I've been to Hooters from the original in Clearwater Fl, too Nola too east coast and west too the largest which is in downtown Dallas. By far the slowest hooters, heck the slowest restaurant I've ever been too. I should have been warned by the people sitting around in a daze looking at their watches but I still have them a chance. 5 minutes too be greeted, 13 minutes before I got a drink order in, 8 minutes too get my drink, no water, 12 minutes and counting and I haven't been able too put an order in....still waiting for water....., 923 order finally taken still waiting for water. Asked for water again at 941pm still waiting for water....does it have too be purified???? 950....i wonder if i will hit happy hour at 10pm before i get food, water or my second cocktail order??? 952pm finally revived my food and asked for water a 4th time...the waitress nodded and went back too cleaning up. Finally at 1005pm 1 hour and 15 minutes after my arrival i got a glass of water. Ridiculous!!! corporate definitely needs too know that this location is ruining there name. read more

I have been disappointed the last 2 times here. It's around 6pm and the restroom trashes are full and piss on the floor. We saw our waitress 3 times and this place is not that busy. We had to go to the bar and retrieve our second round that was sitting at the bar for over 5 minutes. Not coming back any time soon. Hopefully then it will be under better management. read more

This place and new management is horrible. I ordered 15 pcs chipotle honey. Nothing crazy or major. Very simple. They brought me out some teriyaki tasting wings and when i ask them kindly to take them bck and remake the right order they questioned if i have ever eaten the wings i ordered as if ive never eaten them before. We got our fries and appetizers at the end of the meal. No napkins, condiments, or silverware. Ordered one beer and it never came. Management is garbage. I ordered a chicken wing sampler from hooters, this was the most salty wings I have ever eaten it was so salty I had to throw it away. The presentation of the wings looked like they where thrown in the box there was sauce everywhere this is not worth $20. I went to Hooters for the first time not too long ago with a few friends and had the best service by Erika! She is so attentive, interactive, and very friendly! She made sure to always check in on us, gave us exactly what we need and/or asked for, and even had conversations with us when she wasn't busy taking care of her other tables too. After being told the wait was one hour and 15 minutes, we actually waited one hour and 30 minutes considering there was a UFC fight going on. I visited the Hooters in Cedar Hill on 7-7-18 I had the worse experience ever. The waitress was not friendly at all. My oder was incorrect (without an apology) I never received my water that I asked for, we had to ask for napkins and she just dropped them off at our table while just passing by. No customer service skills at all. I was still charged for the fries I ordered but never received and charged for an additional drink. After explaining to our waitress our bill was incorrect she acted as if we had done something wrong. Still no apology or thank you as we left. Not sure I would be visiting this Hooters again until they have better customer service . I did speak with the manager to let him know I would be writing a formal complaint!! TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Waited 15min just for a hostess to either seat my party of 5 or at least take my name. After the first 5min of waiting I walked over to bar and asked for a manger. Bar tender walked to the kitchen to get manager, after 10min of waiting the manager finally came out. Decent beer selection (multitude of the same type of beers on tap), but great service. Well trained, knowledgeable staff. Hooters in Cedar Hill... clean because it's new but the food is mediocre to bad.. perhaps my fault because I ordered fish and chips in a restaurant famous for their wings..fish was limp not crisp .. they forgot coleslaw as in the menu.. didn't bother to correct it since I already know that I won't enjoy the fish.. the fries is pale and hard ( worst I ever had)..I tasted their wings from my friends plate and I was not impressed.. much prefer Wing stop or Buffalo wings.. Their Hoot punch supposed to have vodka in it ... My friend and I ordered same and came to conclusion that there is a tinge or none at all.. They need better cooks(chefs)..bartenders.. I have had this bad of a wait and the waitresses were horrible, we got to Hooters at 6 and they said we could be seated as 8 in 30 minutes 1 hour later they said we needed to wait longer when we did get seated it took 15 minutes for the waitresses to ask us for our drinks. when she gave us our drinks and asked us to order she had a autatude. it took a hour maybe more and when our food got to us it was cold. it's a horrible place I woudnt recommend it. read more
