Bad customer service. Customer bypass line to place an order while a lot of people in line. They need to educate customer's to stand in line. We all learned this in kindergarten. 3+ Stars Dining area is clean. Friendly service. No veggie dishes at, no tofu, no spicy eggplant. The chow mein has egg in it, which I have never seen anywhere else. I absolutely love their Chinese food, and varied selections, to chose from. When I go in, I always order a 2 Item meal for myself, consisting of chow mien, fried rice, and both items, teriyaki chicken, and sauce. It only costs me $6.35, out the door, and what a meal, to take home. You can't lose, when you get a meal there! So yummy, and filling....they certainly give you PLENTY of food! read more

I love their drink as well, try the milk/thai tea with boba or mocha smoothie, all is tasty. it works so well with food. staff are really friendly and helpful. they all give us an excellent service. Place was pretty good. It was clean and the workers were very friendly. One of them said she liked my daughters face. Lol. Ok? Unique complement. I asked for several samples and they didn't even bat an eye. Noodles and rice I'd say was excellent. My boyfriend said the beef in the broccoli and beef was very chewy. They had something called jalapeño chicken. It wasn't spicy what's so ever. But still great and I even had the bottom of the barrel. The orange chicken was good enough. A lot of breading but I think that's at most places. For some cons I'd say the food wasn't very hot after I ordered. It seemed like the food had been sitting there awhile because it was Luke warm. I will be returning soon when I crave Chinese and I want twice as many portions than Panda Express. One more add on is the "sriracha" was very watery. I had to use my huy fong rooster sriracha. This is one of the highest rated chinese fast food places in the area. Which me in my wife have an affinity for. We had orange chicken, beef + broccoli, and chow mein. The orange chicken was sweet, I like it kicked up a notch normally that's when I grabbed for the sriracha. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't sriracha supposed to be thick instead of watery? The beef + broccoli was average. The chow mein really hit the spot, it seems that you can only get this type of chow mein in California. The greasy, thick noodley type awesome. We also got a Honeydew Boba which was on par of the type we got in Waianae, HI (Powder variety, not fresh fruit). Speaking of Hawaii, we also decided to get the Hawaiian BBQ mixed plate. The chicken is the best part of this plate, in truth I was also hoping for the hawaiian two hefty scoops of rice but it was all spread out. The bbq short ribs were tough as hell though. My 4 yr old daughter struggled to eat a piece. At least the flavors were kind of there. It comes with macaroni salad also, my wife said it was sweeter than she was normally used to. This Chinese fast food place makes all the others look bad! Great price and nice portions! The beef broccoli is super tender. The orange chicken has the perfect sticky sweet and crunch factor the mushroom chicken is super juicy and the buttom mushrooms taste fresh as well as the zucchini.
