We went for AYCE lunch regular with 4 people, one of us had a birthday so we got the 1 free meal with a part of 4. Our first round order we ordered 4 types of meat and it was plenty of food for us 4 plus veggies. The service was attentive and very friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We enjoyed our meal in comfort![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decorations were clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Going at a weekday lunch is very relaxed with limited customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Note the sauce bar is extra $3/person. Soup is also extra per person. The sauce bar includes desserts so it's worth it if you're looking for fruits, appetizers and dessert.

Stopped by again on a Saturday night with a reservation at 7pm for 8 people. I usually love this spot and the service but it didn't quite live up to previous visits. I'm giving 3 stars because I love the food and have only had great experiences in the past, but this last dinner was not a great representation. First, you cannot add a party larger than 6 people to the waitlist which I totally understand! The site tells you to contact the restaurant for large parties so I called but it sent me to an automated message asking for my zip code and a PIN number, which I don't have. There is no way to join the waitlist if you are a large group and the phone is not picked up, which is a bit stressful. I finally just added us to the waitlist as a party of 6 and wrote that it would be 8 people and left my number. They called me within a few minutes and set a reservation for 7. We didn't get seated until after 7:30, which was a bit annoying but I understand is not totally their fault. Second, they have changed from using menus and paper to fill out to using iPads at each table. Great in theory as the order gets sent directly to the kitchen, but it made it hard to order with a large group as only two people could look through the menu and order at a time and you could only order 1 broth. Along with this, you can only place an order every 25 minutes (i think?). I think that this would be great for smaller tables or for less busy nights, but because we didn't order with our server, we didn't know multiple plates that we had been waiting on were out of stock. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I think they could benefit from a few more employees on weekends and maybe an outdoor waiting area so that the entrance doesn't get packed shoulder to shoulder as people wait![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This experience won't prevent me from returning because I love the food so much, but I probably will not be coming back with a group larger than 4 people.

I hadn't been to this location in a while, and it happened to be happy hour when I stopped by. I like that they replaced the paper menu with an iPad because it allows me to fine-tune the amount I want to order. That said, I noticed the portioning was inconsistent. For items like appetizers, the quantity matched the number I ordered. But for other items, such as vegetables and meatballs, the portions didn't reflect what I selected. During round two, I received fewer vegetables even though I ordered more than in round one. I also received more meatballs than I wanted when I only selected one piece. That was a bit frustrating and made it hard to gauge how much to order. Food was good as usual.

This is a solid all-you-can-eat hot pot spot with two pricing options. The higher-priced option includes drinks and wagyu beef, but we chose the cheaper tier. After tax and tip, it came out to about $50 per person, which felt reasonable for AYCE. They also offer a happy hour discount, which makes it an even better deal if you go at the right time. For the soup base, you can choose a combo. We went with a split pot: one spicy mala broth and one tomato broth. Both were flavorful -- the mala had a nice numbing heat without being overwhelming, and the tomato broth was rich and slightly sweet, great for balancing the spice. There's a self-serve sauce bar, appetizers, and fruit included. The selection of meats and vegetables isn't huge, but it covers the essentials: beef, lamb, and a variety of meatballs and fish balls. Everything tasted fresh. The fried chicken wings and brown sugar rice cakes (hong tang ci ba) are also included, which was a pleasant surprise. Both were actually really good -- crispy, flavorful wings and chewy, lightly sweet rice cakes that were perfect to end the meal. Overall, it's a good value for the price, especially during happy hour. Not the largest selection, but solid quality and satisfying experience.

To be very honest, any Happy Lamb hot pot experience will be a positive one. I've been to one downtown, so I expected a similar experience. I didn't know it would be like THIS though. Let's get into the review. Food This restaurant offers wide variety of meats that you can use for your hot pot as well as different hot pot soups to choose from. I love heat, so I chose the spicy one. We ended up ordering a couple of meats and appetizers, and didn't realize just how much food that was. I highly recommend to start off with two or three meats, and by the time you finish you can gauge if you need to order more. At any rate, the food tasted amazing! If you go, I recommend getting the octopus. Service Shout out to our waiter//server. He was so attentive and engaging, I darn well felt like I was eating at a Michelin star restaurant. But to continue, I can't even remember if I looked down at my glass and my water cup was not full. When we talk about being attentive, that's what we're talking about! He also helped me choose the right selection to complement my food when my preferred was out! His helpfulness definitely added to the experience! Ambiance [[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant is appropriately dim, with the focus areas of light shining on the tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That is the vibe that I was going for and I'm so happy that they understood the mission and executed on it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music was also appropriate. It helps at the mood, not too loud, but just enough for you to speak at regular volume and not be drowned out by the music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All in all, I give this restaurant a 5/5 would recommend. Going here is an absolute MUST if you are craving hot pot.

Upgrading to 5 Stars. Near Premium. Consistency. Service. Menu Selection. Food Quality. Added "Near Premium" to why we return consistently here. I don't mean near premium as a negative, rather it means near top tier meat quality at other hotpots that charge a high price, but with less quantity as those other establishments are not AYCE. The premium AYCE here is great, and a very good bang for the buck. Personally I stick with the Wagyu and Ribeye beef choices now. The lamb used to be my favorite but with the newly added premium beef, its beef all the way now! Bang for the buck, AYCE + quality beef. The consistency and knowing what you'll get everytime you visit is a winning recipe here. Service always friendly, and the menu selection is rather large. Now that is is fall/winter is here, HOTPOT is back in super vogue pose. Not that we don't eat hotpot when its hot out, but nothing beats hotpot on a rainy, chilly, moody romantic day.

Happy hour as of 2025 December 9th: 2 - 5pm Mon - Fri, classic ayce 29.98, prime ayce 40.98. Applies every day after 9pm Mon - Sun Awesome experience once again, from our server Evan who made sure everything came out fast and nothing was missed. Another server was excellent with helping us but I couldn't get his name! fresh meat and seafood options galore, it was a proper celebratory Christmas meal! Loved that the sauce bar has crawfish, and a spicy tripe & cucumbers along with snack peanuts. My absolute favorites, I could subsist on the sauce bar and ice cream alone. The ordering style is now an ipad instead of paper, and the internet cut out on the pad, but nothing about our service pace or style changed, so everything was fine! Lots of large groups (8 or more people) also came in for Christmas dinner, so it was lively where people were also exchanging gifts at their table, it was so nice to see. Thank you happy lamb for a great time as usual!

Happy Lamb has been my go-to spot for hot pot for a while now, and it consistently hits the spot. With AYCE, you can load up on all your favorites, and the self-serve sauce bar is always stocked--not just with condiments but also extras like spring rolls, dumplings, fruit, desserts, and more. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff does a great job keeping things clean, constantly wiping down surfaces, which I always appreciate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My only complaint is that the self-serve bar tends to bottleneck. The line moves slowly and it can block the walkway, which gets a bit inconvenient during busy hours. And it is almost always busy, so I recommend checking the Yelp virtual waitlist to cut down on wait time. I usually check how long the wait is and add myself when I'm about that far out. They recently switched to iPad ordering instead of the old paper system. It's straightforward and easy to use, but personally, I kind of miss the paper. Still, service is consistently attentive, and if something gets missed, they're quick to fix it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, there's a reason I keep coming back--great food, good vibes, and an ideal spot to enjoy hot pot with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We went here on the happy hour time at 9pm on a weeknight. There is a senior discount for any senior eating there just bring your ID. The food came out pretty quick when we ordered them via their tablet. The soup thought kinda all tasted the same, i think we have their regular broth, one mushroom as well. The staff were nice but honestly not as accommodating perhaps because it was quite busy. The food selection they don't have fried fish cake which is one of my favorites. But that's okay. The fried wonton from the bar is also good. Definitely recommend this place for AYCE.

I came back for my moms birthday and we had an amazing time! The selection of appetizers, desserts and sauce options are great and taste good too. Service is amazing, we didn't have a large enough party for the free birthday reward but our waitress brought us a kitty shaped pudding with popping boba that was soooo cute and delicious!

    Jaymee S.

Very fast service and seating. Well decorated and clean for the most part. Love all their options for all you can eat and the sauce bar is a must in my opinion. Make sure not to over order on round one because you get three rounds, most people tap out after the second round. I'd come without eating lunch to get your moneys worth! Good amount of parking in the front and nearby. Don't need to upgrade to premium unless you want to.

Best Hotpot experience for beginners, large groups, and special occasions. I have visited this restaurant over 15 times since 2020. I recently visited in early June of 2025 to introduce our friends to hotpot for the very first time. The all you can eat 3 rounds always gets newbies overly confident and underestimating the quantity and quality of food that is provided in the first round. Happy Lamb Bellevue has the best soft serve ice cream ever. I rave about it to anyone and everyone that mentions hotpot. The soft serve machine has treated me to so many bowls of ice cream that I truly believe I get my moneys worth just from the amount of soft serve I get each time I visit. As a hot pot connoisseur that has tried almost every hotpot location in the greater Seattle/Bellevue area, Happy Lamb Bellevue specifically holds that #1 spot in my heart just because of the amazing service and soft serve. Go for the hotpot, return for the soft serve.

As for the food, it was great overall. The mala wasn't too numbing, which I appreciated, it had just enough kick without overwhelming everything else. The braised pork belly was good but I wished it was a touch softer, and I personally felt like my dishes could've used a little more salt or soy sauce, but that's an easy fix and purely personal preference. From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.

The beef noodle has a good kick but not overwhelming, you can still taste the flavorful beef broth. The noodles had a great chew. The kids had the pork noodles and that was also very delicious. 2 self ordering kiosks, most items had pictures which makes it easier to order. The gentleman behind the counter was really nice and helped me answer some questions regarding the menu. The space is nice and clean, shares the bathroom with Snowy Village. They also had homemade peach tea which was complimentary! Overall amazing experience. Kid friendly with kid bowls.

Xi'an Noodles seemed like a promising place for biang biang noodles in Bellevue. We went in for a…read moreweekend lunch, only to be terribly disappointed. This restaurant is mostly self service; there are two kiosks right in front for ordering and a table full of prefilled drink cups. I think the only upside to this restaurant is the free cups of mango tea, which are slightly sweetened and fruity. I wouldn't say they are very mango forward though. Hot Oil Biang Noodles ($13.99) - The biang biang noodles here aren't very good. They seem to be stretched somewhat, but then I feel like they take shortcuts. Instead of being almost completely stretched via bouncing the noodles on the table, they only stretch it probably half as much as normal, then they cut the dough lengthwise several times - this is why I can see multiple clear corner pieces in the noodle instead of it being relatively straight. They also don't care to make it consistent in thickness. This causes major issues because the thinner parts are soft and mushy while the thicker corners are doughy and slightly undercooked. I don't know how, but the noodles also clump together, so in some bites, I'm eating three strands of mushy noodles right on top of each other. The sauce here isn't much better. It's supposed to be aromatic, blistering hot oil mixed with chili/vinegar and aromatics poured directly on the noodles. The problems here are multifold. Firstly, they don't drain the noodles properly, resulting in an excessive amount of water diluting the sauce. Secondly, they use far too much vinegar, making the sauce overly acidic. The vinegar is by far the dominant flavor in the dish. While the dish seems like it will be spicy due to the red color oil, it's almost completely diluted out by the vinegar and noodle cooking water. The dish is basically not spicy at all due to these factors. (2/5) Spicy Cumin Lamb Biang Noodle Soup ($14.99) - This dish suffers from the same noodle issues as above, but the soup format improves some aspects slightly, but worsens other aspects. Since the soup is hot and the noodles are soaked in the broth, they soften more readily, so the soft portions are even more mushy than the "dry" noodle. The thicker portions are nice and bouncy though. The soup itself is relatively flavorful, slightly gamey, and tastes like it actually is a lamb bone broth, but it doesn't really have depth of flavor. Again, it's not really spicy at all. The lamb on top seems like thinly sliced hot pot lamb, pan fried until very dry. If not for the fact that the lamb is sliced thin, it would be extremely tough. It does have a nice fragrant cumin flavor though. (2/5) Those were the two worst bowls of noodles I've had in a long time. I wasn't particularly impressed with the noodles at the U District location of Xi'an Noodles either, but they were far better than these two steaming piles of excrement. Bathrooms - Two unisex room shared with Snowy Village. One was locked though
