Finally good pizza has arrived to Boca and they are Dough'n it right! Watched this mom and pop build out their space this past year and finally had an opportunity to try it. Created my own..a basic margherita half mushroom, however, there was no way to message that in my online order so I phoned them directly and spoke to owner and he unhesitatingly obliged. Very sweet to meet in person, spied a great oven and clean space and my order was ready for pickup... would love to see them text when order should be picked up after it is placed online. Underneath Crust had some nice leopard spotting and dough was thin with a good crunch... sauce was perfect and and bit of Parmesan cheese gave a hint of salt to my combo with fresh mushrooms This pie wowed this amateur home pizza maker and former New Yorker. We recently discovered this little of a pizza place and I can honestly say it's quickly become one our my favorites! We walked in and the owners were so friendly and welcoming, you feel like you're part of the family as soon as you walk in the door. They happily provided us with recommendations and took the time to explain each menu item. Splendid service ! The pie's here are made to perfection with the freshest of the fresh ingredients and a thin, crispy, and deeeeeeeelicious crust. They offer classic toppings and unique, Doughin' specials which are so so yummy! Their special sauces, blends of cheeses and perfect crusts are what set them apart from other pizza joints. We didn't get to try their salads (get off my back ma) but they looked great. Be sure to give them a try as well! The cozy atmosphere and warm ambiance make it a great spot for a casual dinner with friends and family. f you're looking for unique ,delicious pizza that's made with love, this is the place to go. Really authentic sour dough pizza. They use a starter instead of yeast to leaven their pizza dough... it takes a lot of work to do that and there is a difference! Quality ingredients combined with an authentic Pompeii, wood burning pizza oven yields a great product! Try the spicy pepperoni, cherry pepper and hot honey pizza - delicious! Super yummy artisan pizza, thin crust, fresh ingredients, probably the best in class in Boca. I tried to use their app for pick up and delivery and neither worked, so I ended up calling the restaurant and picking it up, which my introverted self did not love doing even though they were super friendly. I'm from NY and simply dissatisfied with all florida pizza. This changes now. First Rara's. Now this. We ordered 2 OGs on recos from 3 guys I trust. This is the best pizza in the boca/Delray area. They simply use better ingredients than your typical slice house so the food is better. It's not a traditional pizza. It's an artisan type pie along the lines of Antico in Atlanta. Their menu has some really cool meat and cheese concoctions we didn't get a chance to try but we will 100% be back and recommend this place to anyone who cares about pizza. We got the OG 16 inch and really enjoyed it. It was thin but the crust was still deliciously chewy. You can tell it was made with fantastic ingredients. My only issue was that there were more big, burnt bubbles, than I like, but that's probably a personal preference. I also got a Greek salad and loved the dressing! read more

Been eating pizza in Florida for 15 years and this is one of the best I have had. In fact, I am writing this review just based on having their pie tonight and went straight to pick it up after driving over 2 hrs from the West coast of FL. How Ya Dough'n has only been in business in Boca for a few years but man I hope they stick around for many, many years to come. This was my third time ordering from How Ya Dough'n. I ordered online and accidentally ordered the wrong pie (completely my fault). I called the restaurant and spoke to the owner Garrett. He could not have been more accommodating. He changed my order from a plain pie to a Pep Special and told me I could owe him the $2.00 difference. The Pep Special arrived hot and we tore into it. Small made to order pizza joint with a funky, modern ambience. There's not a lot of places to sit inside, although there's a convenient counter if you're by yourself, along with a couple tables inside, and two on the patio in front. Definitely not a place to take a big group. The menu is a bit limited, and perhaps a bit overly creative for my simple, pizza tastes. They do have a relatively plain pizza, which gives a good indication as to the excellent flavors and high-quality ingredients that they use. They only have two sizes of pizza pie, 12 inch and 16 inch, and they do not offer slices. I ordered the 12 inch, which is very large for one person, and ended up eating the whole thing. From a calorie perspective, I would've preferred that they offer either slices or a smaller, personal sized pizza, maybe an 8 inch pizza or something. If anything, while this was absolutely delicious, the fact that they don't have smaller sizes will probably keep me from going back more often for lunch. My husband and I tried How Ya Dough'n for the first time this evening after hearing others rave about it. Nick, the manager, and the staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable about all of the ingredients used, and accommodating. The ingredients were fresh and of high-quality. We tried the pistachio pizza and it was extraordinary. We also tried one of their May specials with ricotta, mozzarella, and pine nuts. That, too, was a tasteful combination and scrumptious. The 16 inch OG pizza was just OK. Considering that it was $24 out the door, it was disappointing. I expected the star of this show to be the dough, but even that was less than expected. This review is long overdue. This pizza is absolutely amazing. I will put it on a level of the pizza from Roberta's in NY but honestly, even better! Not just that, the service from the guys there is always excellent. Friendly, and always helpful whenever I stop by. Recently, they were close to closing one evening (I happened to be nearby) and they were able to put in an order for me. My favorite combination is the OG with soppressata, cremini mushrooms, basil, and hot honey. Sooooo delicious, the crust is perfect, the sauce fresh and seasoned perfectly. If they have a special pie of the month that you like, don't sleep on it! They always have unique and interesting toppings. The place is easy to find, right on federal hwy and there is plenty of parking. I usually take my food to go but they have a lot of outdoor seating and a counter to eat inside while you watch them make more pizza in the open kitchen.
