I am just about to start exploring the tacos. BYOB and IPAs or other heavy beers are best.

The Flaming Roasted Lamb Leg had a delicious smoky flavor and came with a fun tableside presentation where it was set on fire. That said, the portion was on the smaller side for the price, and I was a little surprised to find what looked like French fries underneath the lamb. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and street parking was easy to find. They don't have a liquor license yet, so it's currently BYOB. There's a liquor store that's a three minute walk away from the restaurant. They also offer tea for $5 with free refills and soda for $2.50 with free refills. I also appreciated that they offer select dishes at half price on certain days of the week, so it's worth checking their specials before you visit. Overall, the food was flavorful, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the daily specials make this a great value. While not every dish was a hit for me, the cumin beef and Tibetan lamb were excellent.

l went to Honeygrow tonight on City Line Avenue in Philadelphia. My daughter had eaten their stir fry in the past and suggested it. I created my stir fry with shrimp, chicken, brown rice, bell pepper, broccoli, shredded carrots, onion, spinach, sesame seeds, shallots, and sesame garlic sauce. Bad decision. The brown rice was gooey in one lump and had to be broken apart. The stir fry had little onions and no shallots or sesame seeds. The chicken breast was previously cooked sometimes during the day and tasted like it. I received no sesame garlic sauce that I payed for. There was no seasoning on the stir fry. No salt, pepper, garlic, nothing just bland. I would never eat here again or recommend anyone else to. I make a good stir fry at home but after work and tired I didn't want to cook tonight. If I could rate it 0 I would. I ordered through UberEats a BOGO promotion and when I picked up they charged me for all items plus delivery on a pick-up order. I called into the store the same day and the "manager" Jason said he would be refunding the error back to me. I then waited 5 days before following up to be told well I'm sorry Jason told you that but there is nothing we can do. UberEats says the merchant is responsible and the merchant says they aren't. I am beyond pissed because I'm out $30+ dollars on an order I placed that should've been half the amount. read more
