Gave it a one star because the place was so poorly maintained that they served us cold food. The waitress with the tattoos first got our order wrong then went on a thirty minute lunch break without having another person cover for her. We forced a pink haired waitress to bring us out check. This place is disorganized and just a disappointment. Go to the Glendale Hot Wings Cafe instead. The only guy who did his job there was the tall Irish guy serving drinks. I love this place. I've been coming here for 11 years, bringing my brothers, friends, etc. my husband and I come here once a month (we drive 45 miles to come here). So I was here last night for a late night munch and ADAM is refusing to let us eat here. Why? It's 1:40 am and they close at 2. I understand we all hate customers that go in at the last minute but if you are going to let us order AT LEAST let us eat a fry I paid for. In his words "I'll let you order but if you eat one fry l'm calling the cops" who does that? His co-worker even said, "don't eat here because we want to go home". I'm sorry but that is so unprofessional. My co workers and I go here all the time for lunch because we work close by but never again! I've never been to a place with such ignorant employees(not all employees just the ones who were there last night). I will definitely never come here again and will let everyone I know what happened last night. To the owners, you should really reevaluate who you hire. The employees are the face of your establishment and they are doing a shitty job making you look good. This is my favorite place for wings. I like smaller wings with a good crunch to them and not oversauced. I go here fairly often with a co-worker who always orders their French Dip (she loves it), so I know that they are consistently good. 1star because the salad I ordered was good. But the rest of the experience was mediocre. It took forever to even receive a menu. Although the place was far from crowded, the waitress tried to rush me into placing an order. The check had an extra item that I did not order & the waitress became annoyed that I brought it to her attention. Also, I paid in cash and was due to receive 5 cents in change. These wings here are my favorite!!!! The service only makes them that much better. I'm extra picky when it comes to wings because I hate a soggy skin, under cooked, sloppy wing. Here, I get exactly what I crave and never disappoint. And may I talk about the staff? Our server crystal was very attentive and sweet. Olga which wasn't even our server checked on us every chance she got and never had to ask for a thing. They're on top of it all and i have ZERO complaints. These are my favorite wings in So Cal. I get them extra well done and with a dinner salad make a great meal. They are getting a little pricey (large wings, salad, soda for 15 bucks). So for food I would give 5 stars because their wings are absolutely delicious paired with veggies and curly fries it's a match made in heaven. However I can't give an overall 5 stars, why? Well our first experience was great no problems at all. But we decided to come again, this time the service wasn't that great. Took a while to get drinks, as in a while I mean she already asked us what we wanted and then the waitress went and stood against the wall talking to the other waitress going through their phones. Then they didn't come to check on us to see if we were enjoying everything or need refills. And on a super hot day their was literally no AC on we wanted to just walk out but decided to stick it out. I'd say 4 stars for food but 1 star for service. I am from Buffalo and normally I would not compliment any wings outside Buffalo but these wings are some of the best I've had outside Buffalo. Came here last night for a late night dinner and beer with my boyfriend. The waitress was great - really attentive even when the place got pretty packed after people left the bars. The hot wings were super hot and fresh even though they were close to closing time.
