I think the hummus is good and the pita bread is good. I found them during the farmers market. I got 3 8 ounce containers and 1 pita bread for $15 dollars and gave me a discount of a dollar. Anyways I pretty much finished 2 containers and almost the whole stack of pita bread. But the price is okay, probably get more and cheaper at Costco, but I recommend them. read more

Stopped by during the North Oakland Farmer's Market on Tuesdays. Salty garlic chips and really good tomato basil spread. Its a little pricy at $5/tub but at least you're supporting local businesses! read more

The spicy avocado and cilantro hummus is hands down the best hummus I've ever had. I'm going to buy more next week and give them out to my family and boss so I can put them on to my new addiction. I just bought it yesterday but it's almost gone. Seriously try that specific flavor! read more

They're always at the SFSU Thursday Farmer's Market and might I say, it truly IS hummus heaven. They're always very friendly and always give tons of samples just so you get to taste every single one. Hummus - $5 Pita Chips - $4 I tried their Tomato Basil Spread and I absolutely fell in love with that one so I had to grab a tub. I always grabbed a pita chips since they were amazing, and the guy was nice enough to give me $2 if I grabbed another hummus, so why not? I picked the Roasted Red Pepper Tapenade and this spread would go with any sandwich. A punch of flavor for any bland sandwich you're having. read more

This is my reason for going to the farmers market! I go to the Cottle one at Kaiser and always get great service from the boy that is working there! He is awesome but even if he wasn't the Hummus is AMAZING current obsession I the jalapeno feta and the kale almond! Their olives are also fantastic. Honestly I've never been disappointed except when I don't make it to the market! read more

Discovered at the Fort Mason Farmer's Market. I must have sampled 12 varieties of hummus, all delicious, and incredibly good pita bread too! We walked away with two of our favorites, tomato basil spread (hummus-free), and avocado-cilantro. And a pint of dolmas, also good. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for their stand in the future. Highly recommended. read more

Came across this this yummy stand at the Watsonville Farmer market. The gentleman offered me many samples of all the tasty hummus. I ended up leaving with the pita bread, tomato basil spread and kale and feta hummus which is pure deliciousness! Check them out if you ever come across them they are generous with their samples. Also if you buy 2 or more items you can save a few bucks so you know the more the merrier. read more

I love this hummus! I usually go to the gym on Saturday morning in Daly City and then head over the the farmer's market just around the corner. I usually make my own hummus but when I tasted the Hummus with Harissa, I became a big fan of Hummus Heaven. I've picked up a few different types of dips and spreads as well as the pita chips and I've never been disappointed. Of course you can purchase hummus and pita chips at a lower price, I just spent $15 on 3 packs of hummus and pita chips... not too bad, but it's great to know I'm getting high quality and local food. read more

Just tried them for the first time at the Jack London Market this morning and bought the babaganush and the pita chips and they gave us the fresh pita with it. Back at the house, enjoyed this for lunch. We loved it. It is the real stuff. I have read some reviews here and the only think I can say is that my experience was great. read more

I'm not a hummus fan. Period. this is soooo not your run-of-the-mill hummus. the flavor explodes on your tongue, the texture caresses your mouth ... the bread is pillowy soft, the roasted garlic hummus has the perfect bite, and the tomato basil spread ... oh, i could write poetry about the tomato basil spread. not sure who the worker is that i have seen poor reviews about, but i can assure you, the two people i have seen at Stockton's Weberstown Mall farmer's market on Sundays are amazing, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I moved to Sacramento in February. HH doesn't work any Sacramento farmer's markets. I drive from Yuba City to Stockton (2 hours) twice a month. Just for Hummus Heaven. So I found their booth at the farmers market in concord on Thursday so sad I started going there end of summer because the farmers market is almost over this hummus is amazing I love it the spinach artichoke and just artichoke are my favorite most hummus is a little thick and pasty but this is blended to perfection I love it and the pita bread and chips they have are so good. Hummus is BOMB. There are so many flavors to choose from. I usually go with the artichoke or spinach artichoke. The last time I stopped by I fell in love with the rosemary white bean- it's a must try. They will give you a sample of whatever kinds you'd like. The chips are a must, garlic is my go to. A bit pricey, but well worth it. read more

After trying this hummus, you will never be able to eat store bought hummus again. Almost every month when I was in California, I would have to stop at the farmers market and buy 4-5 tubs of hummus and pita bread. So delicious & so much flavor. My favorites were jalapeño feta and habanero, but every single flavor is amazing. You can't go wrong. They also have spreads like tomato basil and a berry yogurt type spread (highly recommend both). read more

I just discovered them at the Thursday Mission Farmer's Market, that sadly has ended for the season and I will be in search for them at another SF market. I love the Roasted Garlic and Chive (if you don't mind garlic) and their mixed wheat pita is so soft and delicious. The Habanero hummus was Fire , mmmmmm so good and Spicy! So glad to have discovered Hummus Heaven at Los Gatos's Farmers Market. We were able to sample many flavors with Pita Bread (it was half wheat and half white. Really good!) Out of all of the flavors we sampled (there was like 12) I thought the Tomato Basil Spread was AMAZING. The other flavors are just as delicious, but I really enjoyed this one the most. Ended up buying some of the pita bread and the tomato basil spread. Brought it home, and my Dad enjoyed it just as much. It was gone pretty quick! read more

Absolutely delicious and so many flavors-- find them at a farmer's market now!!! This might be my favorite hummus ever. There are a ridiculous number of flavors, and you can try them all (and I loved all but just a few). I stumbled upon them at the Jack London Square farmer's market a few months ago and am glad I did. It is supposedly made with very little oil, which is a pretty amazing considering how tasty and perfectly smooth it is, and that's definitely a bonus for health. We bought the garlic and the artichoke, and they were gone very quickly. $5/each, which is only a little over most grocery store purchased brands, but also a smaller portion. If the portions were a little bigger or it was just slightly cheaper, it would be perfect and probably the only hummus I ever eat, but for my fairly regular hummus consumption, it's probably going to remain a less common treat. Do not hesitate to track them down, try all the flavors, and buy as many as you can!! So so so good. read more

Very good customer service. I had an issue with one of their products, contacted the owner about it. The response came in less than an hour. I'm very fussy about food, make my own grape leaves and hummus. The grape leaves are delicious, not at all vinegary like some places. The hummus is very creative and not the typical type found in the bay area. I bought the artichoke hummus and the tomato basil spread. Both excellent products. The tomato basil spread could be used on a pasta dish or on a pizza, instead of traditional pizza sauce on a pizza. The uses are endless! Thank you for a wonderful product and very good customer service. read more

Was at the Oakland Jack London farmers market. The young guy who was there with super helpful, let me try whatever samples I wanted and suggested ones I should try, I was having brunch with my family so I asked him how late he was going to be open he said 2pm. Told him if he was still open I'd come back and grab something. Was about 2:30 PM and he still open so I ran right over and grabbed some of the avocado cilantro hummus and a bag of the garlic pita chips. Cost me about $11, price isn't too bad especially if you are helping local business and if it's really good hummus, one of the best of ever had. Defiantly will come back again if I ever get a chance. read more

Hummus is so good and the avocado garlic dip is incredible. The pita bread is so fresh and tasty. The selection on hummus and other dips is incredible. The lemon mint hummus is truly heavenly. If you see them at the Mission farmers market on Thursdays definitely try them out and trust their suggestions (they've never steered me wrong). read more

Hummus from the Hummus gods! That tomatoe basil is amazing on the garlic pita chips...I can never go back to regular store hummus and pitas chips. The garlic hummus is delicious as well, the price is very good for the amazing quality they have. Finally got to try them at the farmers market sadly it has taken me this long! I use to think hummus was like eating plain beans sometimes and didnt care for it but my goodness this makes it very yummy, fun, and wanna eat more. This hummus is becoming an obsession. We go to the farmer's market at Oakridge Mall in San Jose every Sunday and buy more. We've tried 6 or 7 variants. I lean spicy, so I'd recommend the black bean, chipotle and harissa, the Thai, the habanero, and the jalapeno and cilantro hummuses. I'm to the point where I worry about running out before the next Sunday! I just tried their dolma (stuffed grape leaves), and it's fantastic. I don't think you can buy anything at their booth that would disappoint. Good pita bread, too. Just toast it for a couple minutes and you really will find heaven when you spread on the hummus. read more

Amazing hummus, pita chips, and their customer service! Called in the morning, as I was unsure whether they operate through their location. A very nice gentleman answered and told me they actually open their corporate location to the public. At that point, I couldn't be more happier. Didn't get to their store until 3pm, and thought they were closed. The owner came out greeted me and asked what I would like. He later came out with my order, and added a few free items, as I came quite a long way just to patron his business. Got home, I immediately had the delicious hummus, pita chips, and the pita bread. It was heavenly, just like their business..........i will definitely return for more! read more

I recently met a man and his Son at the Concord Todos Santos Farmers Market. I had seen this booth before visting other farmers market and was intrested in their fresh Hummus. I am absolutely in love with their product, I love spicy food. So the fact that they had Habanero Hummus was the best. The Man and his son were extreamly kind by explaining all the choices to me and telling me the options for chips. I honestly regret not buying more, the hummus is super flavorful. I will for sure seek them out my next trip to the market, 100% recommend. read more

It's rather hard to type while I stuff my mouth with berry Greek yogurt after a beautiful lunch of stuffed grape leaves, cucumbers dipped in jalapeño feta hummus and to make sure I had enough protein carrots dipped in Rosemary white bean hummus and just to make sure I didn't miss anything the spinach and jalapeño dip went wonderful with red bell pepper. read more

Most vendors accept Apple Pay and credit cards. Every Tuesday and Saturday rain or shine. Parking can be challenging on Saturday.

They also seem to have more turnover than the Marketplace, so it's fresher. Their organic Granny Smiths are some of the best I have had - crisp, slightly sour and super juicy. They also carry a variety of microgreens. Interesting small producers in the pantry section. The service is always friendly and efficient. Request: carry maitakes! Then I don't need to make multiple stops around the island. Easy to park around the Central/Oak area. I neglected you for a few a years but I am back!

But they did have Thai Holy Basil and my husband was excited. We can make ka prow. So we found the cold noodle stall. Ordered. The mild is not spicy at all, and the spicy was like a medium. So definitely get spicy if you want some kick. But if you plan to come here for this, either come early or somehow pre-order (although I don't know their website info). We wanted to try it first before grabbing a few more for our friends. But they told us they were "sold out" for preorders. Well that's a bummer! How are you going to market yourself if folks wander the farmers market and want to try your noodles?? Ah well, solid choice, but don't expect to be able to get a bowl! Empanadas were MEH. Mamabakehouse was a good choice if you love kouign amanns. Easy parking is a plus!

There's one booth that has California grown strawberries. That are absolutely delicious. The lady who runs the booth is delightful. You couldn't ask for a better setting for a farmers market. This sits right next to Lake Merritt, where there are beautiful views of the water. Parking could be a little tricky, so be patient or ride your bike to this farmers market.

I handed it to the order taker and she entered it into the computer. There were two items that they apparently no longer make, Egg Custard Tarts and Pork with Peanut Dumplings (Chiu Chow). She rang me up, I paid and she told me to be sure to bring in the itemized receipt to show that I had already paid. Fast forward to 10:20 and I received a phone call to let me know that my order was ready. We were already on the way but hit a bit of traffic that we hadn't expected. Once I arrived, I got into line. When it was my turn, our order was actually sitting on the counter, bagged up and poking out of a food warmer bag. What'd we get? Shu Mai Ha Gao Beef Balls Steamed Tofu Skins in Oyster Sauce Steamed BBQ Pork Buns Steamed Egg Custard Buns Pan Fried Stuffed Bell Peppers with Shrimp Pan Fried Chive Dumplings Pan Fried Turnip Cakes Deep Fried Sticky Rice Meat Dumpling Egg Rolls Steamed Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf Congee with Pork & Preserved Egg Congee with Fish Everything was delicious as expected except the Steamed Egg Custard Buns was quite "bready" and the Custard was completely set rather than wet and flowing. No pictures this time since we've ordered most of the same items before.

We ordered and selected levels of sugar and ice and added calamari to the order. There were plenty of tables to wait and while we did the line backed out of the door. Our number was called fairly soon. The calamari was crispy and seasoned with a little kick of heat. The Boba was perfect. And our friend said we should try his popcorn chicken as it is an authentic Taiwanese street food. It was seasoned with Chinese Five Spice and very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It was not reflected as an itemized charge in the receipt but there was an unexplained $0.75 so I'm thinking that's the non-dairy charge. The drink itself was decent. For the price, I'd rather get the taro at Chicha Sanchen instead. This location is hangout friendly and has plenty of tables for the guests. It's a little dim and the barely any AC if that matters. I didn't mind it but it was noticeable.
