So I ordered delivery after a long day and not a lot of food, but it was so good! I got the spicy tuna roll which is just a tuna roll w spicy mayo. As long as you know that upfront all good. It was fresh and I inhaled it. I ordered the beef hibachi with extra tofu, white rice w vegetables. It came warm and tasty! I ate about half and am so full! The vegetables were cooked just right and just enough of them. I ordered a couple sauces and got 4 total. Not sure which is which but I didn't use any of them. There was enough "sauce" from the sauce to give the rice some flavor. The beef was tender enough for not being fillet. I wish you could order the wellness of the beef, it was done well and not over cooked but I like mine medium rare. All in all great experience, I'll probably order from them again. I'm glad I gave this place a try. It's tucked in a shopping center of Camp Bowie, but the inside feels more intimate than a strip center. They have cute decorations and good lighting. It's a fast casual style restaurant where you order at the counter, serve your own drink, and then the food is delivered to your table. To be honest, I'm surprised they have a tip screen when they don't even bring the silverware with your food and just direct you as if you were at a Pei Wei. All of that aside, the food was good. After reading some reviews, my husband ordered me Miso soup, Shrimp Tempura, Tuna roll and Cowboy roll. The miso soup tasted just like the ones from the packet. Looks great, but disappointing. The Shrimp tempura had a great crunch, but zero flavor. The dipping sauce for the was sweet for some reason. The cowboy roll was actually decent and the only think I was able to eat it without having to douse it in sauce. The tuna roll however, was the saddest thing in the order. The fish was warm, smellled terribly and even with soy sauce I couldn't eat more than one. I'm hoping that I don't end up getting sick from this. The sign caught my eye as I was driving by and hungry. I ordered steak teriyaki, shrimp teriyaki and crab Rangoon. It took about 25 minutes for my order to be ready and when I got home, the food was still warm. The crab rangoon was fine, nothing special and it turned out to be the best of the food. The shrimp was overcooked and one nearly burnt. It also was severely lacking flavor, so very little teriyaki. My go to bag did have sauces in it and they made the food edible, but still meh. My chicken bowl was huge so I had plenty of leftovers. Everything arrived piping hot so I knew it was fresh and everything tasted delicious. They give you 10 nuggets(maybe a little bigger than chi-fil-a's nuggets). They included two sauces in my bag which I think one was peanut and other hot mustard. The consistency felt like it was mixed with soy sauce and water. *Shrug*. The sauces were good but wish it was a little thicker. The hibachi entree had some good weight to it. It is nothing but fast food. I was sorely disappointed! I felt the dishes were a little expensive for what you received. We ordered three different items and all were a little bland. The sushi dish we ordered was absolutely covered in cream sauce. You could not taste the fish. All I could taste was mayonnaise! I had to wipe one clean to even get a decent photo.
