Hooked on Sushi? I'm hooked on Tuna carpaccio. This place was a korean restaurant, a korean restaurant plus sushi, and now sushi. One thing that remained was bulgogi. Lol. My first visit, I got a pick 3. I don't really remember, it wasn't memorable. Bulgogi, sesame spicy chicken, and I don't remember. Bulgogi was meh and so was the sesame spicy chicken. Not even sure why I got it, but okay. I LOVE the dressing on the salad. Put the remainder of it on the bulgogi and it was yummy. 2nd visit, I got the Tuna carpaccio. and this is what I keep getting even after a 6th visit..haha. It's thinly sliced tuna in a spicy sesame oil with ponzu. I usually order a side of white rice to go along with it and a salad. Maybe another appetizer since the Tuna is an appetizer. Makes for a simple lunch. I've gotten the sashimi sampler as well and that's good too. Went this week and got the vitamin roll and pork egg rolls. Seems like every roll contains fake crab and I ain't with the fake crab. The vitamin roll had blue crab and I didn't ask if it was fake crab.. but I know the ones that say CRAB is imitation. Finally found a really good Sushi place. Not only was everything we got delicious, our server was super attentive and helpful. My wife had their teriyaki salmon dinner. She enjoyed every bit of it and there was enough to take home for another meal. I had three rolls. Crunchy roll, shrimp tempura roll and California roll. All were yummy start to finish. No leftovers for me as I was hungry that night. My only "complaint " (minor) was that they don't remove the tails on their tempura shrimp. Makes for a little awkward eating rolls. They have a huge variety of rolls, in addition to a full Japanese/Korean list of entrees. My favorite dishes are the takoyaki appetizer, the poke bowl, and the zombie roll. We usually go for dinner and while there are always a good group of customers, it is never packed or noisy. The service has always been polite and professional.
