in these comments by the 'mask-nazi's'. This is why I visited Honeycutt and this is why I'll be back. No pressure and no hatred. Just a coffee shop that let's people be people. If you like people who are cool and love small-business, you need to make this your main coffee shop also. Support a business that won't be controlled by the minority of 'mask-holes' out there. They have been open for a little over a year now and even through the pandemic they have been amazing! The owner Tanya takes the time to get to know you and really listens to what the customers want. Just recently she started opening to 5am because we have been asking. Its a small town coffee shop for sure and if your wanting a good feeling this is the place. All of their coffee is great from straight espresso to latte's and frappe's. Their sandwiches are a great size and very good. The pastries are good too and always offered to be warmed up. My my my! I love the consistent quality and the nice lady who made our order to perfection. This place is so cozy and the prices make me want to stick around for a few hours. Honeycutt coffee is a great morning time experience, it really made my day great from the get-go. Not to mention they are one of the few places open early during covid. My buddy and I played giant jenga while we waited for our drinks and omelettes. You may want to ditch starbucks and support this wonderful small business.
