Mississippi Skillet Ham, crisp, bacon, sausage, bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms topped with Monterey Jack cheese.

We went back for hubby'a birthday breakfast. He was somewhat disappointed. He ordered the Mississippi skillet which is ham, crisp, bacon, sausage, bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms topped with Monterey Jack cheese with red potatoes and scrambled eggs. It was mostly potatoes and little protein. He was supposed to get complimentary beignets. These never appeared. We agreed that the peach tea was bad. There were peaches in the bottom of the glass but all we could taste was cinnamon. Hubby ordered his with unsweetened tea but the server brought a glass with a sugared rim. I ordered the country fried steak with fried egg yoiks only and a hunkleberry muffin without sugar. I got scrambled eggs and a muffin with sugar on it.

What good is chicken fried steak without gravy ? No use. Twenty dollars wasted. Called back no real solutions.

Great experience today at this location , when it was time to go , server offered to go drink , extra gravy for my leftover portion of the breakfast I couldn't finish. Food was on point , with over the top service. My server knew how to please her customers.

I came here for my mom's birthday brunch since we used to visit their other location and always enjoyed it, so we gave this spot a try since we had a bigger group and needed easier parking. Luckily this location had that covered! The decor was cute and gave off fun bayou vibes. They even had a little area to buy merch which added to the charm. The staff were friendly and did a decent job, though we had to flag them down a few times. With a bigger group, that kind of thing happens, so no biggie. The portions for both food and drinks were generous. The drinks were a little too sweet for my taste, and overall, the food just wasn't super memorable this time around. I tried one of the pastries and it was a bit dry, but thankfully they served the apple filling on the side and it was delicious, it helped balance it out. If I hadn't been to their other location before, I might have written it off completely. But I know they've got some great dishes, so I'll probably give them another shot in the future and hope for a better experience.

Yo sorry this review is several months late but I STILL REMEMBER CRISPY RED POTATOES. EXTRA CRISPY. Overall this is a good place to come to get a filling breakfast/brunch/lunch with a group of friends! We came here to celebrate my partner's birthday so that was fun and cute and they gave him a birthday beignet so that was nice of them! Atmosphere - It was giving me Louisiana, southern swamp style vibes due to the decor and menu items. It's a welcoming place with booth seating and tables as well. We sat in a booth so yay that's what we like. Service - Service was good! I don't remember our server's name but she was so nice and real with us. She helped me make important decisions for food. She was the one that told us about the extra crispy red potatoes and let me tell you, THANK YOU! Cost - $16ish is the average for main entrees, you can get snacks/shareables for like $8 not including tax and tip. Parking - They have a parking lot that can fit a good amount of cars, at least 20? Location - I'm not too familiar with Roseville so it was pretty easy to find and they do have other locations! I'm coming again for these crispy red potatoes and I gotta try another dish because they have a lot of selections and they sounded and smelled good.

This was a little out-of-the-way, but I met a friend out in this area for breakfast and some great conversation. I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. The prices were higher than I expected, but the food was good. Kind of reminds me of a blackbear diner but seems to be more expensive. I do like the Huckleberry theme because I like huckleberries so had to get a huckleberry muffin for later. I liked the peach tea which is customizable and comes in a huge jar, our server was great and checked on us often and also gave us time and space to talk. The only reason I'm dropping a star is cause it seems a dollar or two too expensive on each item. It's definitely not your bargain breakfast.

Well the service and coffee were good. I had the worst Benedict I've ever had. The eggs were over cooked and the balsamic overwhelms the creaminess of the hollandaise, actually just beat the crap out of it. The side potatoes were a mix up of under cooked potatoes and under cooked bell peppers.

came here 9/17/2024 for early lunch. Inside was super cute and family friendly environment. I came with my friends and they often come here to the point the servers all know them. Super friendly. I got the New Orlando Skillet and it was super big and delicious. The creole sauce on top of the potato, egg, sausage, cheese, mushroom, and cheese made everything better. It reminds me a little of salsa. I as also able to try the fried green tomato and it was the best. I usually hate tomato but this was barely have any heavy tomato taste. The sauce that it came with is a perfect match. I didn't notice they have strawberry lemonade so I got peach tea. I didn't expect some actual peach in the drink. A very refreshing drink. It was slightly sting at first, but as the ice dilutes the tea, it'll the flavors are still there. Lots of options to chose from. Defiantly have to try the waffles next time.

Fall is here- Cranberry Mimosas were surprisingly DELIGHTFUL!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our Saturday Breakfast-Date meal @ Huckleberry's. My Chicken and Waffles meal hit the spot of a week long craving and my boyfriend's chicken fried steak was plentiful and flavorful! Devin, our waiter had such great energy, super attentive yet chill and everything he suggested was on point-- don't sleep on their cranberry mimosa, it's the season people. Do it! This review is simply an acknowledgment of a good vibes and food experience that kicked off our beautiful Saturday to a great start! Happy Tummies!

Bayou Bloody Mary (has bacon & an olive in there as well)
    Alma S.

I usually go to another Huckleberry's location, but wanted to try a different spot just to compare. Came on a Saturday morning and while there was a good amount of people, we only waited 5 minutes for 2 of us. The bayou theme feel was the same, but the layout here is more tight and sectioned off. My bestie ordered a Bloody Mary & the bayou style catfish with gumbo. She liked the flavor of her drink and thought the balance of alcohol was just right. She really enjoyed her meal & found it all tasty! I got a coffee & California Benedict with potatoes, added onions and bell peppers. The coffee was fine. I was a little disappointed with my meal. There was still some rawness to the onions & peppers in my potatoes. I also found the flavor of my Benedict lackluster. The tomato added a firm veggie texture, but didn't bring anything flavor-wise. When I was more than halfway done, I remembered & realized I didn't see or taste any balsamic drizzle as described on the menu. Maybe that would have made a difference, but I was already finishing up. We had a great server who was attentive without being overbearing, and we felt a friendly vibe from many of the staff.

Let's start with the friendly service, Desera, she was very knowledgeable and did I say friendly was amazingly cheerful! We ordered 2 Breakfast burritos with andoui sausage, one bubbas Burger, 3 crab Benedict, Cajun fries loaded with chili and cheese, and a regular cheese burger with bacon! The girl where every happy with their Benedict said it was very tasty but did lack some crab flavor and some texture, the hamburgers where excellent! And definitely up order the Cajun fries well worth it! The burritos were good very tasty and filling! Overall excellent meal and would frequent this establishment again! The price was also right for 7 people

A classic breakfast sounded good at the time... From the breakfast menu I chose the Juke Box Special but the friendly server suggested the Soldier Boy instead which was basically the same thing except this included grilled potatoes and only one pancake. The server urged me to try the potatoes... omgosh! it was so good, they were grilled and I love the crunchiness. Nothing fancy on the menu just good, ole' classic home cookin' and diner "comfort food." Breakfast is served all day. I'm not a fan of onions, so I did not have those, but it was nice to have the lettuce and the tomatoes have that nice taste when it hasn't been smothered in BBQ sauce or others as it's being cooked by the chicken like other places prepare them. From the moment we walked up, it was busy which at first made me think we would have to go elsewhere but once we went inside the hostess said it would only be 5 minutes. She was extremely warm and welcoming and all of the staff were smiling! We were seated within 5 minutes and before our butts hit the chairs they were already asking if we needed any coffee! I love that we didn't have to wait for our "server" to come but were able to enjoy coffee while browsing the menu. We narrowed our picks down and when our waitress Mallory came by she helped us pick our eggs Benedict and Spicy Omelette! She made sure to ask if I wanted tortillas or toast, which I loved rather than just assuming. This all happened within the first 8 minutes of us being in our seats - this doesn't happen ever anymore when you go out to eat, to have your coffee and order taken while feeling like she truly wanted us to have a great experience. Within 10-15 minutes not only did we have our delicious looking food in front is us but we had a refill of coffee because all the servers were keeping an eye on every table to make sure you were taken care of. When Mallory sat the food down, WOW. It looked delicious and it was the perfect quantity - often nowadays they give you tons because they have to make up for the quality. Both our items were perfect and do not pass up the toast with the best jam ever- I am pretty sure my grandma would have been jealous! Mallory stopped by and we shared how awesome the food was and that it was our first time and we can't wait to come back with our kiddos. We finished up, our bill came and another server came by quickly to process! No waiting, no walking it to the counter! Plus we had another coffee refill while we waited! The server who grabbed our check came back to ask how our meal was and said she heard it was our first time. We shared how much we loved it and would be back. It was then that we learned that, Julie was actually the 2nd youngest sister and one of the owners. She was amazing. She shared their story and how Four Sisters Cafe became what it is and asked our names. When is the last time you have had such a personable experience while dining? Ya, it's been awhile for me as well. Four sister's cafe was not just great because the food was good but it truly was a positive and uplifting vibe with amazing people who want you to enjoy the experience. We can't wait to come back, Thanks Mallory and Julie!
