To start out, the diner is always clean. Even when they are busy, the staff is busy keeping it clean. When ordering, they happily change out sides when requested. The staff also makes sure your coffee cup is filled on time. They are friendly and try to keep their customers happy. I enjoy my breakfasts here a couple of days out of the week. read more

We were in tonight around 9:30-10 as a family of four. The food was so good and fresh! Yum! The kids were pleased with their meals as were we! The service was really great. We had a kind server in training, she did great. As she works longer she will get better and better, very promising. We are cheering her on! & the other staff were supportive and helpful. On my family's last visit to this area we decided to stop in to get something eat. What can I say in this review. The restaurant was busy at the very end table by the restrooms the manager had her family and the baby laying on the table while she changed his dirty diaper. No one was complaining about it? To my family that is very very disgusting!!! Talking about gross! The lady manager thought what she was doing was not wrong at all? I just felt sorry for the person or persons who were going to sit there next after they leave. I've read some of the bad reviews and some of the complaints are in lack of better word dumb. Because you can't get a free meal or comped it doesn't mean is a bad restaurant. I've been here many a times and the food has always been good and the service is great. I'm very spoiled when it comes to service a ff this place does not disappoint. read more

DRUG TEST YOUR EMPLOYEES came in one night at about 1:30 am - 2ish our waitress was over the top nice but then I started to notice her and the cooks acting a little strange.. she (waitress) couldn't remember anything and seemed distracted while writing things down I noticed she couldn't stop moving her hands and looking in all kinds of crazy directions.. she was constantly grinding her teeth and picking at these nasty sores on her arms.. the cook was doing the same. I myself have worked in many rehans with people recovering from all kinds of things so I found myself watching and analyzing your employees that were working that night and after seeing the cook put his hands in his pockets then rub his finger on his gums a few times I was convinced and sickened. Service from Larissa was great. But the food I ordered( French toast) Was so bad! It had burnt grill taste! In which, ok, no problem one issue one visit, Maybe it's not always that way. But the kicker is this! The management refuse to issue me a refund or any kind of discount on food I could not eat! This is what will never allow me to return to this huddle house ever again! It isnt a four star restaurant, but the staff is always really nice when I come in here. Plus, they offer something different than IHOP or Waffle House. That is a plus. It always seems cleaner than Waffle Housr and I like that they have a table outside where the smokers can go eat or drink their coffee and read thr paper. read more

If you live in or near Warner Robins, do not go to the Huddle House (store #197) at 2075 Watson Blvd. This is what happened to my mama and my family last night: My parents used to love this Huddle House. I say used to because of what happened earlier this evening. My folks took my niece and nephews out to eat. They had a brand new waitress, who was nervous. My mama told her to take a deep breath and then take their orders. The waitress took their orders. When the food came out, one of my nephews did not get the right food. His order was covered in gravy, which he did not want. My mama asked the waitress to take it back so it could be fixed. By the time his food came back out, everyone was finished eating. My mama asked for a to-go box because my nephew had to go home and get ready for bed. When my mama peeked into the box, the order was still wrong (it still had gravy all over it). My mama politely asked the cashier to take my nephew's order off the bill because the order was wrong. The cashier was about to do it when some gray-haired woman (I use that term very loosely) who was sitting in a corner booth intervened and said "I know I shouldn't say anything, but I will anyway. Stop harassing my girls (referring to the waitresses)!" My mama calmly said "All I wanted was to get my grandson's food. Since it was not fixed right, I just wanted the order taken off my bill." This woman got in my mama's face, pointing and shaking a finger at her. She said "I want you off the property and don't come back!" My mama asked her repeatedly if she was the owner. The woman never identified herself and told my mama, "I'm going to call my friends at the police department if you don't leave NOW!" Again, my mama asked the woman who she was. Again, she never identified herself. My mama is almost 73 years old and never causes any trouble. For this woman to treat my mama this way and think she can get away with it is not okay. Why didn't the manager on duty step in and do something? I am livid that this even happened to my mama. I called the manager and complained vehemently about what happened to my mama. He said they will look at the video and see what happened. I want to know what was on that video. I have already reported this store and this woman (store # 197 - 2075 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA; phone #: 478-929-2700) to corporate headquarters and I will follow up and make sure this does not happen to unsuspecting customers again. read more

Visited the Huddle House on Watson Blvd. In Warner Robin's Ga. Today. Very busy, but the food was so fresh and yummy. The server Veronica was great. She was so nice and smiled the entire time we were there. Kept our coffee fresh and hot, our food was delicious, and everyone working there seemed to work together as a team. I used to pass up this place because there were other places to go like Steak 'n Shake or Waffle House, but I've found this place is better than either of them. The service here's always decent, and they have some pretty good grub. I especially love their wings, which are pretty good. Especially for something you get in the middle of the night. read more

I have always came to this restaurant and always had a great experience. Their was times we would ask to pay for veteran's meals there and the waitress were always happy to help us. But today my son was held captive for $52.00!!!!!! The reason for this was because of their machine couldn't take debt cards at that moment. I had no cash on me and I also asked if they had an ATM there so I can just pull out the money, the cashier told me there was one at flash foods. So I took my kids into my escalade ages 3, 5, 11 and 12 to go to the ATM. They run out causing a scene say I have to give up one of my children if I go to ATM. So they can hold him hostage for $52.00 this amount was including a 10.00 tip for our waitress. I go to the ATM to get them the money of $60.00 now for our waitress and the cook who took a picture of my black escalade to make matters even worst. I could have understand if they descretly asked for my ID to be left behind as I went to get money out but for a human that isn't an adult but just a child to be held hostage. What they did to me and my children was wrong and inhumane. read more

Food was good enough. Service was not so great. After leaving, we were looking at bill realized they cheated us by over $4. I had water. They charged for a sweet tea. He had a combo that included drink & they charged him for a drink. I gave them a coupon which they entered in wrong amount at a higher price. Check your bill before leaving. read more
