Anytime my kiddo can get a kids menu, crayons and apple juice she's a happy kid! The caramel iced coffee was my favorite. Nice spot for a bite with the family.

We went back for hubby'a birthday breakfast. He was somewhat disappointed. He ordered the Mississippi skillet which is ham, crisp, bacon, sausage, bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms topped with Monterey Jack cheese with red potatoes and scrambled eggs. It was mostly potatoes and little protein. He was supposed to get complimentary beignets. These never appeared. We agreed that the peach tea was bad. There were peaches in the bottom of the glass but all we could taste was cinnamon. Hubby ordered his with unsweetened tea but the server brought a glass with a sugared rim. I ordered the country fried steak with fried egg yoiks only and a hunkleberry muffin without sugar. I got scrambled eggs and a muffin with sugar on it.

My friend and I stopped for breakfast for the first time at Huckleberry's and we were so happy we did! Our server Tracy was an absolutely the best ever! She gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and answered every question we had about the menu. My friend is allergic to spicy foods and asked about the sausage spice level, Tracy went to the kitchen and got her a sample, which was very considerate of her. With the sample tasted she decided on the rib eye steak and eggs. I selected the chicken fried steak. The food was amazing and gravy was the best I ever had! The potatoes with peppers and onions is out of this world cooked to perfection. We both selected the huckleberry muffins which are awesome, very delicious. Again I have to mention Tracy again, we really felt at home. The whole experience was wonderful and our tummies full and left with happy smiles. The whole staff and everyone we interacted with really made our experience special, thank you and I will return!

Fall is here- Cranberry Mimosas were surprisingly DELIGHTFUL!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our Saturday Breakfast-Date meal @ Huckleberry's. My Chicken and Waffles meal hit the spot of a week long craving and my boyfriend's chicken fried steak was plentiful and flavorful! Devin, our waiter had such great energy, super attentive yet chill and everything he suggested was on point-- don't sleep on their cranberry mimosa, it's the season people. Do it! This review is simply an acknowledgment of a good vibes and food experience that kicked off our beautiful Saturday to a great start! Happy Tummies!

I came here for my mom's birthday brunch since we used to visit their other location and always enjoyed it, so we gave this spot a try since we had a bigger group and needed easier parking. Luckily this location had that covered! The decor was cute and gave off fun bayou vibes. They even had a little area to buy merch which added to the charm. The staff were friendly and did a decent job, though we had to flag them down a few times. With a bigger group, that kind of thing happens, so no biggie. The portions for both food and drinks were generous. The drinks were a little too sweet for my taste, and overall, the food just wasn't super memorable this time around. I tried one of the pastries and it was a bit dry, but thankfully they served the apple filling on the side and it was delicious, it helped balance it out. If I hadn't been to their other location before, I might have written it off completely. But I know they've got some great dishes, so I'll probably give them another shot in the future and hope for a better experience.

Yo sorry this review is several months late but I STILL REMEMBER CRISPY RED POTATOES. EXTRA CRISPY. Overall this is a good place to come to get a filling breakfast/brunch/lunch with a group of friends! We came here to celebrate my partner's birthday so that was fun and cute and they gave him a birthday beignet so that was nice of them! Atmosphere - It was giving me Louisiana, southern swamp style vibes due to the decor and menu items. It's a welcoming place with booth seating and tables as well. We sat in a booth so yay that's what we like. Service - Service was good! I don't remember our server's name but she was so nice and real with us. She helped me make important decisions for food. She was the one that told us about the extra crispy red potatoes and let me tell you, THANK YOU! Cost - $16ish is the average for main entrees, you can get snacks/shareables for like $8 not including tax and tip. Parking - They have a parking lot that can fit a good amount of cars, at least 20? Location - I'm not too familiar with Roseville so it was pretty easy to find and they do have other locations! I'm coming again for these crispy red potatoes and I gotta try another dish because they have a lot of selections and they sounded and smelled good.

What good is chicken fried steak without gravy ? No use. Twenty dollars wasted. Called back no real solutions.

Great experience today at this location , when it was time to go , server offered to go drink , extra gravy for my leftover portion of the breakfast I couldn't finish. Food was on point , with over the top service. My server knew how to please her customers.

This was a little out-of-the-way, but I met a friend out in this area for breakfast and some great conversation. I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. The prices were higher than I expected, but the food was good. Kind of reminds me of a blackbear diner but seems to be more expensive. I do like the Huckleberry theme because I like huckleberries so had to get a huckleberry muffin for later. I liked the peach tea which is customizable and comes in a huge jar, our server was great and checked on us often and also gave us time and space to talk. The only reason I'm dropping a star is cause it seems a dollar or two too expensive on each item. It's definitely not your bargain breakfast.

    California Benedict

Well the service and coffee were good. I had the worst Benedict I've ever had. The eggs were over cooked and the balsamic overwhelms the creaminess of the hollandaise, actually just beat the crap out of it. The side potatoes were a mix up of under cooked potatoes and under cooked bell peppers.

    The New Orleans Skillet

came here 9/17/2024 for early lunch. Inside was super cute and family friendly environment. I came with my friends and they often come here to the point the servers all know them. Super friendly. I got the New Orlando Skillet and it was super big and delicious. The creole sauce on top of the potato, egg, sausage, cheese, mushroom, and cheese made everything better. It reminds me a little of salsa. I as also able to try the fried green tomato and it was the best. I usually hate tomato but this was barely have any heavy tomato taste. The sauce that it came with is a perfect match. I didn't notice they have strawberry lemonade so I got peach tea. I didn't expect some actual peach in the drink. A very refreshing drink. It was slightly sting at first, but as the ice dilutes the tea, it'll the flavors are still there. Lots of options to chose from. Defiantly have to try the waffles next time.

Bayou Bloody Mary (has bacon & an olive in there as well)
    Alma S.

I usually go to another Huckleberry's location, but wanted to try a different spot just to compare. Came on a Saturday morning and while there was a good amount of people, we only waited 5 minutes for 2 of us. The bayou theme feel was the same, but the layout here is more tight and sectioned off. My bestie ordered a Bloody Mary & the bayou style catfish with gumbo. She liked the flavor of her drink and thought the balance of alcohol was just right. She really enjoyed her meal & found it all tasty! I got a coffee & California Benedict with potatoes, added onions and bell peppers. The coffee was fine. I was a little disappointed with my meal. There was still some rawness to the onions & peppers in my potatoes. I also found the flavor of my Benedict lackluster. The tomato added a firm veggie texture, but didn't bring anything flavor-wise. When I was more than halfway done, I remembered & realized I didn't see or taste any balsamic drizzle as described on the menu. Maybe that would have made a difference, but I was already finishing up. We had a great server who was attentive without being overbearing, and we felt a friendly vibe from many of the staff.

We finally made it to Four Sisters Cafe, and it is absolutely the best breakfast/lunch restaurant…read morewe've tried since moving here a year ago. The food, service, and ambiance were all terrific and made for a comfortable, delicious experience we will be returning to soon. We had tried going there once before about 6 months ago, but the wait was too long for our schedule that day. Yesterday, our party of four showed up at 11, and the wait was only 10 minutes. Our server, Kristin, was amazing. She answered our questions perfectly and without hesitation; she was always there to refill iced tea and bring anything additional we needed - the service was flawless in every way. We were at a booth for four, and the booths are comfortable and clean. The layout of the restaurant is efficient, and perfect for the dining experience FSC is offering. And the food? Off the charts 5/5! I hadn't had pancakes in a long time, so I ordered the blueberry pancakes. The two pancakes were both massive and delicious. Fresh blueberries in the batter and on top, and they were perfectly ripe and flavorful. I can't envision anyone actually finishing all of it, but I was happy to take home leftovers. The pancakes were fluffy and light, among the best I have ever had. I also had a side of the house-cured bacon, which I requested crispy, and which arrived perfectly crispy and delicious. Mrs. K had the blue cheese burger and loved it. I was granted a taste, and I agreed. Juicy, prepared exactly as ordered, and served with exceptional fries that were crispy outside and soft inside. Our friends had various forms of eggs and bacon, including a dish FSC calls Beggin' For Bacon. The egg dishes looked perfect, and our friends confirmed they tasted as perfect as they looked. FSC gets a ton of 5-star reviews, and they deserve every one. We will be returning soon and often, and obviously, I highly recommend FSC for your next breakfast/lunch outing.

When the weather is nice sitting outside is awesome. It's shaded and pleasant. They do allow dogs to sit outside, and I did witness a doggy disagreement, so if you are dog averse maybe ask to be seated inside. The service is wonderful. They are very attentive and all look like they are hustling. It is a wonderful experience to know that they care about their customers. Drinks are constantly refilled, and they constantly check in on you in a non annoying way. The food is where I disagree with most of the reviews here. My first time there I got the corned beef and hash. The corned beef was great, the potatoes could be so much better though. They need to be crisp and well seasoned, they were neither. Maybe you can ask for them extra crispy? The next time I visited I had a BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken was kinda dry, the sauce tasted good though. I also didn't like how it was assembled, it seemed kinda tossed on the bun and sent out. They are so busy here, and I wish they would just take a little extra time in the kitchen to make the food as great as the service. This is like a 3.5 star, with the great service and the decent food. Would I ever come here out of choice? Probably not. Would I throw up a big fuss if friends wanted to come here? Nah, I'd go without issue. Maybe I haven't found my meal here yet.

There was lots of parking right in front of the restaurant that made getting inside super convenient. There was plenty of room for us to sit at a large table with our babies in high chairs & strollers nearby. Inside the cafe is decorated very nicely. The staff were so kind and welcoming too. I ordered a mocha and the sweet cheese crepes. My mocha was the perfect balance of sweetness and chocolatey! I savored every sip. The real star of the show though, were the crepes. They were perfectly soft but with a slight crisp on the outside just like I like them. The filling was sweet but not overly and was well balanced with the slight bitterness from the berry topping on the crepes. Overall the ambiance, food, and accessibility make this a great spot for brunch! Will definitely be coming back.

The Lavendar lattes was made well with just right amount of sweetness. The service could have been better. The young woman at the register was helpful with food suggestions and patience. Thank you! Let's get to the price and service overall. I think the food is a bit pricey considering you have to order at the counter first. I paid 50+ for two people. Next, I recommend a protein plate option for people who have dietary restrictions outside of pork. That's very easy to do. Not 1 time did anyone check on us to see if we need anything such as condiments. I did leave a tip at the register when I ordered my food as it's part of the transaction process. 3 times in a short period of time and not at peak hour. I had to get up to ask for condiments. I had to get up to ask for to go containers and I had to get up a 3rd time for a to go container for my latte. They did not even say thank you for coming in. My daughter did say, thank you while walking out and someone said have a great day. 3 women at a slow peak hour, 9:30 -10:05, on Thursday, September 3 and nothing. Because of the service, I will not be back as I prefer to support businesses that value customer service and hospitality. Now let's get to the dumplings--no flavor at all. I did take home and will add some gyoza sauce and give to my granddaughter. It has potential, just season. Avocado toast was bland, but eggs were fluffy. I'm not sure if European eastern food is bland, and maybe so. I had to ask for ketchup and hot sauce. They should ask if we need anything else and how is everything. Again, it may be a cultural thing--I don't know. Portions are decent. Menu is pricey for cafe with no service and have to order at the front counter.

He suggested the Chilaquiles de Chef, and I was sold! It comes with eggs, so I ordered mine sunny-side up. My daughter chose the Body Builder, a protein plate. While we waited, we sipped on our tasty waters. We were seated in a booth near the front, where we could see everyone working hard in the kitchen. The restaurant was starting to slow down, but the servers and cooks were still buzzing around. It didn't take long for our food to arrive, and both plates were picture-perfect! My Chilaquiles de Chef comes with rice, beans, sunny-side-up eggs, avocado, and a piece of asada laid across, topped with cotija. My daughter's plate was simpler, but it still looked fantastic. Unfortunately, my food was barely warm. I let Mark know, and about 10 minutes later, I received an entirely new plate. This time, the plate was so hot I couldn't touch it--and thankfully, the food was nice and hot too! The chilaquiles were okay. The green sauce was pretty tart, but once the egg yolks oozed over everything, it tasted much better. The asada was also a nice touch. There was so much food on my plate that I couldn't finish it all! My daughter enjoyed her protein plate, which came with chicken, egg whites, avocado, and rice. It also came with soy sauce packets, if that tickles your fancy. She also ordered a Strawberry Waffle topped with strawberries and whipped cream for a little taste of sweetness--and boy, was that delicious! After all that food, we were able to pay quickly and be on our way. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying something different, so I'm open to suggestions. Let me know what I should order next!

Too milky for my liking, but if you're a fan of Starbucks Frappucinos, then this might be the seasonal drink for you. As for the desserts here, I enjoyed the eclair (nicely assembled and had smooth and rich dark chocolate on it) but was disappointed on the fruit tart (the fruit toppings were vibrant and plump, but the custard was missing a strong vanilla taste and I wasn't a fan of the egg-white-based crust that ended up sticking to the foil cardboard base). Friendly staff. Super cozy cafe vibes especially with the pothos houseplants (so cute that water propagations of cuttings are table decor). Ample lot parking.
