No change on the app. Contacted the restaurant and spoke with the waitress who stated she remembers that order and she packed it. I asked if I could speak to the manager because I hadnt gotten the $72 order. He (Dez Coleman) stated that we cant see 3rd party apps. I said man its your Hooters app. I order all the time through their app for points by the way. I asked if he wanted my order number to see he refused and refuaed to help any further told me to call the app customer service number. My husband and kids love wings so we stopped in. Typical Hooters decor and vibe. The staff was friendly. Our food came out and the sauces were a lot different than past Hooters experiences. The medium buffalo sauce was predominantly butter - no heat, no vinegary balance, just butter. The hot buffalo sauce had a little more balance, but very little heat. Ehhhh.... I came to review the service since it was slightly dead by the parking lot and it was myself and 2 other guest. My waiter was nice and pleasant but totally forgot about me once a regular came, but that didn't phase me much. I was in town for the night so I decided to get dinner somewhere close to my hotel. I read the reviews for this Hooters, and I just didn't feel like sear searching Yelp anymore, so I went in. The bartender greeted me as soon as I sat down. I couldn't decide between a burger or wings, so I got both. Both were fantastic. The place is very nice and clean, and everyone seemed really friendly. I will definitely return, and I do recommend it. I'm not sure if there is new management from the previous reviews, but I really disagree with them. read more

Been here on average 1-2x year since I reviewed this location many years ago. The ladies remain polite. The atmosphere is vibrant and essentially happy (unless your team on the tv screen is losing) and I have yet to leave this location unhappy (unless my team lost)---reading what I just wrote I need to move my 4 stars to 5 because what more can you ask and seek? Food? You want me to mention the food---I think Hooters food has gotten better over the years although it is not like I explore the menu--its wings (bone, not boneless), hamburger (sometimes with cheese), and or appetizers. And as time has passed, Hooters now has additional selections for wing flavor/dry rub so that makes the food better as well. This place remains a keeper. read more

Fantastic service tonight! Came in a little late to watch a game that was NOT LSU. Hostess got my game on with no issues. Kaeley waited on us all night, and even though we didn't order much, she never let our drinks go empty. Service was GREAT ! With Hooters being a chain, my expectations were low. I've joined an informal club. It doesn't have many rules and I'm allowed to talk about it. We eat cheesesteaks. Preferably at a different location each week. Here are my musings concerning this particular cheesesteakery. The texas cheesesteak forgoes the sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms and replaces them with pico de gallo. Also, insteak...I mean instead (sorry for the Steakian-slip) of melted provolone, as is served on the regular cheesesteak offered here, melted nacho cheese is used. This was a pretty decent offering from a place known for a completely different type of fare. The bread was a bit doughy for my tastes but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. If it had been toasted on the grill a little longer it would have been wonderful. The meat was hot and the pico cold. Plenty of raw jalepeno was a good touch too. I found the nacho cheese to be a bit tangy and it definitely threw off the umami of the 'steak. I don't think I would have enjoyed the nacho cheese on nachos either. This was disappointing because Hooters is probably the only cheesteakateria we've visited that used a melted cheese a la traditional Philly style. All in all, I enjoyed the cheesesteak on the whole but I would not order it again, mostly because I love the wings more. read more

I am a fan of hooters and I finally got to try this one with my boyfriend and a friend of ours. We came here for a study break on a Sunday afternoon. It was relatively empty and were prompted to sit where we would like and the waitress would come to us. She was nice and gave us sometime to which we decided to share 20 wings as hooters wings are huge!!! We also got the loaded tots without bacon and curly fries. The kitchen and waitress were attentive to our dietary concerns more than many other places and for that I appreciate that service. The food took a moderate amount of time but as we were in a rush I don't think anyone in the group noticed. We ate and the food was good the bbq wings were perfect but my boyfriend and our friend were not as keen on the garlic Parmesan ones. My boyfriend and I shared a chocolate cake which tasted like it had coconut in it maybe it was in the flour who knows but I wasn't a fan as I don't like coconut flavoring. I love hooters! I did like it better before covid because of more menu options, but I understand they have to do what they can. My favorite sauce got taken off the menu. But I usually got the tots which are so good. Then the boneless wings. Use to get them with habenera bbq but they took that away. So I tried chipotle honey last time. DO NOT EAT HERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY ON POOR SERVICE. It was about a party of 6 and we were directly seated to the bar. Bartender Katie and Rashine were really rude. All the the other girls in here have poor customer service. Especially the hostess had the most sourest face on her. A group of us service men came in and wanted to try hooters after a long day of drill, because all of the other restaurants were packed. We were treated like children as soon as we walked in. Not one of them checked up on our drinks. We were pretty cooperative as a group, but the vibe they let off was really trashy. If I could rate this place with a 0 star I would. I felt uncomfortable. The staff was less than enthusiastic about helping, although I wouldn't go so far as to say they were rude. The food was sub-par for what one might expect in a freshly-made establishment (I had the Philly cheese steak (btw, who puts provolone on a cheese steak ... everybody knows it's Cheez Whiz or a near equivalent)). The fries were at least an our old, or a large portion of them, at least. So, they don't take out the old fries, they leave a large portion of them in the warmer, and they add just enough fresh fries to keep the hopper full. Nasty. The guy sitting nearby even came in to get a beer and food and he may have been slightly on the nerdy side, but told them that it was his birthday (he may have been 40). I love to support the underdog but someone needs to tell the owners of Hooters that Twin Peeks is kicking their @$$! I ate at a hooters about 12 years ago and now I remember why I never went back... The girls could be naked and (maybe) I wouldn't come back. I would however peek through the windows. Even with this new revamped menu they still don't seem to get it. You can't just bombard me with scantly clad dressed women with subpar food and think that my pallet won't notice that your food sucks like Monday mornings, like the company printer like Monica Lewinsky on Bourbon Street during Madi Gras. No, you can't train your waitress to check on me 23, 24, 31 times in the hope that I may think she likes me and I'll tip her well. No I will not fall for that trick because Peaches at Magic City in Atlanta pulled that one on me... Side note (Never trust girls named after fruit, it not her real name.) The food network Chef Ramsay would cuss himself into a stoke if he came here and ate. But I did it to myself again, got caught up with work and waited to late to find something decent to eat. So stomach please be forgiving to me. If my next check-in is at the local CVS then I'm going to pick up a laxative to empty out the contents of my stomach... And truer words have never been spoken about this restaurant chain. It's what they are selling. This particular location is just ok to me after 1 visit. What does that mean? Am I refering to the food? the service? or the talent? The FOOD is the usual. The consistency doesn't change, they all taste the same. Everyone digs some wings and go to flavor is the Daytona Beach. I have no idea what the flavor is other than a slight heat. SERVICE- spotty. The bar was awful. I sat for 15 minutes waiting for the bartender to take my food order. Yeah she was little busy but she seemed more interested in worry about the take out orders than seated customers. I got skipped 4 times and finally got up with my beer and asked for a table. Then my service was solid. The Talent- dissapointing. I mean this place is less than 2 miles from the LSU campus. I spent many a night in a drunken mess on that campus and the campus has serious talent! Don't get me wrong this place is fine for Jackson, MS or Sheboygan, Wisconsin. By far the WORST food I have ever tasted from a restaurant. Okay, we all know that Hooters is known for their women (which they do a good job on) and the "wings" ... But I went today and for the VERY FIRST TIME...I actually threw my food into the GARBAGE because it was the worst peice of JUNK I have ever tasted!!! I ordered the wings platter (6 wings, 6 chicken strips, and 6 shrimp for $15.99). I swear, the shrimp still had the batter-powder STILL ON IT (meaning the cooks obviously didn't let the shrimp finish frying). Second, the chicken strips were completely and literally BURNT to a crisp and the stupid-bimbo waitress still had the nerve to serve them to us. Third, the Hooter's "Famous Wings" were soooooo average, it's not even memerable...seriously, whoever said Hooters had the best wings obviously LIED!!!! I did not get full because I had to seriously throw my food away. The waitress SLUT was completely rude because she was so into the LSU game on the television that I had to keep repeating my order to her and she looked completely annoyed with everything and actually told me to "Hurry up with my order because the game is on!!" (Don't worry, she got NO tip from us!!). The girls were gorgeous (obviously), but the atmosphere was more like a strip club more than anything (I guess this is expected). There is also a full bar and this place is ALWAYS packed (even on weekdays), meaning you will barely find a seat inside, and whenever there is a seat for you (after waiting for an hour or two)....you'll be sitting so close to the strangers next to your table that you can practically be apart of their group conversation!!! Slow and dirty! This location was close to my hotel, in a college town, they should have their act together right? Wrong! Sat at the bar and got a menu. A menu so dirty it's shined from the dirty wet fingers (I guess) of the previous patron. Gross. Then while sitting at the bar, I had to watch the bartender cut lemons and oranges before she realized I was ready to order. Now waiting a long time for wings, I had the pleasure of listening to the cook yell at the services while they decided who's working floor or bar next and that all depended on who the manager as gonna be that shift. And the best for last was watching the trainer schooling the trainee with "if you put a cup in the wrong spot I'm gonna make you move it!" Sound hostile to you? If you put as much energy into paying attention to your customers vs standing around gabbing, you might earn more stars. Guess I'm not the only one with a less than desirable experience.
