Took my desktop pc in that either wasn't starting or was crashing when it did startup. John gave was clear that for my specific issue he may be able to fix it but the issue l may reoccur and if it did reoccur he'd look at it again. This was no problem to the Human Computers at this location. They found a very niche specialty part for me- at a very affordable rate! When I first walked in 3 years ago to buy my first PC I was super impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was. Since I got my $1000 PC it's had multiple issues. Whoever fixes the computers had to keep wiping my computer since he "didn't know the password" which I never put a password I had a pin. None of these times pissed me off more than the last and final time they had my business. I brought my PC in since the monitor wouldn't come on. Instead of fixing it he said the same thing "no password I have to wipe it" so he wiped it and DIDN'T EVEN FIX IT. No wonder it was free service. Since then (about 3 months) the same issue pops up every once and a while and goes away after a few days. I will never walk foot in this business again for repairs. read more
