I've only written one other Yelp review even through I was in the customer service industry all of my career, but I feel compelled to post one regarding our experience purchasing a new hot tub from these folks. The entire process was stellar from Michael who sold us our spa to Cheryl ( the owner) on the install, and to the secondary service people they guided us to for the electrical and crane service needed to complete the install. ( Gotta say the crane/hot tub coming over the house looked a little scary, but they did it brilliantly. This is a top notch hot tub store. We purchased a Coast Spa "Mirage" here about 3 years ago and it's amazing. They had it at a great price and it's worth every cent. We recently changed our the filter and discovered a leak that we weren't able to fix on our own. We called the store and immediately made a appointment. The service guy came right on time, determined exactly where the leak was, fixed it and did it all for a great price since it was out of warranty. We went to Hot Tub Liquidators as soon as we bought our home. Our salesman, Mark, was awesome from the start! He asked what features we were looking for. We explained where we needed relief. My husband, in particular, needs relief in his neck and his muscles are always tight across the top of his shoulders. He directed us to the Kona. It was exactly what we wanted. Since we are brand new to Las Vegas, he gave us recommendations for a landscaper (we needed an area for the hot tub to be prepped, we ended up having him do our front yard and a large portion of our back yard, he was that good) and an electrician so that it would be set up properly (we also asked the electrician to do additional work). Since it took some time to have our plans reviewed by the HOA and then get all the work done, we weren't ready for delivery for about 60 days. I went in, paid our balance and they said delivery would be in about a week. The very next day, we get the stay at home orders. They called and gave us the news our delivery is now on hold. They were just as unhappy as we were. Mark continued to keep us informed. The owners, Ray and Cheryl, were very sympathetic as well. Their business is also suffering, nothing any of us could really do. Fast forward to a few days ago. I get an email from Cheryl, we are getting set up for delivery! It was THE BEST NEWS. We were in desperate need of relief. We hadn't been to the chiropractor in a month and our bodies were not happy (we have permanent back and neck injuries from being rear ended in 2017). The delivery was seamless. Set up was quick and we were using the hot tub later that evening.Their staff was so kind and we couldn't be happier. read more

Kind of bummed because the sales experience was great and I love my tub. However after taking delivery of my new tub back on Jan 3rd the crane unfortunately left a ton of oil on my street and my neighbor has been complaining to get the oil cleaned up that leaked in front of his house. I was told by the coordinator and sales person that someone will be sent to clean this up 2 weeks ago and now my HOA is reaching out to me because my neighbor has filed a complaint since this has not been taken care of. Also I explained to them that 2 of the 3 chemicals that were sold to me were half way used and open and that they would drop new ones off to me and I still haven't received anything. I'm in the service industry so I understand these things can happen but just frustrated after making an investment like this and there has still not been a remedy to my concerns that were expressed weeks ago. I bought a tub from this place because my co worker recommended you for amazing service and I took his word for it. Guess I just got unlucky. read more

Let me just start with saying that customer service was phenomenal during the process of buying the spa and servicing it. The people I worked with were attentive, responsive, and kind. The 2-star review is specific to the sell back experience I had with them. The responsiveness dropped to an unprofessional level. I had to call a few times to follow up in regards to emails I sent, contact information had to be given multiple times, and I had to consistently touch base in order to get an update on when I would get my check. The thing that really peeved me the most, though, was that they were not true to their word. In writing, I was told a specific number and was given $100 less. Their reasoning was that the calculation should not have included tax. That's fine, you run a business and want to make a profit, but you should have read our emails carefully before promising "Yes, contract offered. You have no risk." You really think a brand new spa depreciates by 50% in 8 months? After looking at different resources, I found different values (8.33-15% depreciation per year on a hot tub, which in hindsight sounds a lot more reasonable). I was in a rush to sell since I was moving and I felt like they took advantage of that. I would recommend buying a spa from this establishment but would think twice if you ever plan to sell it back. read more

You have a handful of hot tub options in the LV valley, but I highly recommend Hot Tub Liquidators. The thing that makes this place special is the great care in which they invest in you, as a customer. Mark Siegel really made us feel like we were joining their family. My husband and I had fallen in love with a used tub about 4-5 months ago and Mark kept it on hold for us because he had faith that we'd eventually purchase it. He was so patient. When we did finally make the plunge, he allowed us to Wet-Test it first (something we highly recommend). On the day of arrival, their crane operator did an incredible job (I was super nervous about this part) getting it over my house and placed into our backyard. It arrived with a step, the cover lifter, a few months supply of every chemical you will need (including a cover protectant and a nice optional fragrance to use, as well as a carrying bin to keep all the bottles organized). Oh yeah- it also came with their signature Rubber Duck keychain....very cool little detail so you don't forget how great these guys are. We couldn't be happier! Ray, Cheryl, Trusting this finds you well. I'm amazed we are already at the end of 2022, not sure where the time goes. I'm writing today to offer feedback on the service experience I've encountered with your team. We purchased our Dynasty swim spa from you in 2020, love they product and it performs as promised. It was initially installed on faux turf, but we knew shortly there after it really belonged on a better more level foundation, it never truly sat level, so several months ago we made arrangements with Matt to schedule the move so we could had pavers installed. That occurred this week. I must express to you how impressed I was with the service technicians Aren and Javier, both exceptionally polite, hard working and conscientious. The efforts they went to ensuring the unit was drained and moved so the landscapers had access to the area to complete the pavers was well executed. Upon their return the level of care, time and dedication to get the unit back into its new ( and final ) position was extraordinary. Those swimmers are a tough maneuver, big and heavy. I wanted you to know how fortunate you are to have team members like these young men representing your company. Most often owners only hear about the negative or unfortunate incidents, so I really want to be sure you're aware of what level of employees you have in the field on your behalf each day. We are still awaiting a valve part that was on back order for the water jets, but your team gave me their word they wouldn't forget about it and get it handled as soon as the part arrived. We got excellent customer service. The sales rep listened to our needs and didn't try to up sell us. We wanted a small plug play and they suggested the Dreamaker spa. We have had this spa for a couple months now and it has really held up in the Las Vegas winter weather. It holds the heat pretty well and temperature doesn't drop to fast. It's also easy to maintain. So about a month ago we decided we needed a new hot tub, checking around these guys got good reviews. We spent a couple of hours talking to Ketie, he spent the time showing us each model, the pros and cons of them, generally doing a great job of not selling us a tub, but teaching and helping us decide. We settled on a model, ordered it and left. A month later we were contacted to set up a delivery time etc It was at this point things went pear shaped, our electrician decided to finally get back to us with the great news that to get power to the tub would mean jumping through a bunch of hops and be a while as we needed NV Energy to show up and disconnect power to the house while they upgraded the panel...Great. After confirming this with another electrician it became clear that we had a major issue. After looking at all options it became clear that the tub we had picked just wasn't going to work, at this point I figured we were up the creek, well that's the nice way of putting it. So off I went to Hot Tub Liquidators to throw myself on their mercy, figuring that it was going to be a painful experience for my wallet to fix a situation they had not caused. Well here is where it gets interesting. Our original salesman was off that day, so I ended up talking to Mark Siegel, the sales manager, he listened, nodded his head and calmly explained that they could fix this situation. Long story short, Mark spent about an hour walking me through the options, again, this situation was not their doing, totally on us, but, we had options. We ended up settling on a different model, actually a higher end model that was more expensive, I ask how much the difference would be and can we just put it on my card, to my surprise Mark says no, no charge for the different tub. Okay, so to be clear here, we ordered a tub, it comes in just as we ordered it, we find out we messed up, Hot Tub Liquidators fixes the problem by giving us a more expensive model AND, no charge.... This is Vegas, this doesn't happen, I am actually still amazed at this happening. Our new tub was delivered yesterday, Joe walked me through the start up and day to day care of the tub. All in all an amazing buying and after sales experience, I cannot recommend Mark and his team more. read more

Read this review before you shop here. My wife and I decided to shop here because it's closest to our house. We went there and the salesman showed us the Coast Spa. He said it was a one of the kind Display. He agreed to sell it for $11K, delivery included. When they delivered the spa they forced my wife to pay $350 for delivery charge. The guy told her it's in the contract. The salesman lied. The spa motor runs like a train and makes a lot of noise. The display is blurry. The top cover has many spot burns caused by cigarettes. At the time I bought the Spa the cover was black but by the time they delivered it the cover was brown. They swapped in a old cover. This is a shady business Ray runs. I called the manufacture to ask for the serial numbers. They told me that this spa is 10 years old and is registered under someone else's name. Oh wow, I paid $11K for an old spa. This is how the owner gets rich. Filthy rich. They gave me a different spa. Once again it's a 4 years old spa with calcium built up on the pillow and spa. It leaks in 4 different places. The manager said Im the one who unboxed the spa and it's brand new. He lied. Everyone who works there lies and is smooth talking. A bunch of vouchers. 25 years living in LV and this is the most Dishonest people I have dealt with. They lied in just about everything. The owner called me and gave me a long lecture with his wife standing behind him to tell him what to say. In my view the owner is a Greedy SOB . This guy doesn't have an ounce of moral with no human dignity, nothing but a shameful person. Ray live a clean life when you die may God open a heaven gate. Be an honest person. Money doesn't mean anything. I thought buying a hot tub would be fun. It was a nightmare. A complete nightmare. Avoid this place. read more

Update on review..... Ray continues to try to justify his response and and ultimately not state the facts. Formal notice was mailed directly from the Henderson Court to him of the actual court date and he did not show up. I received a judgement against Hot Tub Liquidators for the cost of the manual lift cover actually listed on my contract plus my court costs. Ray did not like that I stood up to him and did not accept his offer to accept less than the contract stated which forced me to litigate in small claims. Ray only contacted me after I posted a Yelp review which took about a year to get what I had been asking all along. Ray did in deed ask for me to remove my Yelp review which I never agreed to. I informed him I would consider it but after thinking about the stress and effort I had to go through, I decided not too. The judgement is public record for all to see. I have only spoke to the facts and since Ray paid me the judgement amount, I have filed a satisfaction of judgement with the court and consider this matter resolved. I will never do business with this person again and leave it up to any to make that decision themselves. Like I said NEVER AGAIN for me. read more

Spending money on a big purchase, You always want things to go smooth. This could not have gone smoother. Mark was extremely patient with me. Was going to purchase a tub two years ago but wanted to wait to be able to purchase some thing bigger. I've never felt pressured. At the end of the day I felt like I was treated like family and there's no price for that especially in business these days. Evenings have turned into nights of laughter in the tub with the family. I have known Ray the owner for nearly two decades. I am on my second spa purchase from him and just recently my friend doing his own yard purchased the Mirage Coast spa like I have. Ray knows the industry and the showroom is pretty massive as far as spa layout selection. Any minor Hiccups along the way which are few and far in between Rays service department techs called as promised, answered my questions and have been accommodating with the service plan. His techs have always been knowledgeable and knew there way around a hot tub so they made the appropriate repair. Again when I went to purchase my second spa for different home I didn't think twice and I went back to where I had the good experience. They also used an experienced crane operator to place my tub into place. I am enjoying the features of my coast spa. read more

Having a easy to use spa was my number one goal. I'm very happy with my spa but only giving hot tub liquidators a two star rating because I was told a hydro lift cover would be installed, turns out my spa can't handle the hydro lift due to pipes where screws would be. They had to put in a manual cover lifter, which they say is as good but it definitely is not as easy in my opinion. Going to do some more research on the difference but buyer beware of cover mix ups / miss leading sales of covers. Also the premium lights package are very bright hopefully coast spas will dim this on future models. Update to review: About a year of having the spa feeling like I got ripped off $100, because of the deference in price in lifters Rey reached out to me about my negative yelp comment. He did pay me back $100 (in form of a check) for the extra money I paid for the hydro lift. I do appreciate him sending me this check. I reached a point where I could not think about the feeling of getting ripped off, Rey sent the check in the mail along with a email saying that he just wants me to be happy. read more

Let me begin by saying I should have written this in July or October, 2020... My wife and I purchased a new Coast swim spa from Mark Siegel on July 5th, 2020. We were told at the time of purchase that it could be up to 6 months before we got the tub. While not ideal, this was understood because of the pandemic. Though, Mark told us he'd be very surprised if we "weren't in our tub before Thanksgiving..." We were building out a large covered patio through another local company (I'll review them later... UGH!) who also gave LONG lead times due to COVID. We asked at the time of sale if they could build the cover while the tub was in place on the slab and the salesman said yes. Once the slab was poured, we got our (suddenly, earlier) build date for the patio cover and the topic of the tub being in place when the cover was build came up again... The builder told us then that they WOULD NOT be able to do the job if the tub was on the patio. We called Hot Tub Liquidators (HTL) to get an update on when we might see our tub... We were told the same thing as when we bought it... 4-6 months... YIKES! but... "maybe sooner". The tub had to be craned into place, which would be all but impossible with the patio cover in the way. This wasn't going to work... the patio cover couldn't be built over the tub and the tub wouldn't be delivered for months... I explained this issue to HTL... They sympathized, but there wasn't much they could do. We waited as long as we could (July, August, September) and finally just had the patio cover built. Figuring, it would be difficult, but there would be a way to get the tub under it and in place on the patio. Well... Early October rolls around and we were contacted by Ray, the owner of HTL who offered up one of I think 4 swim spas that came in unexpectedly... None were the model we'd ordered, but he offered to let us come check them out at their new location that wasn't even open yet... We met Ray there, he was gracious and gave us PLENTY of personal attention and time (well after normal work hours). He explained how the tubs were different than the one we ordered and how they were the same... These tubs were actually quite a nice upgrade over what we'd ordered. And best of all, he could offer us one RIGHT THEN. We took him up on his EXTREMELY generous offer to upgrade to this tub with the option of changing to the exact one we'd ordered whenever it might arrive... (6 months or a year out possibly) at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Ray simply wanted to satisfy a customer. He personally wrote up new contracts, and specified the terms of the optional "swap" in writing. By October 16th we had our tub. HTL had it craned in and their crew was able to work with the crane operator to get it almost totally under the patio cover while still on the crane. LEGIT experts at what they do. Once in place, we had to wait for the Patio cover to be inspected before we could run electrical to the tub... we were at the mercy of the patio builder and city inspector... which took another month... So, it was now mid November, finally had the spa filled and powered. It was everything HTL promised and more. We've used the spa EVERY day (skipped Christmas as we were out of town and skipped 3 days in February due to fever from COVID) The chemical program they outlined is perfect, Mark, our sales guy.. remember him from the beginning? He suggested an electrician who did a fantastic job... just... EVERYTHING was first class and MORE than we could ever have hoped for. Ray, Cheryl, Mark and the service manager, Richard work together FANTASTICALLY to make you feel like a king... sure, king of my own back yard, but a king none the less. 5 STAR Sales and Service from a 5 Star Owner. I cannot recommend Hot Tub Liquidators enough. SIMPLY THE BEST! read more

3 years ago I toyed with the idea of eventually getting a hot tub for my house. I decided to check out several local dealers, and Hot Tub Liquidators was one on my list. In their showroom, I met Ray and his wife Cheryl - they were extremely knowledgeable about their product, easy to talk to, and did not press for a sale. Based off of my criteria, Ray put together an offer that was very attractive - although at the time I had to decline, as I was still in the planning stages. From all of the dealers I met, I was most impressed with Ray and his staff - I told myself that if I ever decided to purchase a hot tub in the future, it would be with Hot Tub Liquidators. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, when I was finally in a position to go ahead with a purchase. I returned back to Hot Tub Liquidators and met with Eddie. He walked me though several different hot tubs that he felt met my needs. I had researched so many options and price points, that when Eddie presented his offer, I was very impressed with the deal - I signed off on the sale right there. There are a lot of moving parts to having the hot tub delivered, on top of having a licensed concrete company work in conjunction with the crane delivery schedule (I was having a new concrete pad poured as well). Ray was on vacation at this time, and while he was away, Olivia was an absolute joy to work with - she was always fast to respond to my questions and was able to assist with all the scheduling details to make the delivery run very smooth. It has now been 2 weeks since my hot tub has been delivered, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Ray reached out to me upon his return from his family vacation and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Cheryl came out to my house and assisted with showing me the ins and outs of my new hot tub, and Ray has been easy to reach whenever I have a quick question. I've read a few recent negative comments left by other customers, and while I can't comment on their specific situations, I have also read the very detailed and concise replies from Ray in regards to their issues. That is a very telling fact - Ray takes great pride in his business and his willingness to address concerns reflect this. From all my research on hot tubs, I kept seeing an overlying theme - "Buy the dealer" - choosing a hot tub business that will be there for you before and after the sale. I bought a Coast Spa (Apex Curve) in October (18) from Mike. I was able to wet test the type of spa I wanted to customize prior to my purchase, and was made to feel welcome during the test. Ray, the owner, personally took time to meet me , and assured me he would oversee my purchase and installation. In December (18) my tub arrived (on time). Prior to delivery, I was able to visit their reviving area where they were tested my spa to ensure it all was workin and not damaged during transport. They were patient and taught me the spa controls, how to treat the water, and how to preform filter maintenance. The crew that delivered the tub was both incredible and professional. Courteous and patient, they took great care in the delivery. I, as former law enforcement and a veteran, can say I had no issues, got great service, had every request fulfilled, got all advertised discounts, and was delivered a quality product with no delays or issues. We purchased a Coast Spas Apex Curve this September from Hot Tub Liquidators and thus began our four month journey in miserable customer service, derogatory technical support, and a complete lack of follow-up care. After battling for months using the provided water maintenance regimen and continually differing instructions from multiple technicians and the owner without success, including several drain/refills, we were at wits end. The hot tub was visually disgusting despite water chemistry within the "normal" parameters and following the prescribed procedures, consistently deemed "idiot-proof". No one wanted to enter the tub. This complete failure in follow-up service and technical support with resultant lack of resolution, led us to Leslie's. After a 10 minute conversation with the salesperson at Leslie's, we went home with a new maintenance plan. Less than 24 hours later, we had crystal clear water. We are following his recommendations and a week later, continue to have a clean, clear, beautiful, and most importantly USEABLE hot tub. If post-sales service, technical support, and care is of any importance to you, you might consider another company. We would certainly never return. read more

These guys are great! I am a DYI'er, found a leak in my filer pump, removed it from the spa but I couldn't get the impeller off. I called and the put me in touch with their technician Matt, what a great guy. He asked me to bring it to him and he'd remove it for me, which he did, which revealed wear damage to the impeller / motor shaft. He explained how it happens, and what my options were... no pressure just a really nice guy. Scott seems to be the owner or manager, super nice and helpful too. Look up hot tub sales on Google and this place showed up. After looking at all the reviews we decided to check them out when we came to town. Originally I had texted with Michael and received conflicting information. But upon walking in we were greeted by Mark who 100% knows his stuff. We narrowed down our selection, asked about 50 questions and put down the deposit. I feel confident that we made the right choice, between the delivery process and knowledgeable staff able to answer questions. Mark even brought Richard in the conversation to ensure the delivery window was correct. Our questions about electrical were answered and we even received a call regarding that later in the day. All in all, I recommend this place. Ask for Mark if he's available. I'll update this review in January of it all goes to hell, but I'm pretty sure it won't. read more

We are very active so the relaxation and recovery we get each time we use it is amazing! Our older kids love it as well so it has meant more family time together.
