My husband and I really enjoy Hot Kebabs. Their food is always so fresh, perfectly seasoned, and just so satisfying. We absolutely LOVE their shepherd's salad and we even order the shepherd's salad when we host dinners and it's always devoured. Our usual order is the chicken kebob platter, gyro meat platter, and shepherd's salad. The chicken and gyro meats are accompanied by two types of rice, some salad, a grilled piece of tomato (yums), and a superrrrr spicy pepper (it's tasty, but be cautious! Take only a small bite to test first). We also get their falafel wrap, which is sooo good. I think they have the best falafel wrap. It's simple -- good falafels, hummus, lettuce. Just so good! This is one of our go to orders in the neighborhood when we don't want to do any cooking! We either order through delivery apps or we go there and our order pick up. The owner is always so pleasant. We haven't dined-in yet, but the restaurant itself is casual, spacious, clean, and presentable. Street parking is available. read more

recently tried Hot Kebab City and ordered the Adana kebab--and it did not disappoint. It was perfectly spiced, flavorful without being overwhelming, and cooked just right. The sides were just as impressive: the rice and bulgur were delicious, especially paired with the grilled tomato and pepper. The pita came out warm and fresh, which made everything even better. And the opening chopped tomato and cucumber salad was so fresh and tasty. Very very good. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and very friendly, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Parking is street parking, so you might have to circle a bit, but spots do open up fairly regularly. I would come back again. read more

Well, HELLO!!! My husband and I got an order of the Chicken Adana Kebab, and kiddo got the Meat Patties (Kofte kebab). The chicken and the piece my kiddo shared of his kofte kebab were very flavorful. The rice was also flavorful and soft. The order even came with a full pack of unopened pita; what a deal!!! Delicious food, that is well cooked and generous portions. Even delivered, the food arrives hot and delicious. We ate the zucchini cakes which are so yummy! 5 stars all around. Came here on a Friday night, they're open late which is great. My first impression of this restaurant was that it was beautiful and clean. Lots of seating options and truly everything was shining, beautifully decorated too. I grabbed a menu and looked it over. I went with the mix appetizer option and the cheese rolls for appetizers. Both were great. Their lebni and hummus are to die for. Absolutely delicious. The cheese rolls were super tasty too. I got the chicken kebab and it was perfectly cooked. Got the lamb kebab, gyro, and baklava. Lamb kebab was great, meat was juicy and firm. Gyro was ok, dry while being juicy via fatty meat aka dry and oily. I've never had baklava before but I knew it was supposed to look like, it wasn't amazing because the syrup had sunk and only touched the bottom layers of baklava. Flavorful, fresh and fast- the three F's needed for my heart. They have lunch specials until 5, which is perfect for lazy eaters like me. I had the chicken shish, and it came with red lentil soup (or salad). I ended up having the soup and pita bread for dinner, so it was 2 meals for the price of 1! Went back today for more lentil soup. I also tried the falafel wrap for the first time. WAY better than the apps I got my first time here. Really good fresh falafel. I've been seeing dishes from this place pop up on my social media for the last month, so decided to finally give it a try. We decided to eat outdoors on site, and were quickly greeted and seated. This place is great. The food was authentic, delicious, and fairly priced. The service was great. We had a long conversation with the owner's daughter and you can see the passion and authenticity this establishment brings. The main cook is the owner(father), his wife, and 2 kids help out. The daughter asked me if it was OK to give my kid some chocolate and I allowed it. When she heard me tell my kid to save some for my other kid who was home, she handed me another one. These little acts of hospitality go a long way. On to the food. We started with baba ganoush, which had the perfect texture and smokiness. Then we ordered the kibbeh, which was perfectly fried and was stuffed with well seasoned meat. For the main, we ordered chicken adana and beef adana. Both dishes came with rice, bulgur, salad, pita, and the kebabs. Both, the chicken and beef were so flavorful, juicy, and tender. We wanted an authentic hot sauce, so they have us a spicy cold vegetable appetizer(Acili Ezme) on the house, which was superb. The overall portion and size of the dishes were more for the price. The food was ok but the small salad for $ 5.99 is a little too much for what they give you . The PITA was thrown in a paper bag . Not the right thing to do with what is going on in the world today . At least you can wrap the pita in wax paper and place it in the bag . We are not in the streets of Istanbul ! The new person who takes the orders on the phone is just amazing. Really goes beyond for customers. He should be a manager. A lot of other restaurant managers don't even know the basics of customer service but Kuri goes above manager level. Delivery guy was good and professional as well. Meeting kind/well-mannered people is a shock now. And this restaurant shocked me! I'm so glad I found this spot! My new favorite! Their chicken shish lunch special is nice for lunch but if you are a big meat eater you might want to get their entree nstead because it has 2 times the meat. They always pack plenty of warm pita along with it. The rice pudding Is with the splurge! We have ordered from here several times for delivery. I can say we have been pleased every time we've received our order. It's arrived on time, correct, and pretty much temperature correct. The only problem I have, is how the pita never seems to be fresh. I wrap them in foil, warm them, and still they don't work out for our meal. Everything else is spot on though- the stuffed grape leaves are wonderful! The zucchini pancakes are a must-have!!!
