Come on Hooters..... really? I love your wings but your service here is absolutely GOD AWFUL. A) when a customer orders 2 of the same exact order don't bring one order out, then 10 mins later bring half of the second order , then 5 minutes later bring the other half UNCOOKED.. like really???? Then B) have the manager come out and not seem remorseful at all.. service here is always soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slooooowwwwwwwwwwwww ... get some better staff and this has potential to be a great place. I'm visiting Baton Rouge during spring break, I'm from Houston! The Houston Rockets were playing the Pelicans so I decided to go watch some of the game at this Hooters. To start with the person that showed us to our table was very nice, she even changed the channel so that I could watch the game. Our waitress was not friendly whatsoever, it's like she forgot that she signed up to do this job. She took our order which took about 15 minutes to get my cheesy tots, then another 20 minutes to get the shrimp. The lady that dropped off the shrimp just put them on the table then proceeded to just walk away. I had to call her twice before she came back so that I could request utensils. Another 20 minutes then we finally get the wings. The food was good but the attitude of the waitresses need some help. I ate at Hooter's on Corporate Blvd. today, I had my usual, Snow Crabs. They were awesome as always, cooked perfect, peeled easy! Service was great! My server Jamie, did an outstanding job! She was friendly, polite and courteous! Never had to ask for anything, she was a step ahead of me. Also I would like to say that I think, Hooters is very lucky to have one of their managers! Erica!!! She is A-1, she was interviewing a new worker and tell her all the rules and regulation. While doing this in a very professional manner, she was able to scan/ observe what was going on in the restaurant. Didn't really hear what she was saying, but her mannerism was very professional! I was just served raw wings, noticed about halfway through 10. They were pretty bad. I spoke with the manager and General manager about the problem and their solution to giving me food poison was a $10 credit off my bill. I have been sick all night and and going to file a complaint with the corporate office today. Management was very unhelpful last night and I have food poison to boot from being served raw wings. read more

Like Coreys review I too wish the staff would develop gaydar bc they never flirt with me! I like this place, it's decent food with decent looking waitstaff. They are usually packed so i'm suprised there aren't more reviews! I have a transgendered friend who went in and they treated her with mucho respect. I had an appetizer since I wasn't very hungry and it was quite a disappointment. I am a local Louisianian so I would think if they are going to serve boiled shrimp (especially considering the establishment) that they would be delicious Gulf shrimp boiled to perfection Cajun style! However, they were horrible obviously frozen shrimp that tasted microwaved. The location is easy to get to, but as far as the food a friend and I had, we both wished we never went. The waitress we had was all up in our grill and while you might think that was cool, it was actually just really awkward and we wished she would back up while we ordered instead of trying to slam her tongue down our throats. The service at this location has really went down hill since the Siegen Lane location opened.. waited 40 minutes for 20 wings never got them.. The waitress was very unprofessional kept telling us our order would be ready in 5 more minutes IT NEVER HAPPENED. We ended up walking out after spending close 2 an hour for nothing. . I haven't been to a Hooter's in many years and on the way back toTexas from our family vacation in Florida we were looking for some place different to eat and we came across this Hooter's. It's been many years since I have been to one and my wife has never been, we decided to stop in for some food. *For those of you wondering, they do have a childrens menu. * Our experience went well. It wasn't to busy. Our waitress was very friendly and gave us great service. The food was good, but I have had better food at other Hooter's. I do recommend the Fried Gator Tail though, very good...a bit pricey ($13.99). Other than that, the place was clean and the food came in a reasonable amount of time. read more

This time my wings were WAAAY undercooked. I sent them back and 20 seconds later they came back STILL MASSIVELY UNDERCOOKED. I guess the kitchen staff on Friday sucks as much as the barmaid and service did on Monday. This is just another Hooters where they can't seem to get it together. Shelbie at the bar was great but when you fail on your signature dish it's not a good sign. No wonder this is the emptiest Hooters I've seen ANYWHERE in America. Half empty at happy hour on a Friday tell the story on the food. The POOL HALL next door has great ratings for their food and I would have gone there if the wings I had Monday hadn't been spot on. It's pretty sad for a chain like Hooters to be bested for food by a pool hall. The cooks attempted to make my wings crispy by grilling them an extra long time which only burns them when you'vepulled out of the fryer undercooked. Shelbie was terrific but the wings were why I came back. 4 days ago they were PERFECT tonight they were an epic fail. This is a great Hooters to visit. The atmosphere is nice and I had a relaxing time sitting at the patio. There were not too many people when we visited, so we didn't have to experience any smokers outdoors. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, which made selection easy. We had an easy and relaxing time. Look forward to future visits. read more

Not too busy the night I went. Took a while (5 minutes) for a server and her trainee to come to the table. Attitude of the server reflected a wish to be anyplace but at Hooters that night. Wings at Hooters are usually consistant in quality. These, I could not finish. Tasted like butte but were supposed to have been 3 mile. It was interesting how service improved when the manager came out of the kitchen. She actually provided better service to me than the servers did. Doubt if I will be back at this location. Visited this location on Saturday, May 6, 2017 with my family. Since we were visiting from out of state and were hungry. Since we have never been to a Hooters we thought it would be fun. There was 4 in our party and we are all adults so why not try it out on a Saturday Night. Boy were we disappointed. Our Server was too busy flirting with a table of guys behind us that it was actually making us uncomfortable. She was slow at getting our drinks and food out to us because she would not leave the other table. Then when the food came I pointed out that I was missing sauce on my sandwich and she said their sauce is like a butter and you can't see it but you will forsure taste it. I tried it and again pointed out that there was no sauce. She just laughed and walked away to get back to the table next to us. My son & his wife got the wings in which they said tasted funny. Later that night and again the next morning they were very nauseated. Not once did she offer drink refills, check on us again until she brought the check. No manager was in sight and the place was pretty quiet for being a Saturday Night at 11pm. read more

Worst service I might have ever had IN MY LIFE. my waitress' name was Raven. She has not cared about my table since the minute we arrived. She runs off before our order has even finished being placed. She offers us one cold mug when two people are drinking off of a pitcher. She brings my wine later than everyone else. My son didn't even get to place his drink order. We had to scream at her to get her to come back to FINISH taking our Drink order. The same thing happened for our appetizers. God forbid that our table may want more than one!!! I understand that you may have a bigger table running up a bigger tab, but that does not make it acceptable for you to ignore a table of 3 adults and 2 children. I worked in the service industry for almost 10 years and if I EVER treated a table the way that I was treated tonight, I would've been fired on the spot. That service doesn't fly at Walk Ons or any other restaurant I've worked at. I come here because my husband enjoys the wings "supposedly" (ha), but I won't be enjoying anything here again anytime soon. I'm appalled. read more

The food was great!! Hands down the best wings I've ever had, 5 stars. The service not as great, hence the 2 stars. We saw our waitress in passing and never knew her name. We had to flag her down to get a glass of water. My suggestion is to aleviate the problem would be to have the hostess walk the floor, checking on the guests. If any issues arise before the waitress can return, the hostess can convey the issues to the waitress or possibly take care it. read more

Caught food poisoning, and they refuse to help with medical expenses. Hooters has been my favorite restaurant for years. Ive gone an average of once a week for about 8 years now. I've even talked my grandmother into going with me a time or two. Unfortunately around June of 2016, my best friend and I caught food poisoning from Hooters. The corporate Blvd location to be particular. I've called hooters corp, but they've yet to return my call a year later. They've conveniently lost my claim 3 times now and I had to make a new one, even though my insurance company have a history of speaking to them personally. All I wanted was my medical bills paid from my trip to the ER. I was not asking for compensation for the week of work I missed, or the 2 times I went to an after care clinic. I simply wanted that $1000 hospital bill taken care of. Now I won't get any help, because come to find out, I only have a year to file suit. I would have taken action sooner, but with the flood in august, I lost everything and have put this ordeal on the back burner. Well played Hooters. I may not be able to get y'all to pay my hospital bill now, but I will get the word out about what happened to me and my PREGNANT best friend. She actually found out she was pregnant when we went to the hospital after days of being sick, and feeling like the after hour clinics weren't cutting it. After all the years of being a loyal costumer, you think they'd care a little more. There's no telling how many times something like this has happened to someone else, and Hooters has got away with it. read more

First off, I love Hooters and go there multiple times a month. About a week ago, my family's house flooded along with over 100,000 other homes in Louisiana. After trying to make our home livable again all week, my wife and I decided to treat ourselves and go out to eat at Hooters. When we get there we ask if we can sit outside and the manager says yes. There is another couple who sits outside right by us right after we do. Nobody speaks to or even acknowledges us for nearly 20 minutes so I go inside and ask the bartender if someone could please help us outside. She says she will get someone for us. After another 10 minutes someone finally asks if we need some drinks. We attempt to order some alcoholic beverages when we are told they are no longer serving alcohol, yet the people next to us who sat after us, have alcoholic drinks. We place our order anyway. We order the lots-a-tots, beer cheese and pretzels, and 10 breaded hot wings. At this point, the couple next to us has already been eating for a while. Well after about 30 minutes, we finally get a plate of wings, which were not the ones we ordered. At this point, we've already been sitting there for an hour and we are so hungry we eat them anyway. The couple next to us has already eaten, paid their bill and left at this point. When we our finishing our plate of wings, our waitress tells us that our appetizers will be out soon. I did not order them as a dessert but as an appetizer so I tell her we don't want them anymore. She wasn't even supposed to be our waitress by the way. She saw us sitting there so long she took our order anyway. Once we were done eating and asked for the check we waited about another 10 minutes to pay. This was not only the worst Hooters experience of my life, it was the worst restaurant experience of my life. I love Hooters but I will never eat at this one again. It felt like we were being intentionally ignored. As bad as our home being flooded was, this was nearly as bad of an experience. read more

I'm not sure what certain posters are complaining about, I get a to go order from this Hooters at least once a week and the food is always good and correct (they show you every order before you leave to make sure, which I really like). The location is just the right size to have the local pub feel, and the service has always been prompt and friendly. I travel quite a bit and some Hooters I go to are really hit and miss with their food, but I highly recommend this Hooters! read more

I ordered Daytona style naked wings and an order of the snow crab legs. Daytona is the way to go if you think hooters has bland, average quality food. The snow crabs are hit-or-miss at all locations but this time they were very full of meat and steamed to perfection. This Hooters location rarely is a let down. read more

Yes I have to remember it's Hooters. But at the same time it's a business so run it like one. We were with a large group so you expect the service to be a little slow but this service was horrible! The waitress seemed upset with the slow kitchen crew, which they are, but yet she wasn't checking the food before she brought it out. My burger looked like some small little deluxe junior burger that was overlooked and tasted very average. I saw the boneless wings my friend ordered and they looked like little chicken nuggets. I was never offered anything else to drink once my cup was empty. The only thing that ended up being right was the ticket/check at the end. So when the food sucks and the service suck you would hope the girls would be nice to look at right, NOPE! Very average in that department as well. Sorry Hooters get your act together. The food is very so so at twin peaks as well but at least they make up for it with the service and hot girls. read more
